GREAT job done by the crew at Alamo Sound & Security on 1806 McCullough Avenue in San Antonio TX 78212 !These guys have a wealth of experience catering to automotive needs, while they also treat their customers so most end up coming back for other services that they can get done to keep your vehicle running well, protected and sounding FANTASTIC !Richard, Patrick, William & all the others will also steer you towards the best place to accomplish tasks that they aren t able to do. All with a friendly attitude and reasonable costs !

I have been going here for various installation for over 10 years. They know and can recommend products if you don t already have a product that you want installed in your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and can tell you which products they have seen the most success. Their installation jobs are professional and thorough. If you were waiting for your vehicle, expect to wait because they do a great job. Otherwise, if you have the option to. Drop your car off then do that

I trusted these guys with installing Apple Car Play on my 2015 Mercedes and could not be happier! Their work is exceptional, they make sure it s all done perfectly, and they really know how to deliver an excellent customer experience. I called them wondering if I had to make an appointment and while I was talking about the stereo the guy on the phone rudely interrupted me and told me they only do name brand stereos. I m not annoyed about them only doing name brand, that s their decision as a business and he did explain that sometimes my stereo doesn t come with proper instructions and it could cause problems if they put it in wrong but I do wish that the guy was a little nicer about it, have some manners and don t interrupt people or be rude to them!

Had new Viper Alarms installed in my two cars. I m incredibly pleased with the quality of service and price. Richard and team are sincere, very personable and treated me like family!Highly recommend for any security, audio and sound issues and new installation.

I hadn't been to alamo auto sound in a lot of years, but when I needed help, I thought of them. The team was outstanding, I believe they can take care of your electronic problems, I had several issues with my truck and also needed tinting done. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed, I wasn't!

There was recent auto break ins at my luxury apartment including my personal truck that takes me all over Texas for Real Estate. I called Richard "The KING" and he accommodated my needs very quickly. My truck was in and out in under 48 hours. Now I can sleep knowing my vehicle is protected. I highly recommend anybody to get their alarm system installed here.

Rich and his employees are top-notch! I bought a surveillance camera for my truck and I was honestly really wanting to upgrade my stereo deck as it was 6-7 years old and missing a lot of features that today's stereos have. Rich helped me find a solid stereo and got me in the same day for the install. They did a tremendous job and showed me all of the features and everything. Real professional shop and very personal, down to earth folks. Highly recommend them for your car audio or camera needs.

These guys are the best in town. The Moore family work as a team and did a fantastic job installing hard wired radar detector. Great work, fair price and easy to deal with all the way around!

I got a subwoofer and amp last minute and wanted to test it on spring break long story short I had no idea how to connect them. William took care of me all the way real custom work I was blown away by how clean the install was. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone out there! P.S. prices are awesome!!!

Richard was able to answer any of my questions, and his team can knock it out. I ve taken 2 of my vehicles here and never had any issues. This is the only place I ll take my vehicles. I highly recommended them

I was having some issues with a 11 year old stereo system and stopped in to see if they could troubleshoot my issues. Patrick was professional and eager to help solve my problem. Patrick was able to correct the several issues I had and replaced a blow out speaker I had. I would definitely recommend this place for your stereo and security system needs. 5 star service all around.

This is now the 4th build Memo/Chin/King/Edward have done for me!1st was a new 2006 4 Runner, Next was a 2010 Toyota Tundra then a 2015 C7 Vette now it was my 2019 Harley Street Glide Special. I cannot express how happy/excited i am! The system sound the cleanest I ve ever heard! It s going to turn heads at Sturgis next month!! Hands down, the most talented shop in San Antonio!! Thank you guys!!!

These guys are the best in SA. Installed in my 1957 Cadillac complete radio and stero system. Backup camera with Bluetooth to Garmen screen. LED light upgrade. Fixed Electric trunk opener. Many other small repairs. Not afraid to tackle work on classic high-end cars.

To say this is your average stereo shop is laughable. This store and its employees are top notch individuals that ensure the job is done right the first time. I went to a stereo shop before this which gave me an uneasy feeling. They said they would have my stereo done in 4 hours which for me was red flag as my car is an older BMW and I did not want it flying apart and being slapped back together in 4 hours, no thank you! King, Memo And Chencho did an amazing job on mica so much so that I can not tell they were even there. I can't tell what they took apart as it is all flawless. I do know that my little car sounds AMAZING! If you are looking for a FAMILY owned business that treats YOU like one of their own then this is the stereo shop for you! I mean its THREE BROTHERS that have been in business for 25 years! Such nice honest people are hard to find. Come here for any of your Stereo needs you will not regret it!

I felt like family! Outstanding and friendly customer service! If you take your car or truck anywhere besides Alamo Auto Sound and Security, go ahead and make yourself an appointment with your psychiatrist while you're at it, because you have to be crazy to go anywhere else! They replaced the system in my 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C and repaired the factory system in my 2003 BMW Z4. For the first time in two years I can entertain other drivers by by singing at traffic lights. Thanks guys! Awesome!

Amazing, fast, and super friendly service! I was having doubts about hard wiring a dash camera into my fuse box, so I called and Willam came to the rescue! I was in an out in a matter of minutes, and they only charged me for the labor/convenience. I couldn't be happier, helped me wire it directly to the battery and it works better than ever! Definitely will keep this place in mind if I want some audio work done here!

Had a great experience here! My car stereo hasn t been working correctly for over a year and no one has been able to find out why. Alfred was very kind in pointing me out to William aka Memo, whom was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue for me for an affordable price! Very respectful guys and we shared some great conversation. He even helped with my headlight and is looking into another issue for me! I highly Recommend these guys To get the job done!

Took my 2021 Bmw to Alamo Auto yesterday! I wasn't sure what tint to get. They explained it all to me in full detail. They were incredibly friendly and I am so happy with the results! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I'm so glad I chose this place! I will definitely go back! Great experience all the way around! #veryhappycustomer!!! #super friendly staff!!!

William who owns this helped me installing a reverse camera in my old car. He did it in a short span of time (other shops requested almost 2-3 hours) and at a reasonable price even though he was off for the day. Highly recommend this shop..!!
