Ok. So I've been working on my car for some time. I had issues finding parts online. A nice gentleman at Carquest Auto Parts in Florseville told me about this place. A few of the parts I had bought online and returned (more than once) they had in stock and saved me more lost time. However they recommended and sold me a transmission dipstick that was 60 bucks. It turned out unusable after it was installed and unreturnable because it sat behind the headers at an angle that couldn't be reached. It also sat at an angle that hit the firewall, and left the dipstick tube at an angle that even if I could have gotten the dipstick passed the headers, there would have been no way for me to add fluid to the transmission. That dipstick would work very well on a ratrod or older style Hotrod where it looks more like a roadster (open engine bay). Aside from that, they are very nice and professional. They're doing something right, they've been in the same location for 32 years!

Used them only for vp fuel. Great place just wish it was open on Saturday or a little later. Hours make it hard to swing by and get fuel unless I have the day off

They had the brake balance valve and all the fittings I needed and their price was great. Nice people too.

It is with great regret that we must post this rating about this business. Dropped off some unused parts sealed in the factory plastic wrapping to sell on consignment. After after two months not being sold, we picked them back up. What we found upon bringing them home, box opened, and original parts swapped out. Very disappointed! In such difficult economic times as we are all experiencing, being cheated by a local business ads insult to injury as we try to make due with what we have. No longer do we not trust this particular business but we can not in good conscience resell these parts to someone.

Excellent customer service. I brought in a difficult need and Stetson worked up a solution, showing patience and his years of experience. Nowadays it's hard to find customer service like that. Thank you Stefan and the hot rod shop regret experience.

I was very pleased with the customer service Stetson provided, extremely helpful with choosing the correct braided fuel line, and inline filter for my 4 barrel Edelbrock to my recently rebuilt 250 Chevy straight 6 engine.
