Brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler for an engine light in March 2024. 5-6 days later I was told that both catalytic converters needed to be replaced, luckily still under warranty. Then two days later engine light came back on for a failed o2 sensor, which is part of the catalytic converter. But, engine light would just come on intermittently. Made an appointment to drop off the Jeep, again, on April 3rd. Was told that since the o2 sensor could have been reattached incorrectly so this would be tagged to go to the front of the line. Well, two days later and nothing. Jeep is still parked in one of the lots. This is the second time, within 6 months, where I had to bring my Jeep back because something was not attached correctly. As of 4/9/24, still waiting for some type of confirmation if my vehicle will be ready today, tomorrow, or sometime this month.

I came in & was pleasantly surprised at the hour & 1/2 it took for the recall/oil change. However, when I got home I heard a sizzling noise. My husband opened the hood to find oil spilled all over & coolant level was extremely low. So we called service manager, said to bring back for under hood detail & top off coolant. I made appt the following week, now I ve been here 3.5 hours. Seriously why did it take so long? Ridiculous!!!! So 5 hours of my life wasted cause it wasn t done right the first time. Guess we ll just do it ourselves that way it ll be done right.

My review for Ancira Ram, Chrysler , Dodge Service review.Yesterday, I called the parts department to inquire about a replacement key fob for my truck. The lady on the phone assured me that they had it in stock and quoted a price of around $169.I expressed my skepticism, thinking it sounded too good to be true. However, she insisted that the price was accurate. To be safe, I reminded her that the key fob would require programming and asked her to double-check.After placing me on hold momentarily, she returned and confirmed that programming was indeed included in the price.Later in the day, around 3:30 pm, I arrived at the dealership and waited for one of the service guys to locate my order. After about 10-15 minutes, he approached me and instructed me to have a seat while they completed the job.Approximately 15 minutes into my wait, the service guy approached me again and informed me that my oil changes and tire rotations were part of my contract. He asked if I wanted them done, and since I was leaving town on Saturday, I agreed to have them performed. Originally, I had planned to have these services done near my house, but since I was already at the dealership, I decided to proceed.A few hours later, another service employee informed me that my vehicle was ready, except for the key. He explained that the key would be available the following morning. This was frustrating because I had paid for the key fob in advance to ensure it wouldn't be sold, and it was the sole reason for my visit that day.Every person I interacted with knew why I was there, yet they all waited until after completing the other work to inform me about the missing key.To add insult to injury, the service person then informed me that programming the key would cost an additional $189. While the money was not my primary concern, I was upset about the incompetence of the person I initially spoke with, who had insisted that the programming was included in the price. She even double-checked and assured me that it was included. The service person offered a half-hearted, insincere apology, as if this was a common occurrence for them. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.Furthermore, he promised to have the key fob by 8:30 am and assured me that he would call me. However, I had already lost faith in their ability to follow through on their promises, so I knew deep down that I wouldn't receive a call.Sure enough, by noon the next day, after not hearing from them, I had to reach out. After enduring an eternity on hold, I was connected with another unhelpful and incompetent representative who informed me that the key wouldn't arrive until December 5, 2023.In conclusion, my advice to the general public is to brace yourself for insincere, dishonest, and incompetent service when visiting Ancira Ram, Chrysler, and Dodge. It seems that they are struggling to hire quality employees, which was was a common complaint among business owners post-Covid.However, we are well past Covid and yet they continue to select their employees from what be a shallow brackish pool.It s best to prepare for the worst when dealing with them. I will never deal with them again. I understand mistakes can happen. I always give companies the benefit of the doubt and do my level best never to bash a company publically. But they definitely earned this one.

I m pretty sure they just try to find something wrong so they can overcharge you, especially for labor. $57 just for labor for changing the windshield wipers lol. What a rip off! Don t come here, I m sure you can go elsewhere for cheaper for products you need and labor too!!

I came in for an oil change the morning of 11/30 . I was attended very quickly. The staff was so very friendly & helpful. I wish I would've gotten their name. The space is clean & there's complimentary coffee, waters and popcorn. I almost wish my kids would've napped there so I could've stayed a little longer.

Jay and his son took great care of me on purchasing my Jeep Gladiator. What a great deal in these economic times.Once the interest rate goes down by August, it will be back to normal,in my case. They both, really care. They both, deserve a higher commission and Brian is kind and generous, may God bless him,and the team, who felt with me!!

