I have brought more than 4 cars to get windows tinted, they never disappoint. Love the work they do every time.Communication is always good, very friendly staff members and spotless clean location.

Absolutely thrilled with Auto Concierge! Their paint protection film installation was top-notch. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I have such a better peace of mind knowing my car's paint is shielded, and it looks amazing too! Highly recommend!

Needed a windshield replacement after road debris hit my car.This place was great. Super easy to schedule via text after contacting them on the website. Offered me next day service, but the also had a few days in the future open.Once i arrived, they took my car immediately and had a comfortable area to sit and wait. Guy at the counter was welcoming and friendly.Took about 35 mins to get the new windshield, which is exactly what they said it would take. Price was exactly as quoted with no up charges or unexpected fees.Highly recommend

Great service, they replaced my windshield, cleaned all the broken glass, I've been through carwash and heavy rain and not a single droplet leaked, I will go back to them soon for window tinting, Thank you Fernando.

I received magnificent service, staff is very professional and helpful. The owner even followed up with me after they replaced my windshield to ensure I was satisfied with the service and quality of the new glass. If I could give a zero star I would. The owner is a liar he messed up my vehicle and charged me a price that was never agreed on. Very unprofessional place! There s better places that are more profesional and that will back up their work.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The service was disappointing. I called and asked about a passenger rear right window they said they had It and confirmed the morning off. Come to find out the 1 hour service took 2 1/2 hours because they had the wrong side window. When they finally finished and turned in my car the guys just laughed and brushed it off when I mentioned it was tinted and my car has absolutely NO tint. They offered a deal to get my other windows tinted so I guess that was nice when I didn t even want it. I was just frustrated and embarrassed they d think that was ok. So I paid for the service and left. I m driving my car now with one glass darker than the others thanks to them.Service: Auto side window replacement

My son called to get a Windshield replaced and when it stared raining and started leaking in the car . he called and told him about it. He said he would send him back to my house to fix it . He had to call him on several occasions to see when he was coming to fix the window. This was before Christmas. Well Christmas came and went well here it is the 4th of January and he Finley fixed it yesterday but messed up his tint on Windshield when Asked if he was going to fix that he was very rude about it but gave him the film to fix his tint . When he gave it to him he told him not to ever call him again. I don't recommend this company

I found these guys on Facebook marketplace offering a back to school special and glad I did. I was quoted almost $400 from Safelite, these guys did it for wayyyyyy less. My windshield replacement was OEE meaning it did not have the Honda or Acura on it, but it fit perfect. My installer was Matthew and he knows his stuff. He completed the job in about 35 minutes. They do offer the same lifetime warranty on their work and 90 warranty on the installed glass. My ride is 2007 Acura TL Type-S. Took it on the highway this morning..no air leaks or wind noise and it rained pretty hard last night and no water leaks that I could see. I found my place for auto glass for the entire fam. This place is combat vet approved!!! :)

They were recommended on Next door app and we had a great experience. The quality was great, they got us in super fast to replace our windshield, and they were very professional and kind about it. Highly recommend. Pricing is good too!

Took the cheap route to replacing my windshield. Three months later I'm back because of poor installation of it. Did the right move and called Fernando @ Auto Concierge Glass & Detail. This guy had the right tools to do a great job and knocked it out of the park. Thanks for keeping me and my family safe.

Fernando of Auto Concierge Glass & Detail was very helpful providing information on the replacement windshield glass options he offers. Once we decided on the glass we set up an appointment for the same day. The installation was fairly quick. Fernando explained and guided me through the installation process to make me feel extra comfortable. After he was done installing we inspected the job together. I was satisfied. The glass was seated perfectly, the new mouldings were seated correctly, and the glass quality was great (no bubbles or weird distortions)! After driving around town I was impressed with the windshield clarity and no change in wind noise! The cabin ride is nice and quiet. Auto Concierge Glass & Detail did an excellent job and provide lifetime warranty. Highly recommended!

I had a large rock crack my front windshield on my way to San Antonio to visit my sister and my insurance company couldn't get it fixed until next month. These guys answered and were able to get my window replaced the next day at an amazing price (cheaper than the insurance company). They did an amazing job. Fast, friendly, professional service. Lifetime warranty, lifetime chip repair, disposal of old window and sticker transfer at a competitive price with professional installation...can't beat it! Definitely will call again for services and recommend to friends/family. Othher than a mechanic leaving grease stains/prints on my truck pull handle getting in. Will wipe off, but Fernando offered complimentary detail for the oversight, true professional. the details the details...

What an outstanding and professional small business! My tech came to the visitors center at Lackland to fix my window the very next day after contacting them. They would have come out the same day had my schedule been able to accommodate. Safelite quoted me $424 and couldn t come out for another 5 days. I was a little apprehensive about going with a business that didn t have a big name to get my windshield replaced but after extensive research and all the great reviews, I went with Auto Concierge. My tech was polite, very skilled and attentive to small details like cleaning my dash (that was dusty before he started) as well as all the areas that got a little dirty through the process. He was fast (start to finish was 38 minutes) and efficient and I just couldn t recommend this company more. Andddd I didn t have to destroy my Christmas budget! $189+ tax. Thank you auto concierge!
