Exceptional experience. I looking up the KB value of my vehicle when it said they were interested in my vehicle. I wasn t planning to buy just yet. I was encouraged to come in for a inspection to at least know what I m working with. I had alot of concerns & reservations about my situation. They were patient & explained everything to me & encouraged me to try. From the buyer to Elijah (Salesman) to the manager & finance, they were wonderful. Low & behold we drove away in a vehicle.

I want to get it fixed but Nissan 350 is too Old 2006 roaster and they kept the car Report or auction the car Haven't heard them since repairs were 6000 and they gave me two weeks to pay it off i was willing to work with them but they say no so i lost the car Classic car beautiful car Never get when i go to and see that there are big rip off they should work with people especially right now the way the democrats are running the car Business

Travis worked hard to get the price we wanted and was super friendly. I m in love with my new car. Would definitely recommend going to Travis or asking for him if you re there. Service with a smile has always been my experience. They go above and beyond to assist you and they make waiting for your car a wonderful experience. WiFi availability and unlimited coffee, cappuccino s, hot chocolate (personal favorite) you almost don t want to leave.

I purchased a 2024 Nissan Frontier from Ancira Nissan in September 2023. Truly enjoyed the sales experience, and the professionalism of everyone involved in the process. They were $$$$ cheaper than other dealer in town for the similar spec vehicle.However, I'm a little disappointed with the Service. This past Saturday, I brought the Frontier in for its first (7500 Mile) service. The appointment was fine, and I was dropped home in an Uber. Upon collecting the vehicle, I noticed that it was not washed, vacuumed or cleaned. It is apparent that the "service" didn't mean service...it meant "just an oil change." Which I could have gotten done anywhere, if we didn't have a maintenance contract in place. Back in the day, you'd get a shiny car back..no matter what you brought it in for...In addition, I was given a copy of the multi-point inspection report with everything checked-off...but the very next day I looked in, and noticed that the power steering fluid is way below the low mark...someone just checked the box...without actually doing the work...else would have noticed lower level and backfilled it up...I understand cost-savings, but if it comes a cost of lower customer satisfaction...the management needs to rethink its strategy.

Felix did an excellent job. I will be back to take care of needed repair work. It was great to see Demetria back! At least she said HI and gave me a big hug. Others I recognized didn't even acknowledge me. Then there was the prank someone played on Felix hiding my pink key fob and paperwork. It magically appeared back in his basket after he searched for 25 minutes. Yes, I waited patiently as Felix was nothing but kind and apologetic. Games should not be played at customer expense.

My experience and service today at Ancira Nissan was superb. I was greeted by 2 pleasant reps that appeared to enjoy their job and working with people. My engine filter and in cabin filter were changed. I also got a car wash and was out within 1 hour (scheduled a 7 am appt on Friday). I appreciated the reps being honest and informative about what service I should get next. Thank you.

I took my 2019 Titan in for routine maintenance and oil change. They were very flexible with the scheduling and got my truck in next day, 1st appointment. Felix is the Service Representative responsible for my vehicle. He is a courteous, knowledgeable, professional providing exceptional customer service. Truly an asset to the Nissan Service Team.

It was great! There is no pressure to buy what you don't want.The first two vehicles my wife and I were interested in had sold within 30 minutes of looking on the computer at home and getting to the store.Our sales reps manager told us about a vehicle that we may be interested in, and it was like, from his lips to God's ears. Ancira Nissan Service has continuously taken excellent care of me and my vehicle. Their service representatives are always professional and knowledgeable and I am kept informed about the work being completed and I am able to get in and out within a reasonable timeframe. Went in with an appointment for a mandatory safety recall. After 2.5 hrs of sitting there waiting I was told they need to order the part, most likely will be overnighted & can t schedule again until the part comes in. 9 days later still no call.Also, while I was there they did an oil change & however many point inspection. Whaddaya know, they found I needed +/- $4500 in repairs!Surprise face.

The service group at Ancira Nissan is top notch! I always am immediately met upon arrival. They spend time listening to what I want done. Provide me transportation from and to if a long wait is probable. Work is done professionally. All is explained upon completion. Ottis and now Felix are always great!

I really can't say enough good things about the quality of the service at Ancira Nissan. The staff is consistently professional, cordial, and attentive. I'll give a shout-out to Hillarie and Otis on that count. Their scheduling was responsive to my needs, even to the point of providing transport for me from the shop to my home after drop-off and back to the shop when my vehicle was ready. The service was prompt and addressed the issues I had. And they even washed the vehicle before I picked it up! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service. The repair on my car was done in about the time estimated. Julian arranged for transportation to and from my house since it would be several hours, and even worked the mailer coupon I'd forgotten to present during drop-off into the final bill.For oil changes, it's better to make an appt and to aim for earlier time slots, otherwise they can get backed up and you'll be waiting there for two hours.

Horrible Horrible. I went for an oil change months ago and then found out my windshield wipers fluid was not coming out. I called and left messages no response. Then I went to get a new battery a year and half ago any my vehicle died on me one month later. Went back last week and spent 4 hours to determine the issue and found it was Faulty terminal. Then last night might truck didn't want to start again. What happened to the great servicethat was once provided. Horrible Horrible. I will no longer recommend this place. 4 hours on site and I still left with a vehicle that was in the same condition that I took it in for

As always my care gets great service and care at Ancira. Had no appt drove in and met with Miguel. Explained the noise from the car to him and he took my keys. He called next day my car was ready!!

Made a morning call at the last moment and was able to get a appointment to have my vehicle State inspected, I dropped the car off and a couple hours later picked it up, great service thankful that I was able to do it as I was from out of town. Also was able to use my reward points from earlier visits to pay for this event.

This Nissan dealership is fantastic! We had our engine light come on while traveling out of state. Julian was so kind to squeeze us in during a busy time and got our car fixed by the next day so we could get to our next destination safely. Really great customer service and would highly recommend!

Took my care in for services that were due I scheduled my appointment in advance for 10am. I arrived 15 minutes early and a service advisor greeted me promptly and advised that my car would be taken to the garage to be evaluated for services needed. After 45 minutes approximately the service advisor came back with the estimate for what I would need. He was very helpful in explaining the reasons for services pertaining to my vehicle and how the preventative matainace will help the engine operate efficiently. Great customer service and nice waiting area. I recommend this location for Nissan service
