Showed up first thing in the morning when they opened and ebony at the front helped me out right away. Bent one of my rear wheels and the car was wobbling bad on the highway and they were able to fix it fast and easy. Before and after of the bent is night and day the car drives as smooth as before and will definitely go back if I even need more help!!

I sent in my 22" rim to get a dent repaired and re-finished. They did a great job on the dent and refinishing. They tried to pull out the little bolts and they ended up being decorative and made them crooked.

Went there based off of google reviews, they charged me 150 just to tell me I need new wheels. Later upon expecting my wheels because the shaking was getting worse, here they didn t put all 5 lug nuts back in my car. When I called them to question them about it they said well call you back, they never called back so I m two days I reached out and got no answer. Very unprofessional from the beginning til end, never be back to this place and hope this review also keeps your opinion of them educated

Great experience with alloy wheel repair, I took All 4 of my 2013 Cadillac CTS-V wheels to them for repair and color change. Very satisfied with the whole experience from the first conversation over the phone with front desk to talking over colors and choosing the right 1. Upon pickup wheels look great and the fixed rim is unnoticeable. I will update review with how the quality holds up, very happy customer and I will be recommending this establishment. (9/1/21)

I was very pleased with the work they did here. Finished in under an hour. They worked with my insurance, to include making several calls back and forth to get my claim figured out. Daniel fixed my rim, and you can see in the before and after pictures how it came out. Highly recommend.

Some of the best work and customer service experience IN TOWN. HANDS DOWN!!!!The owner was so friendly and inviting. Very fair prices. Quoted me two days took less than that. Made my rim look BRAND NEW . I was so pleased with how my rim came out. (Trust me it looked bad before, almost bought a whole new rim) he saved me so much time, money and headache. I can t wait to do future business. They definitely have a customer FOR LIFE!!!

I cannot give enough praise to Ebony and Rodney. I had a bent rim and was hours away from a family vacation. I am from San Marcos and spoke to every shop around and no one could fix it without sending it off. So I got up early and called Alloy Wheel Repair. They had my wheel straightened out in 45 minutes for a cheap price. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service. Ebony was so polite and helpful and Rodney was extremely positive and had me feeling comfortable immediately. I recommend this shop and will return for services in the future!!!

Straight forward, honest, quality work worth the consideration for your businessAfter hitting numerous pot holes in this city, San Antonio, what can one expect? Yes, you guessed it, either purchase new 17 alloy car rims yes that s plural for my 2008 mini cooper run flats at approx.. ~500 a piece, or, look at what else is available. After doing some research I found Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist. I called and Latrease answered the phone. She was pleasant, friendly, and informative. She provided the spectrum of pricing and I scheduled an appointment, highly recommended. Before allowing work, met the owner, Rodney, to discuss what I thought might be found. I explained each rim had various deep pitted curb rashes, and at least two were bent from pot holes. Rodney provided an assessment and reassurances, they would do their best. I was kept updated on the progress, and the issues they had to work through. When I picked up the car, I almost did not recognize the rims. I cannot say enough about Rodney, and his crew. He is definitely and honest, quality, oriented business man that will do as much as possible to make something work, and, if it won t be possible, he ll let you know versus just taking your money. In the end, I received my car, and receipt, and another place to send friends in a similar situation. These guys are down home friendly, and professional.Note, I ve attached a before and after picture, albeit the before was from a few months ago, and has been cropped from an angled picture off my car.

Ok, I just got back my wheel and it looks fixed. Had a small crack on the rim of the amg wheel so only time will tell. They got it done in 24 hours.

Amazing! I was in town for spring break and experienced a flat tire on the way to our last leg of the trip. I would be leaving in two days and needed a quick turn around I spoke with Ebony on the phone who assured me they could fix it in the two days I needed it to be done.Not only did they let me leave my vehicle over night they fixed it the very next day and said I could pick it up the following day when I was leaving town. Amazing customer service, kind, attentive, and got me back on the road with no fuss! The wheel has been amazing ever since!Highly recommend and could not be happier! Thanks again AWRS!

I can t compliment this place enough!!! I hit Satans personal pothole during a recent road trip to Houston after I pulled my Camry out of that pit of hell I was left to have to deal with the damage. Of course tire shops quoted me hundreds of dollars for a new wheel as I learned my wheel was bent. Immediately in calling Alloy Wheel Repair, Ebony was extremely helpful and friendly. We scheduled my appointment for the following day but because I had to work that day, I made a plan to drop it off the evening before. Upon arrival, they serviced me immediately although my appointment wasn t until the following day! All of the techs were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They got me in and out in about 40 mins! My wheel looks and feels brand new! I can t thank them enough for the time and money they saved me! Hands down best service I ve seen in San Antonio!!!

Rodney and crew saved us $565 because they were able to repair 3 bends on one rim (thanks to my wife). Dealers solution was a new rim for $690. It had a horrible wobble and now it drives exactly the same way it did when we drove it off the lot. Took us in the next morning and we were out within an hour. Very very pleasant to work with, highly recommended.

Well I had really bad road rash and some bent metal on my rim. All I could think about was the cost to replace the rim but Rodney worked his magic and saved me not only the cost of another rim but the cost of some chump up labor. Very satisfied with the results and the customer care is amazing!!!

No stars deserved here unless you initiated business with Ms. Ebony. The communication, customer service, and work was sub-par. After seeing the results, I immediately picked up my wheels and headed to Wheel Love after reaching out to the car-enthusiast community. Jud and his team at Wheel Love did quick work, but knew exactly how to 'fix' my wheels after the terrible shape AWR left them... wrong color and almost non-existant restoration. I'll being going back to Wheel Love for powder coating on ALL 4 wheels ASAP.

Took my money and didn't even fix my bent rim and I paid close to 300 dollars for this service. Probably the worst place you can go to . Wouldn't recommend to anyone and would honestly love a refund cause my tire still goes flat and I could use that money to go somewhere that would actually do the work they're paid for

Horrible. Ebony some lady at the front desk was very rude. I had my wheels sent to them 4 times back to back to be fixed right. They just simply couldn t do it. Apparently I have standards and they don t. She was mad that I would even question why they had to be sent back 4 times for the same repair how dare I ask why. My wheels almost look worse now it s horrible. Beware everyone.

22 in GMC OEM rim was bent due to a nasty pothole and would no longer hold air. I was told by Discount Tire Tech that a new replacement rim would be needed at a cost of $500. The tech at Alloy Wheel Repair did an AMAZING job repairing the rim and balanced it perfectly!If their services are ever needed, I will gladly go back.

I live in Bulverde,Tx . My husband and decided to bring our Corvette to Alloy Wheel and Repair Specialist. Ebony is such a beautiful and pleasant person to to talk to. From day one she was very professional and kind. Rodney and staff was very professional and gave me pointers on maintaining my Corvette. We really appreciate the great customer service and they went way and beyond to accommodate us. Incredible work performance and on time, 5 stars are not even enough,

One word....Amazing!!!! Ebony the beautiful and patient lady that runs the place is such a wonderful light. She is so patient and will explain everything if you have any questions. The guys who worked on my wheel did a phenomenal job. I am so glad I came here and will come back for everything needed in the future.
