I ve been taking my 18 Beetle here to get serviced regularly for almost a year and I wouldn t trust anyone else to work on her. They always take great care of her, plus, the people are kind and courteous; all around recommend!Anthony and Derek are incredible!

I bought my car in 2018 with Ancira, and have been going there for service ever since. It is surely more expensive than going to a regular mechanic, but the confidence that I gain from going to the original dealer can be worth the cost. What makes the decision for me is really the customer service. All of the representatives are super nice and go out of their way to help, but Andrea is in a league of her own. She always goes out of her way to find a path to help me, and I cannot thank her enough for it.

Mr. Ariel Hernandez was my auto advisor and gave me the details on how to keep my Volkswagen Jetta at top performance. With over 80,000 miles, the vehicle still gives me a smooth ride. The cost of the upkeep of my car was spot-on, as I had done my research. I appreciate Ancira Volkswagen for having honest staff that try not to oversell unnecessary repairs. Every 10,000 miles, I go to Mr. Hernandez to care for my Jetta.

Arrived 12 min late but there were no issues took my vehicle for my 10,000 mile oil change and few other items on my list. They completed it within a hour. Vehicle runs great and they provided me with all my paperwork. The front desk safe was very nice and friendly.Only issue was Ancira didn t perform all the scheduled items that I came in for. I had 3 total services and only 2 of them were done. I had an exterior wash but the wash was not done. I just got in my car and departed. Overall the experience was great and that s the reason they only got 4/5 stars.

First and foremost, this location is where I got my car from in 2019! I am still riding dirty in my beautiful car, hahah. I had received some service work and had quite a few things on the list to get done, my service coordinator was Derrick, AMAZING!! He called me multiple times to let me know new things about my appointment, he dealt with my annoying questions and calls, but he got the job done and helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. I will no longer go to any other location as I've had bad experiences. It worth the drive, thank you for great service. Also the website to book is very easy and as i came in the paperwork was already together overall impressed!

The sales team at Ancira Volkswagen are spectacular. Anthony Staten in particular is just a wonderful human being. He takes pride in taking care of his customers and the experience for me wasn t like a purchase, it was more like family taking care of their own. This is my second purchase with Ancira and Anthony and I only have great things to say in regards to Anthony s professionalism and the way he takes care of his clients. He still checks in on me frequently and is easily accessible if I have questions or concerns.

Driving an hour to get to the dealership wasn t what I wanted to do on a Saturday morning but Anthony made my time at Ancira so pleasant. He educated me on the benefits of my warranty and advised me on all the things I needed to know to keep my car running smoothly. Great service is hard to come by and that is why I m so appreciative of Anthony and his knowledge and outstanding customer service. We recently just bought our second vehicle with Ancira and we are customers for life!

I have enjoyed many visits to Volkswagens service department. Ariel, Derrick (who usually assist me) and the team are truly amazing! My most recent visit was "just in the nick of time" as I had an issue which was luckily covered by warranty; which is close to expiring, eek! Unknowingly; this turned into a rather lengthy job for the guys, but I was offered a loaner car in the meantime. Ariel made sure to keep in reasonable contact with me with any updates on issues/repairs, whilst taking on any question I sent his way. I am extremely grateful to the team and VW for keeping me mobile while repairs were underway, and for their attention to detail in making sure they returned my car to me, fully repaired. I appreciate the car wash too!

We did not have our car for one month before the first rain storm killed the computer. You'd think this is a normal preventable thing humans figured out many decades ago. We did buy it used as is, and now it's entirely on us. Okay. We still need it fixed so have them order the computer. They told us it was available and would arrive within a few days, even confirming this with FedEx. Even being told that the parts had arrived in San Antonio but FedEx still had them, but they're here. Now a few weeks later are being told Volkswagen hasn't shipped anything yet and that it's still on back order. We bought the car at the beginning of December. Car broke down before January and we're still waiting in February with no car. Will update as this progresses, but first purchase with this dealer is turning into a total clown show. When asked for a tracking number, Abraham told me he didn't have one. He never had one, but was telling me FedEx already had the parts here? At the very least, don't tell me something is shipped and you never got a tracking number. Lying straight to my face and then avoiding any responsibility. No apology. No, my mistake, FedEx never did the pick up. Even in questioning why Abraham told me that FedEx already did the pick up if Volkswagen is saying there's a backlog on the part and he's got nothing. Just hands in the air like . It is our fault for not taking the warranty. But even going beyond that, we are paying for the service out of pocket. I just don't want to be lied to. Mistakes happen. Own it. I did. That's why I'm paying. I will update this if the experience improves , but this first impression did not hit the mark.