So after someone tried to break into my challenger i dropped it off with Ancira hoping to have it in a couple of days. But no, 2 weeks later its finally back in my hands after some back and forth with the people over there. And that was after i had scheduled a appointment. And that was a week before they could actually see me. But hey, at least they offered a damn loaner car the day before it was fixed. Ain't that just awesome! And now the very window that they "repaired" gets wind noise above 40mph and gets louder the faster you go. Please don't waste your time with this place. Now i have to go back in for a problem they caused.Literally just go anywhere else. I don't understand how they can keep my car for two whole weeks andcharge me $1400 and still mess it up. Going straight to the manager since it seems that the rest of the staff like to just make excuses.Update: So took it over to the boerne shop and they showed me that they didn't even put the door back together properly. Boerne was wrong as well unfortunately. But they at least fixed anciras screw up.

This place needs to retrain their staff. I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come and see why I was here. Then after I informed them of the problem the advisor didn't even want to look at the tire that was flat and just suggested to replace eventhough it was a couple months old. I told him to check if it was salvageable because he didn't want to bother. He said he "did" and it wasn't salvageable. I don't think they even checked they wanted to make 289 dollars for the new tire. He didn't even show me what was being charged such as insurance etc he just said it was 289. After waiting almost 2 hrs with little kids, the advisor come back and states the machine broke to put the tire on and that I would have to come back. I asked for my original tire and rim to be put back in trunk but he said they will hold it here. Sounds fishy to me. So waited till later for them to call, thinking if my rims would be damaged or not and brought my vehicle back. They placed the new tire and then checked out where I presented a coupon for 10% off to a young incompetent worker checking us out. He called the manager to get it applied and I had to step out to load my child in car. When I came back the incompetent young worker said that it was already applied due to the earlier inconvenience of waiting. This was a lie because the price was the same as the quote given. The manager lied and didn't apply the discount. Overall negative experience and if you can go to another jeep service center go because you don't want to be here. I have a Honda and go to gunn Honda and they are superb and the best compared to this desmial service at this location.

In short, holy cow, great job Ancira Dodge Service staff.Details below.Yesterday, my new truck asked me to change the oil soon. I prepared to waste half my day drinking bad coffee. In my experience, dealer service is a major pain in the butt, however I got a great deal for maintenance when I bought the truck.I look online, and I quickly and easily get an appointment, and the system notices I have a minor software update the electronic system needs, and offers to add it to the service.Today, I show up 5 minutes early to the appointment, I'm greeted by everyone I see and my truck is brought back immediately.I sit outside and watch this repeat quickly and efficiently for about an hour, and they were busy. Quickly and kindly helping every customer operating like the folks that work there all like their jobs. When I get a text, all done. That couldn't have been a more pleasant experience from booking the appointment to driving off of the lot.I only regret not trying their coffee, it was probably good too.Service: Oil change

My most recent visit was a pleasure. Mr Paul Shotter ( service manager) handled my vehicle needs & got me back on the road very quickly. Was about to pay my bill & he came over & signed off on it . I learned to be patient & nice & everything will work out :) ***** Ty ANCIRA

The only reason I still keep coming here is because they have a great service package, oil changes, and tire rotation as compared to other places. But God Almighty pack a lunch and a snack . For an oil change and tire rotation it took them almost 2 hours. I think I m gonna just bite the bullet and just take my services elsewhere, as I can t wait that long for something simple.

I have an older car, so I have minor issues often. I paid to have a diagnosis performed, but the technicians failed to detect and repair an issue. So, I had to bring my car back a second time. I use my car for food delivery services and missed almost 3 weeks of income earnings due to waiting for my car to be repaired. This location claims to be very busy, and I'm told it can take up to 8 days before they can even LOOK at my car. That's what I am always automatically told the moment they first speak with me, even before they check to see if the issue is something as simple as a spark plug replacement. But they are very polite, I will say that.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

When you make an appointment for Tuesday at 11am and drop your vehicle off on Tuesday at 9am.....you at least expect them to honor the appointment. It's now Wednesday at 3:30pm and they said they expect look at it tomorrow. :-(IF I had known this, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could have completed the work within the same day....instead of 3-4 days.Service: Brake service & repair

Would not negotiate at all. I put $500 on hold. I thought I did. But Ancira Proceeded to process instead of securing the deposit. Now I have to wait until Monday to try and get it back. I wouldn t waste my time again. R.Lewis was not helpful at all. Tried calling him. No answer. Wife css as LLC 2mins later after me trying to text . Guess what? Hello?I paid more for a better service at CDJR

