The employees here are always so friendly and helpful. Employee, Jonathan, if he's still at this location, went over and beyond to help my mom and it's greatly appreciated. I recommend this location to everyone

I was there November 19, 2023 around 11:30 AM to pick up some parts for delivery the parts for delivery or two batteries in a box. Mr. ISSAC was behind the counter, helping the customer when I asked another associate if we could roll it out to the car since it was on a roll cart the female associate kindly help me on my way out the door with Mr. ISSAC said oh man you can t carry it ? I said no we re gonna push it out on the cart. Oh do I need to get another driver? I carried it and put it on the cart. He was was being very rude and sounded frustrated.. instead of dealing with a customer he had in front of them he was worried about what the other associate was doing with me mind you there was no one else and the advanced auto parts just him and his customer and me and his associate, so it s not like they were busy. But he was rude from the get-go.Mr. ISSAC was very unprofessional, and maybe his staff should take a look at his irate temper with customers

I ordered and payed online to pick up at store to save time. When I got there they weren't even aware of the order. And when they proceeded to go get my stuff they didn't have 1 item on stock and I had to drive to another store where they did have it available. What's the point of ordering your stuff online for pickup if your going to lose all this time. When in the first place you wanted to avoid that! Losing time. Ridiculous.

Salesperson is kind, friendly and funny. Very helpful and courteous. Took the time to go out into the heat (105 today) and diagnosed my son's ram pickup. Didn't get his name but works at fair ave and gevers. Thanks bud.

JOE and JESSE helped me out!I got a power steering rack in November 2021. It s the end of May 2022 and I m just getting to the box. I open it and compare to my old power steering rack and it does not match up at all. And these guys were able to help me get the right one. It was a defect in the box. My box had the right part number and the part itself had the part number sticker on it with the correct part number but the power steering rack was completely the wrong part. They took it in and swapped it no questions asked!

It's ok, the staff are very helpful. I just didn't like waiting so long to buy the parts I needed, only 1 staff member, and a long line of customers and a very uncomfortable temperature inside the store.

Good place to go to customer support they help you out I like shopping there I get all my parts for my truck needle part call another store and all you got to do is pay for it and come back to the same for you at and pick it up and go put on your car truck. Have a blessed day.

4 Star, only because the store looks horrible to me. Not in terms of cleanliness, that's kept up. The layout reeks, huh!. The guys and lady....do a mighty fine job. I bought a Starter and got A $10 discount on purchases over $50, that had to be used that day. I didn't like the pressure or desperate(ness) of the deal. But I utilized it.

I called this place asking for a certain part they told me they have the part and that they would put it aside for me, I informed them that the customer would be there and I gave them her name. when she showed up they told her that they didn t have the part that I asked about when I called, they were being very unprofessional and had adolescent behavior. This is a major inconvenience for mechanics and customers as well. if you do not have a part do not confirm that you in fact have it just for customers to show up and be told that they do not have a part! May 6, 2022 around 4 PM was the time I called. Come on now that s just not right..

Had a great experience stopping at this store and returning a part that I am no longer need it with no problem Jaime help me out customer service is awesome very genuine and helpful doing a great job at attending to customers Like using the Carquest parts here

The man at the counter doesn't a good amount of time to help research the part I needed. I would say that they are a smaller overlooked auto parts store but they do have a great deal of inventory. Try these guys first.

I failed a state inspection due to my wiper blades at a nearby Valvoline and decided to put them on myself to save some money. I explained this to the cashier Joe D who not only showed me the various wiper options for my car, but also compared the old and new wiper blades, and he talked me through putting them on myself. He even made me aware of a military discount. He went above and beyond with customer service in my opinion and I ended up saving $8 doing them myself which took 2 minutes. It was my first time in this location and I will be sure to return.

This location is one of five that I've been to and all have been very helpful the staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with vehicle repairs and can recommend the correct quality parts for your vehicle. I would pick Advanced Auto Parts first before going to any other auto parts store for the best available advice and recommendations for your vehicle's needs.

Very helpful but was pressured into buying more than desired even after suggesting it wasn t needed, was then offered a 20$ off when 50$ was spent coupon that should have been sent to my email and it never was received. 2 out of five stars because I was helped quickly even tho I didn t ask for help.
