I have been a customer with AT Automotive for over a year now, with two different cars. They have always provided me with free diagnosis and quality service, and they have never pushed any repairs on me.They recently honored their warranty on my coolant system when my thermostat went bad in my current car. In the past, with my last car, they refunded me a substantial amount of money when they were unable to fix my badly overheated engine.Adam and his technicians are good at listening to my concerns. They clearly explain the problems they find as well as the necessary repairs. They patently answer any questions I have in simple terms. I recommend AT Automotive for prompt, quality, service

I have been going to this shop for 15 years. Adam is a smart, fair, and honest person. All of the mechanics are great and polite. Overall the shop is fast and accommodating I will continue to use them as my only mechanic

Great customer service. Accepted my online coupon and gave me a great price on my alignment. Also told me what else might be wrong at NO CHARGE! Definitely will be back!

AT automotive saved the day for real. 2015 escalade acted up on me like at 5pm on a Wed. I made it to shop and they kept it safe overnight snd had it fixed next day by noon. Great price Great service. Bunch of other shops out there lie to scam more money. Not this one. My 3rd time using them. satisfied customer.

Yes the car is running ok. but just wanted to let you know that there were oil stains on the hood, windshield, on top of the car. I noticed it the next day, had to take the car to wash.

Posting for a friend :: A word to the wise. Please check out these people thoroughly before bringing ur vehicle here. I brought it in to repair the AC for not cooling, was charged $1100 for a rebuild, AC compressor 11 months later same problem. Adam gave me a difficult time honoring the warranty. He said it was an electrical issue, it would cost me $140 more to diagnose it again. He finally switched it, they left the engine full of green dye and had removed the cooling fan fuse for not apparent reason. I had to replace it. I will never ever refer anyone to Adam the owner at AT Automotive #3 on Cupples Rd.

My son's car had an engine light looked at by several mechanics and no one could fix it. He came to this shop and the engine light has not been back on. The young men are nice and polite. I bought my Honda in for the bumper to be fixed and the gentlemen were honest to let me know the cost up front. As a woman I felt comfortable bringing my car here.

Dont take your car to this place they will poke your eyes, over priced for a thermostat and to top it off the problem was not fixed left my truck leaking and now they say its a dealership problem!! Never again!

Great service. Parts are getting more expensive for a place that should buy a lot of them..ijs. anybody getting work on their can should do a pre and post-inspection...I have encountered some tales of a rushed job. A drain tube was left after a job, and lugnuts were not tightened all the way (that was scary) Adam is a good mechanic but his help isn't always up to his standards

Took my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan here for a loose front end. They quickly found the problem, strut mounts not ball joints like I thought, and had the struts replaced and back to me a few hours later. My van is driving nice a smooth now. The price was a little less than I expected, very reasonable. Communication was great. Please go to this shopUpdate:I took my truck there a few days later with a odd misfire. Turns out I had a big problem on my hands. I decided to replace the engine. They are currently 3 weeks ahead of the schedule they gave me because the engine arrived early. Will update this post when I havey truck back. So far they have called me with updates since despite being hard at work but Anytime I call they answer and tell me where they are at. Very honest shop.

Adam, and his team rock. No matter how many cars keep coming in, they Always are prompt, honest, and have integrity every single time I go.They also work Sat as if it s a normal day of the work week.This time they replaced my steering column, did the alignment and I couldn t be happier.- thanks guys

Dependable, knowledgeable, reliable and finally reasonable. They offer great, trustworthy service all at a price that won't break the bank. I was referred to this place by a family member, but had reservations due to having to drive 30 miles to get there. It turns out it was worth the drive, my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I didn't have to shell out the type of money Midas or Brake Check quoted me. I definitely recommend this place, and will trust them with any future automotive needs. The only thing keeping this rating from being a 5 star is that there is not a comfortable waiting area at this establishment so if you have a break job or a repair that will take some time I recommend dropping off your vehicle.

DO NOT FIX YOUR CAR AT THIS SHOP.I have been a customer for 12 years with this shop . Adam always was honest and fair in the fees and parts for the repairs !!! Great job they use to do. He charged me for a thermostat and a water pump $685 and tells me something else could be wrong as well but let s fix what we know is wrong . It took me 5 days to agree to the repairs . I took it in because it overheated one time on me and then it went to the AT Automotive. He says my vehicle was ready yesterday and he took it for a test drive and it is fine . Today i call him to go pick my vehicle and he tells me it s not running . It had no power .i Long story short he wanted to charge me another $500 because I need coils and spark plugs . UNBELIEVABLE!!! This shop is like every other mechanic shop out there that pokes your eyes out because you re a woman or because he thinks he can !!! I would not recommend this shop!!!! Smh .Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my mother in laws car there whenever there is a concern. It's a 2009 cobalt and has only 92000 miles. Adam the owner has been great and patient with us because she can be very picky. Has stayed true to his word and gets it done on time everytime.

Honest mechanic shop. I would recommend this Shop to anyone who's needing work on BMWs. Hard to find shops thatare honest and know what they are doing.
