Alamo Heights Collision Center has now repaired 3 of my vehicles. They have done an outstanding job. Their work is professional and completed in a timely manner. They have wonderful customer service. David, the service manager, is very personable and made the whole experience effortless on my part. AHCC technicians are perfectionists. I am very meticulous and after they completed their work, the car looked brand new. Awesome craftsmanship, attention to detail and professional work is what you will receive at Alamo Heights Collision Center. I am very pleased with their work.

My experience with Alamo Height Collision Center was Phenomenal! 10/10 recommended!!!Christian and staff were very quick and efficient to our needs. I had approx 6months of ongoing back&forth with my insurance adjuster to get my case started and car fixed. As a victim of a hit you know the process will always take longer .So I proceeded to attend Alamo as my adjuster kept extending my case(no case created no approval done yet), I communicated my frustration with Christian & he was quick to get my case approved ,vehicle parts ordered and fixed! With one car the transition to Enterprise was no headache we got picked up and dropped off at enterprise with our rental ready to go. 2 weeks in my car is ready and Rental return was taken care of. Just simply a wonderful experience no headache what so ever with Alamo Height Collisions you re in great hands, hands down

Kane and Morang at the front desk provided me with outstanding customer service and both deserved a promotion asap. Kane kept me informed every step of the process of repairs to both my Teslas multiple times and answered all my quesrions promptly and professionally. Morgan always had a smile on her face was very helpful when I dropped and picked off and always assisted me with my rental car return and pickup if needed. I have 22 years of customer service experience at the management level in the military and their professionalism and support set the standards for other to emulate.

Got into a really bad collision on the highway with a giant box someone dropped off a truck. Felt like my Tesla blew up.They fixed it, got everything put back together as good as new. They even went above and beyond to get my car back to me sooner.Can t thank everyone there enough, especially Kane & the entire front desk. Highly recommend Alamo Heights Collision Center. I had my car towed there after being rear ended back in December. They are partnered with USAA, which made the whole process easier. Alamo Heights consistently updated us with the progress on our vehicle from beginning to end. Repairs took 8 weeks from start to finish, but mostly due to waiting on parts to be delivered. This was during Christmas and New Years, so things moved a bit slower during that time. This was a huge job, having to replace the rear bumper and repair the rear suspension (about $20k in damages).Upon receiving my car, it looked as though the accident never happened. The car drives like a dream, just as before the accident. Believe me, I would have noticed if something was off. I drove my car home after the accident and immediately felt something was wrong with the suspension, which is why we had it towed. It killed me to drive an ICE car for the duration of the repairs, but knowing that my car was repaired flawlessly was worth it. Their professionalism, communication and quality of work are all excellent. Highly recommend AHCC.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I m writing this from the parking lot of Alamo Heights Collision. I want to give a thanks to Kane, the manager, for going above and beyond to help coordinate with my insurance and help provide everything I needed to navigate the process. Throughout the repair Kane would proactively communicate where they were with my car. The repairs themselves went excellent, and you can t even tell I smashed up the front.If I ever need my Tesla serviced again, I m bringing it here. Top notch service, Tesla OEM parts, and excellent quality work.10/25 Update,I had to return for service for a separate collision and the service was the same top notch quality as the first. Kane was communicative and helpful in dealing with the other persons insurance. Edit: I ve lowered my rating to one star because we found that the seatbelt in the backseat had been removed and not properly reinstalled. My husband said It s so twisted up, it looks like they didn t even try. Seat belts that are twisted at installation can cause severe injury or even death during an accident because the full width of the belt is not available to absorb the impact. If you get your car fixed here, I HIGHLY suggest you check your car thoroughly. This is something we wouldn t have found if we wouldn t have needed to put the backseat down.Took 6 months for them to get us in and then 4 weeks for them to complete the job. They refused to provide an estimated completion date which was frustrating. Work looks good, but apparently one of their guys removed our infant car seat base from the back seat and did not replace it or let us know it had been altered. My husband clicked our infant into the base assuming it hadn t been touched and I drove an hour across town in rush hour traffic with my baby unknowingly unsecured in the backseat. This is a HUGE liability. You could get somebody s child killed. If you re altering people s car seats, you NEED to let them know at pick up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Alamo Heights Collision Center is absolutely the best, they are very professional, very knowledgeable and very courteous. Kane always text me to inform me of what s going on with my car during the whole process,that was greatly appreciate it. AHCC is the only certified Tesla repair center in SA and I can see why, my car looked, feels and drives like the day I picked it up from Tesla. Took my Model X here for an insurance claim and they were great. Work looks great and they communicated every step of the way. Would definitely recommend as THE certified Tesla repair shop in San Antonio. They even did some minor detail work cleaning and washing the car before giving it back. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the service we received at Alamo Heights Collision. Being new in town, I had no idea who to choose to repair my 2018 Traverse after I was side swiped by a vehicle in town. From the first day I walked in to Alamo Heights Collision Center, I had exceptional customer interaction. The environment and people were friendly and they showed a true willingness to get my vehicle repaired! We worked with Christian and he kept me up to date with my vehicle the entire time. Once my vehicle was done, there were a few minor issues we addressed and not once did Christian make us feel like we were inconveniencing them. He was very apologetic and promptly worked to correct any issue we had so that we left very satisfied. After resolving the minor issues, I am happy to say, we were very satisfied with the work and most importantly the customer service Christian showed. He made sure to either call or text me to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and always remained professional and eager to help! I would highly recommend Alamo Heights Collision for all your vehicle repairs. Also, thank you so much Christian for taking care of everything and making our experience with Alamo Heights a good one! Customer service can totally make or break a company, but when you have individuals like Christian as the face of the company, with a friendly attitude, great knowledge, and a willingness to ensure the customer is happy, you gain customers for life!Service: Body & Trim

