I never knew this place existed. Well managed, dedicated employees. They have an unbelievable stock of auto parts there not to mention body shop supplies at very reasonable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on.

I needed a taillight assembly for my Toyota truck.A friend of mine told me about this place. I went on line found what I needed and the price was great. The part came in two days later and it was an exact replacement. I highly recommend this business for you parts needs.

Great customer service. Very busy. I would advise calling ahead of time to see if your parts in stock be prepared to wait because the lines are long.

By far the worst call center and customer care I ve ever experienced. I answered all her yes and no questions and gave vehicle info as requested. They actually have the part I need but was $60 higher than a competitor when asked if I wanted to hold it I said no thanks, instantly she replied of course you don t WOW!!!

Originally everything seemed great but when the wrong part was ordered instead of trying to help they just said they couldn't do anything to fix their mistake. Highly recommend this place unless you need a part fast. And if they make a mistake don't expect them to fix it. Also if you get someone called DJ ask to speak with someone else. He was very rude and hung up on me while I was talking.

Great service. A little slow but they have a lot of customers to attend to. They usually have what you're looking for. If not, they will definitely do the best they can to ship it to the outlet. It's usually there in the following days for you to pick up.

Great customer service. Great value. Easy returns. And the customer service reps who answer the phone are also very helpful. It makes someone like me who is not mechanically inclined, less intimidated by the process of shopping for auto parts.

Got parts a lot cheaper here than many junk yards and other places. I bought a 05 front bumper for $117 when everywhere else was charging $160+ up to $250. Definitely give them a call. They should have rewards or some kind of perks for dealerships

This place was awesome! Single female who likely blatantly seemed not to know anything about her repairs needing done, these guys were great from the walk-in ordering -with I think Romero was his name? Roman maybe? Definitely an R.- (originally me and a neighbor went to another place he knew of up the street and the lady referred him here, when we had pre ordered but didn't get the right part in there) to my pickup, where my neighbor had ditched me that day...guys were patient. It was a short wait when I arrived to give my name, til the time they brought up my part (bumper cover). Let me inspect it and everything, and apparently that's every day procedure as I was the only female, but not the only one who was able to open and inspect.As I didn't know what to look for, I was a little worried when my mechanic said he'd be sure to tape the edges to ensure proper fit, having felt I messed up/what if it didn't fit/etc etc, but 1. we had no issue so no return needed, and but 2. if I needed a return, it turns out that they have a no hassle return policy, posted huge up on their wall.They sell parts for repair to body, mostly, but I also saw i.e. radiator fans and other things that look like they're more mechanical inclined versus body work.The worst part of my whole experience here is that they didn't have any clips which matches my ymm.All in all, I would definitely use this place again!P.S. They are open Saturdays!

Do u need Auto body and other parts at great prices? . Do you need parts like compressors, fuel tanks, radiators, alternators, bumpers, hoods and fenders?.. then this is the place for you. Staff is great and the prices are simply the best in town... Guaranteed to save you a lot of $$$$ off overpriced dealerships..

Friendly and knowledgeable counter staff, Ramiro A., who assistedd me in finding the parts that I needed. Good prices versus dealer high prices and most parts are in stock. Nice that they are open on Saturday.

We pre-ordered the parts we needed... Walked in, inspected the merchandise..and were in and out in less than 20 minutes...this is the best place for after market parts!

Good prices on aftermarket parts. Their parent company is Keystone Parts. Which is a excellent reproduction aftermarket body parts supplier. The Insurances prefer to use Keystone as the supplier on the aftermarket parts to be used on insurance repair claims. So, APO parts are of good quality, basically same as Keystone's. But, with better pricing.

You save more than half the price of local auto parts dealers in San Antonio by going to auto parts outlet. Plus they are extremely friendly and helpful when you go there and treat you like a valued customer.

I walked in and was greeted and attended right away by Ramiro he was friendly and was very helpful Ramiro answered all my questions and concerns .