Made an appointment online for 10:00 am on a Friday. Checked in online 30+ minutes before appointment as requested. Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time. Only needed an oil change and inspection. Upon arrival they suggested alignment, said they d do it all at same time no problem. Told them to do it. Took three hours before getting vehicle back, no updates on progress throughout. Why make an appointment? Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. After all that, they had trouble finding my vehicle and it s key after payment. So tack on another 15 minutes. Now I pay. Then, because they are clowns, there was another 20 minutes because they had to reimburse me for the inspection. After doing the inspection, they then realized legally it has to be inspected in another county due to state admissions rules. They couldn t get one part of this process right. And they offered no discount for all the trouble.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

READ CAREFULLY! (Many violations of Texas Lemon laws, Federal lemon laws, and False advertisement done at this dealership)Before buying from here and when getting your car serviced here, read all the lowest reviews. Be comfortable with local Lemon Laws and False advertising laws. (Make sure to record interactions and take pictures of ALL PAPERWORK.)I came here to get a used jeep, I know the times we are in as a nation. Car prices and interest rates are going to be higher than normal, and I had no problem with that. They tried so hard to get me to buy a used car with no type of warranty. I did not fall for that trick, and I chose the option to have a warranty through their third-party. (This is a scam/ DO NOT EVEN COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY, or to get vehicle serviced) I was told and advertised that with the warranty. I would only have to pay 100$ deductible to get anything replaced that is covered under the third party warranty. Two and a half weeks after having the vehicle the harmonic balancer went out and the engine started to make a knocking sound. I instantly took it to the dealerships service department. I told them the problems and I asked the sales person I had gotten (JENNIFER), How much will I have to pay? . She then reassured that since I have a warranty that I would only pay the deductible and the diagnostic which would be around 200-300$. She also stated that they were backed up about 4-5 days and I understood.Fast forward a week and a half (14days) later only one update about my car that they found the problem, and that she is getting a warranty inspector to come look. Didn t receive any updates for a week. On the third week I contacted the service manager (PAUL) to let him know that the service advisor hasn t given any updates. So it took three weeks (20days or so) to get my car inspected and that only happened because I let the managers know that this lady isn t doing her job.It s been almost two months and they still have my Jeep. Don t buy or bring your Jeep to get serviced here.

Had a great experience at the service center getting my Challenger repaired. Ed Daoud was my service advisor and he did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the status of my repairs and gave me some great advice about how to prevent my issue from happening again. He just seemed to genuinely care about getting my car repaired and back into tip top shape. My only complaint about the service center is that every time I schedule an appointment online with them, I always end up having to leave my car there for a day or more. Maybe I misunderstood the point of the reservation system but it would be nice if they could look at my car during the scheduled appointment so I can keep my car while they wait on the parts to come in.

I called about the Wagoneer they have in the back near the service department. The receptionist transferred me to sales. A man that identifies himself as Ron, he said he was the internet sales manager, picked up. I told him I wanted to take the Wagoneer on a test drive, we are in the market for buying a larger family car. He said he would find the person with the keys and call me back in 5 minutes. He confirmed with me about 4 times that he would call me back. Here we are a day later and no call back. The man never even asked for my number, but was sure to say he d call me back and my time is valuable. No call, no effort on the dealerships part. We were going to head back to the dealership after we got a call from Ron as they were the only dealership open on Sunday that could provide a great customer experience. I was wrong and don t think he cared. He asked me my name, that was about it. Maybe this is the way they do business. I m not pleased. I ll have to go elsewhere.***update I bought a wagoneer series lll from Boerne dodge Chrysler. Great experience there.***

The worst service department in San Antonio. It took 10 weeks to get my car into the shop. They practically ignored me for the first six weeks. Not returning my phone calls to try and figure out if the part had come in that I needed for my brand new 2021 Dodge Challenger.I have Reached out several times and emailed the service director with no response. Never once did I feel welcomed when I walked into the service department. AND they didn t even fix my car, I m having the same issues as I did when I took it in.I purchased my car at this dealership because they have very good reviews, I did have a GREAT experience buying the car, but a terrible experience trying to get it fixed.I would NOT recommend this place to have your car serviced. They definitely need to work on communication skills. Very unprofessional and VERY rude.If I could I would give them zero stars.