The repairs were great- I want to so badly give them at least 4 stars. However, as noted in other comments, the customer service is poor. Most importantly, they did not own up to additional damage on our brand new vehicle that was not there when put in their charge. While not ground breaking stuff, it will probably cost us ~ $300 bucks to replace damaged/scratched parts. The case manager there would simply not budge and refused to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the value is not enough to warrant opening a new claim, so we'll be out of pocket.Service: Body & Trim

If you need body work on a Tesla, go nowhere else. Tried the other two in SATX, couldn t get a call back. This business took me same day, kept me updated via sms. That s more important than you d think given Tesla s parts issues, supply chain etc. couldn t thank y all more, will recommend to everyone. Worked great w USAA insurance, I didn t have to do much. Customer service issues w reviews here are inaccurate.

I'm not sure yet if the repair was good because only my wife has driven the car. Just looking at it, it looks good, so I'll leave 3 stars. After all, that's the most important aspect of getting your car fixed. However, I'd have to say my customer service experience was quite bad. The company is run in such a way that they make it clear that they do NOT need your business and couldn't care less either way. They charge additional fees for using a credit or debit card and expect the customer to pay thousands of dollars in CASH to pay their bill and avoid potentially hundreds of dollars in extra fees they tack on. I think maybe they'll take a check but in not all circumstances. How many people carry checks these days anyway? Your grandma? It's like dealing with the mafia. People waited in line behind me as I counted out piles of hundred-dollar bills. Am I at the horse races? If it wasn't so obscenely ridiculous, it'd be hilarious. They're also NOT open on Fridays, which is obviously very strange and not centered around customer service as well (big surprise). The biggest issue is how they fail to let customers know about these inconveniences and end up wasting inordinate amounts of customer time. When questioned about these odd business practices, they are defiant, defensive, and unapologetic. They'll let you know it doesn't matter because "...it's in the form you filled out and signed...". Oh, it is? It's in the fine print somewhere, on a form I signed 4 months ago? Well, fantastic!! As I mentioned before, they get so much business from Tesla, they couldn't care less about the customer experience. I could include a lot more detail about the snotty customer service Gen-Zr at the desk but if you've made it this far, your eyes have already glazed over...Service: Body & Trim

Brought in my Tesla Model 3 after the hood/front bumper was scratched up from an accident. When I initially brought it in for an estimate, the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and honest. From my very first contact with Alamo Heights Collision Center, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and sincerity of the staff and managers. They performed the work quickly and beautifully. They even delivered the car to my residence, since I was temporarily unable to drive. Just picked up my car today and all I can say is this was as great an experience as it could be. The people here were very helpful and professional during the whole process. Not only did they keep me informed about my repairs, they were great on working around my schedule for a drop off time that worked for me. If I need any more work done in the future I would not hesitate to come back!

Long story short. My husband and I just recently bought a model 3 this past summer. A diesel ended up hitting me and leaving a huge dent in my door among other damages along the quarter panel. I was extremely nervous and scared about the whole situation because I have had previous bad experiences at other shops with my dodge 1500. However let me start off by saying if I could, that I would give a 10 star rating for Alamo Heights collision. Their customer service was amazing and I am a huge worry wart. I had so many questions and they always got back to me within a couple of hours. Everyone was extremely nice and my Tesla came out looking perfect. I m not going to lie. At first, I was extremely scared that something was going to be wrong when I got it back. However it came out looking even better than whenever we very first bought it. They even washed, vacuumed, detailed and charged it for me. I will definitely be coming back here for the rest of my body shop/ mechanic needs including getting my husbands 240 painted.