Ask for Chris Brown. Best customer service I have ever received when shopping for a vehicle. He found me the exact 2024 Atlas I wanted and went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience.Car shopping is usually so stressful but not here. They TRULY have the Best Customer Service! My mom is already choosing what color she wants to also go purchase an Atlas for herself with Chris Brown just 2 days after I bought mine!Will recommend to all our family and friends.

Ariel always take care of me and they are always nice and work as fast as they can. Ariel went out of his way (I was dealing with another associate, talk dark man training new guy, also very nice and helpful) to make sure I got my car all the way inspected as it was behind on some items. Responds fast to emails. Definitely is my VW shop if I need anything.

I want to thank Chris Urbina for getting me into this brand new 2023 Atlas SEL..Had a great experience with him, he worked very well with my wife and I and made sure we made the deal that fit us.. he kept me updated on all the details as we waited for the arrival of our vehicle! Got a DSG Transmission service on my GTI here. Anthony Ramirez took great care of me. I requested to make sure to keep the interior clean. The interior was spotless when I got back the car. Might be the first time that ever happens at any shop. Give the man a raise!

My salesman Chris Brown was great. He is reason for 3 stars otherwise it would be less. My issue starts when discussing the deal I noticed that the dealership added on $399 for window tint. I brought this up to Chris and he said yes we tint most of our vehicles hence the added charge. I brought up the price because it seemed alittle high in my opinion for tint. I didn't fight the issue any further mainly because I thought all the windows were tinted even though the price was high. A couple weeks later I took the vehicle to a tint shop because it wasn't nearly dark enough. The tint shop was quick to point out that only the front 2 windows were tinted and $399 for just the 2 front windows was basically theft. I called Chris Brown and he appeared to be understanding of this issue but said I would need to discuss this with the GM Chris A. I called and left a message with the GM and he did return my call but I was unable to answer. I called back the same day (March 26th) and left another message. I have not heard back from the GM or anyone else from the dealership. Unfortunately this is why I usually steer clear of Ancira dealerships because of these overpriced add-ons. I will make sure that anyone I know looking for a vehicle is aware of my situation and hopefully steers clear of all Ancira dealerships, not just Volkswagen.

In trying to get a warranty refund and documents for gap insurance claim, my family and I emailed and called the finance department multiple times with the promise a call back. We sent the documents requested from them in a timely manner, again with no response or follow up. We call multiple times each day and rarely do they answer. The finance staff assigned to help us is usually out and there is no follow up from any other team member. When I was able to talk to someone, and trying to explain the situation I was rudely interrupted and told to let them ask the questions as they were too busy. I would not buy a car at this dealership given the experience obtaining documents from them and the very poor costumer service. My guess is this dealership is understaffed and no efforts are being done to support employees. Either way, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been in the automobile business for over 37 years, now retired, and the service I received as a customer here at Ancira VW is the best I've ever experienced. Promptly greeted, professional check in and a ride home was provided all in less than 30 minutes. I recommend Abraham Diaz -Service Advisor- and Robert Schendel, dispatch. Make an appointment with Abraham, you won't be sorry for doing it!

I was very impressed with Chris Brown when I spoke to him over the phone and knew that if he was able to find the car we wanted, that we would be doing business with him. He understood my situation, didn't try to offer me anything other than the exact vehicle we wanted, and was clear in his communication of what to expect on my end. He knew that I would be flying from Dallas to pick up the vehicle once it arrived, and he was very thorough and professional. I would not hesitate to do business with him again, even though Ancira is 5 hours away from me.

I'm not one to leave reviews much but Ancira really earned this one in my opinion. I bought my car new and for the most part it's been trouble free ownership but it has been having one weird and really annoying issue with the travel assist sometimes turning on and off repeatedly and beeping at me. I've taken it to two other VW dealerships for the issue and they just kinda brushed it off and said they couldn't replicate the issue or made excuses and sent me packing. When I moved here to Texas and brought it here that was not the case. Derek in service went above and beyond to dive into the issue and take time to fully diagnose it. When it turned out the steering wheel needed replacement, they made it very easy for me to get the issue resolved under warranty. They even worked with me giving me a loaner car while I needed it as I do live a few hours away despite this being the closest VW dealership to me. I've got nothing but good things to say about Ancira VW, great customer experience and would recommend.

Ancira Volkswagen of s.a. Took excellent care of our 2021 atlas. We bought it on a Sunday took it home and notice a popping noise in the steering. Immediately we call the dealership and ask to set up a appt to have it serviced. Turn out it was the racking pin. Had everything replace and got back my vehicle. Mrs Ramirez made sure the vehicle was given a complete inspection before putting us back on the road and even gave us a rental to drive while our vehicle was being serviced. Will I go back to this service shop most definitely. Thanks you to all the Ancira employees for all they do!The Lopez family (new Volkswagen family)

If you ever need service. Derrick is the man, There were some problems at first. But he went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Because of Derek, I will be getting my vehicle fixed.