Had a vehicle recall issue. Very professional service staff. I was there during a Technology upgrade and staff training. I was told it would take most of the day to complete service. However, several hours later, I was informed my vehicle was ready. Seems to good to be true, but I give credit were it is due. Ancira totally exceeded my dealership service shop expectations.. God bless

My first experience with the service department has not been what I had hoped for. I brought it in on a Saturday with a specific request to look at the oil system since my car threw the same code twice in a week after firestone had changed the oil (which firestone said nothing was wrong but the solenoid could be going out and labor alone was 1k) so after not driving it for several weeks I brought it to dodge. I spoke with Paul and provided the paperwork regarding the P code and told him the check engine light was now off. He stated he would have it looked over so I could be assured my car wouldn't breakdown. He told me give him til mon/tues. Well by Thursday I hadn't heard anything from them that I called and Vanessa texted me saying someone was going to look at it and she'd get back to me by 3pm. Then nothing! Holiday weekend came and went and still no call. So finally on Wednesday I texted again and was informed it was ready nothing was found. Picking up my car they charged me 140.00 to run diagnostic on a stored dtc code related to the battery!!! I changed that back in August and not what I asked them to look at. They said an update was done as well...they update dodge had out there that I had already done last year! Noting related to what I asked them to look over. And forget about the maintenance I asked them to do if needed since the car has 64k miles on it. I guess ill take it elsewhere. Very disappointed.

My Google Review:I went there for my regular oil change and tire rotation Tuesday, June 8th. The system they used read the code errors and at that time I was scheduled for some services still covered by warranty. I was told to return Thursday, June 10th for the mechanics to look at the issues.I received not one but two text reminders about my service prior to the Thursday appointment. I had the wife follow me so I could drop my vehicle off. When I arrived they were clueless about my appointment and had to talk to three different people asking who scheduled the appointment. Some guy named Adrian was blamed in the end. However, they proceeded to tell me they couldn't get to it until Monday or Tuesday. The unprofessionalism I witnessed there was enough to make me look for another Mopar dealer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I wish I could rate the service department of this dealership with negative stars.First, I made an appointmenr for service that covered an oil change and possibly an issue with an oil pressure sensor. When, I dropped the vehicle off, I was informed there was a 6-8 day wait on service to start on the vehicle. That delay alone is worth a one-star rating. By some form of auto-mechanic magic, I received a quote for work less than 36 hours later for nearly $3,000 to include work that I never requested to be quoted. Hmmm, sounds like a bait-and-switch with respect to service to me.Stay away from the service department of this dealership. I gave them a pass before when I called them out. Never again. I will never spend another dime on service at Ancira.

I want you to know this is a really great dealership. Their customer care is over and above any other. Our car which was still under warrenty broke down a week and a half before a very special vacation we had planned for a really long time. Our child had a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to a film making camp in NewYork. Paul Shodder bent over backwards and went out of his way to help our family be able to get a car replacement to be able to take our child on this trip. He worked with the DM . He showed we were not just a number. He truly cared about our familys situation. I want this dealer to know how amazing their employees are. Also how much what they did for us meant to our family.I would tell everyone if you need a car buy here. If you need setvice go here. This is a dealership thats at an outstanding level. I highly recommend it for any of your vehicles needs.

There must be a new service director, as my experience today was literally 180 degree difference from my last few visits. Drop off was super easy, staff was beyond professional, and all work was completed in less than an hour and a half. Excellent service today!

Service is good, IF YOU CAN GET IN at all.I had an engine warning light going on and off and strange sounds coming from my engine as well.I took it in and they wouldn't even look at it for SIX DAYS telling me it was the first time they could give me an appointment or even do anything.I like most people need my car so I took it to a local mechanic who using his limited diagnostic equipment did a tune up, new plugs ,etc. charging me $214.When the light was soon back on and the engine running poorly I took it back to the repair shop where they replaced the plug and and coil and returned it to me a second time. Sure enough in a day the engine was malfunctioning again and the warning light back on.Since I couldn't get it into Ancira before Hell froze over, I took it to Belden automotive who correctly diagnosed a cracked head. I'm out 98 more dollars. At this point they referred me to North Star Dodge where I had the vehicle repaired and returned under warranty in a few days. It's unfortunate that Ancira was so unresponsive to even look at the vehicle and that alone cost me over $300 and days of going back and forth trying to find and repair what was wrong. It's really a shame, they didn't use to be that way.

There for a noise which turned out to be a cracked catalytic converter. Service rep Alicia Mendez was great and the repair was done in less than 3 hours. I had to turn around and come back because the engine check light came on. They took me in quickly and the mechanic brought my car out to explain the issue. He forgot to reset the sensor which if you know anything about cars this is an easy mistake to make. Took guts for the mechanic to admit the mistake and I like that! I was on the road again in 45 minutes.
