We were very blessed to have Lorenzo assist us in finding the right vehicle for our needs. He worked diligently to fulfill our requirements and genuinely listened to us. We have always had great experiences with the Nissan brand and feel confident that the Nissan Rogue will be just as reliable. Lorenzo explained all the features and demonstrated them as well. Chris Alarcon was our salesman, and he was absolutely amazing! He was communicative, respectful, professional, honest, and willing to do anything to get the deal done! We ended up with a Sentra SR that we absolutely love! Even after the deal, he has reached out on multiple occasions to see how everything is going. I had the pleasure of working with Esme. This young lady is a beautiful soul. She was very attentive, professional, and goes above and beyond. She kept in constant communication and even checked on me after getting the vehicle to make sure everything was ok. The process to purchase was very smooth. Esmeralda was the absolute BEST! I went to quite a few dealers with no luck due to my tight budget but she absolutely made it work! She even stayed late and helped me get car insurance quotes for it so I could drive off same day! Absolutely would recommend asking to work with her specifically because she WILL take care of you!

JAILIN HILLIARD was my salesperson, 2/29/24. I want everyone reading this to remember his name. I am literally frightened with just the thought of going to car dealerships. This was different. He is a good listener. Professional, polite, patientEverything I have never experienced with any car salesperson. Wow. He walked me through the process with such ease. From start to finish! Thank you, Ancira Nissan for servicing my vehicle quickly and thoroughly. I took my car in last week to have my AC replaced. Their diagnostic techs accessed my vehicle and Felix, in the service department, kept me updated throughout the duration of my vehicle's stay. Felix, thank you for being kind, professional, and for giving me a wonderful experience at Ancira Nissan. It was quite intimidating at first but you were extremely helpful answering all of my questions and concerns. Thank you! I'll definitely be back in the future for all repairs and service needs.

So where do I begin... I was in need of a vehicle for my daughter and grandkid.. I wanted a reliable vehicle and saw the vehicle I have now.. When we test drove it and it "drove good". We went to finance to finalize the paperwork and the first red flag was the lender yes no one told us to sign but when we asked about the lender our finance manager Sean told us he never had any problems with them . I know used cars have no warranty I get that but then less than 24 hours that we had the vehicle we heard some popping coming from the front of the vehicle so we took it back to the dealership and spoke with the salesman who sold us the vehicle and his words were "I wouldn't worry about it it's nothing" we asked for them to check it they came back with something with the brakes umm OK yeah. But they told us that they did a full check before they put it for sale. I know some other ancira dealerships have a 5 or 7 day grace period but this one doesn't?? They told us they couldn't offer us a warranty bc the lender didn't allow it. Well that was our second red flag. So now here we are today and the check engine light came on now I can't take it back to the dealership bc they told us that they can't do anything for us so now I am stuck with a vehicle that is less then 48 hours and I already having these problems. We have purchased many vehicles from ancira and never had this problem and if we ever did they took care of us but this dealership seems like they don't want to help us out. I feel like they got their sale and washed their hands. If it was something minor I would be like OK but when a check engine light comes on its never a good thing and this is where my frustration is. I told our salesman would you put your daughter or wife in a vehicle that is giving you problems he said well no but I don't hear anything which that's a lie bc when my daughter went with him he heard the popping noise. Would I recommend this dealership no I wouldn't. Am I happy definitely not.

I almost wasn t able to get my dream truck, but thanks to the hard work that Hari, Julio, and the Ancira Nissan team put in, I was able to achieve it. During the waiting process, Hari and others routinely checked in on me to make sure that I was doing alright and ensured me that my time was not be taken for granted. I will be sure to come back in the distant future to bring back my business because of this smooth and easy process.

They do the work what can i say my car got fixed and the cost took all of my tax return. But $50 off of a $1500 parts and labor job is ridiculous!! I had a 15% off coupon parts and labor.. and all I got was $50 off. It should have been 15% off of the total since it was all parts and labor . But as soon as I find a Mechanic I can trust I will no longer bring my car to Nissan for anything kinda makes me think it was done on purpose how does a car go from an oil change in November to needing a new Radiator in February all I do is drive and park . I wish I could be in the bay while my car Is being worked on . My intuition says the mechanic did it and it took until February for my Radiator to give out. It makes no sense whatsoever.. Suggestions anyone who to take my car too. They say I need a new AC hose.. that will cost $520 I'm gonna call around and see if I can get that cut in half

always a pleasure to do business with this garage. my friends think i am nuts taking the car back to the dealership for service but i know that the mechanics are specialized in my car make and model so there is no waste of time with diagnosis as they have seen what this model is susceptible to as far as routine repair. Also my anxiety of "do they know what needs to be done?" is instantly gone knowing the techs and service advisors are Nissan trained so they will get it right the first time.

