I was having issues with my Chevrolet hhr. So I took it to the guys at access and I couldn t have been happier! In little time they were able to diagnose the issue and give me a fair and reasonable quote. From there they proceeded to repair the issue and within the week I was able to get my vehicle back and on the road. It s shifting is flawless now and I can t wait to see how much better my fuel mileage is. Over the moon on the customer service and professionalism of the team at access. Thanks again guys!!!

recently took my Honda S2000 to Access Transmission to look at my transmission. I was extremely impressed with their service and expertise. Was having problems with my PTO carpet cleaning van and it turned out to be an engine problem, will need to fix this and then adress the transmission. There is a slight miss. Thanks to Darren and his father for being so honest. This is rare and so appreciated.

Untrusted and scammers. I dropped off my fully performance built vehicle at there shop for transmission work and they stole the performance parts and installed cheaper parts behind my back. Didn t find out until the transmission blew up on me and almost got in a fatal car crash.I am currently pressing heavy charges on them, and will be seeing them in court soon.

Thank you DarinFirst off I purchased my car from Hertz so we know how people treat rentals and once my mileage warranty ended the issues started. We all will at one time or another experience this. ButAccess Transmission helped get me back on the road quickly. Super friendly Fair price for what I needed compared to other shops that quoted me for the identical transmission job and 2-3 week wait list Darin got it done in 4 days.Darin was very easy to talk to and that made Access Transmission an easy choice. Darin continued to keep me up to date with the repairs and ETA which was a day earlier than original stated . I m so glad my husband was able to find this shop, we had some issues with our transmission in our gmc sierra for about 6 months. And when it finally gave out these guys were fast on repairing it. Darren is very friendly and informative he answered any questions we had. And reassured us that we would be satisfied with the work.. and I m finally writing this review because it s been about a month since I picked it up and my truck is still running like new. Haven t had any issues with it at all and I m so happy. 5 star customer service !Service: Transmission

Major lack of communication skills going on at this shop. My vehicle is back for the 3rd time and I've no ride what so ever. I've had to call the shop to get up dates and feel like because it's warranty work my vehicle is on the back burner. This is not the experience I was expecting. I'm very disappointed. I will not recommend this shop to anyone..

I've worked on vehicles for about 46 years. Always had transmission rebuilt. These guys do not honor there warranty. Take a recording of your engine running before using this shop.