Very nice service people but my oil change took almost 3 hours. I had previously went to have my brakes checked and same thing, 3 hours to tell me my brakes are fine.They offer this service free for a year after you buy a vehicle but I d rather go to a mom and pop shop or Firestone and be out in an hour max for an oil change. I won t be getting my next free oil change there again.

I would not recommend this dealership, highly encourage to try another Nissan Car dealership. They are a scam, and only care about sales, and at the time you put a claim of warranty, they don't even have an idea how to proceed with the claim and you ended up paying for something that is not even your fault. Even explained my situation to Hilda Martinez, Owner Loyalty Manager Ancira Nissan, and she just said will call me back and that I have the choice to go to any other Nissan dealership for service, not showing no empathy at all. She only was focus on collect the unfair charge due to their lack of knowledge. Is not the money, is about the principle. Stay away, and go to a place that appreciate more your business.Replied,Mr. Corey, thanks for your response. However, no need to contact you, I was very clear with Mrs. Hilda M and it seems she did not care. I think a good remedy for your business will be evaluate to who you have dealing customer satisfaction. Definitely, this lady is lacking of experience and how to retain a loyal customer like me. But is fine, like she mentioned, theirs other Nissan dealers that I can go if I am not satisfy with Ancira. For the other hand, a good business reach to their customer, not expecting than the customer reach them. Wish you good luck, and enjoy the Holidays.

Cameron is polite, responsive and chill and made my remote buying experience seamless. The 981 porsche boxster GTS manual is a well sought after car and only one would show up in a couple of months. Ancira Nissan had one listed with a very reasonable peice. So I had to call in exactly when the store opens at 8:30am to snatch it. Cameron made that happen and I couldn't be happier now with a car that no one can longer buy from the US market. Overall I would recommend in terms of price and service.

I have to say thanks to Hari Bhardwaj sales guy. He was amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately finance manager let me traumatized. My expierience inside that office was awful. That guy never gave me the amount I was gonna pay monthly instead he tried to gave me monthly payment with Maintnance and protection included. I told him Im just interested in Gap insurance. He keep repeating Gap can only be bought if you chose a plan for protection. I can t even count how many different way he tried to sell me their package. Even he was trying to make me sign in his IPad for document with out reading them. In the las 4 years I have bought 6 brand new car and I never had this unsatisfied experience.

Hong was great with showing us a Used Nissan Rogue. There were things Hong was attentive to in our purchasing experience such as helping us get the KBB value for our trade in vehicle and working with us to meet our price for the used vehicle. At times the process went slow but some of these situations may have been out of his control.

Minor issues were corrected after 3 months of begging. Main issues not addressed. Managers don't call back. Horrible experience so far. Obtain legal counsel before dealing with ancira. They are falsely advertising on their website.

I brought my 370z in for a brake flush and a couple other overdue services. My service advisor Felix made sure the requested services were done expeditiously and had an inspection done to see if anything else needed attention. The work was done in half the time I thought it would, which freed up my obligations for the day. I was extremely pleased with the experience

Started to hear a noise in my car 2 weeks after getting it. Was told that I could bring my car in to get looked at, which is great, but I would need to leave my car for about a week. Who has that kind of time to be without a car, and let's not forget about the cost of a diagnostic. And to get a truth from finance about refund issued is a major joke. Will take your money fast, but be told 3 different dates for your refund and for each date to go by and still be waiting for the refund. This has been an all the way around hard bad experience. When someone calls you back after you have left messages several time, they talk to you like you are worried for nothing. A person words are all you can go on in a business, and the fact that let you down each time is frustrating. Don't expect callbacks if you leave messages. You have to keep calling them to get answers, just like I have to do again today.

Had a deal to buy an Armada . Filled out the online paperwork got a quote for my trade. Made an appointment to sign paperwork and pickup the car and got a text the day before I was to go to dealer that the sold the car and had the nerve to ask if I would be interested in another vehicle. I've been in retail sales over 40 years and if I treated my customers they way I was treated I'd be out of business
