These guys were amazing. I can t believe they didn t charge me for the diagnostic. This is what you call honesty and trustworthinessMy estimated time of repair was an hour and a half. I was out of there in under an hour. These guys were amazing. I still can t believe they didn t charge, even though my problem was not as a transmission problem as I suspected they were able to fully diagnose my issue and advise me accordingly. a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely be using you in the future in case of any transmission issues.

This place is great and they really put the customer first. I was recently out of work and looking for a job when my transmission went out. I had some money saved up, but I was a little short for the cost of their estimated repair. A+transmission held my car for 4 weeks while trying to find something within my price range. Unfortunately we couldn't agree on a price, due to my car being a hybrid. That said they stayed in constant communication, and they only charged me for towing the vehicle to the business. They were honest about the free diagnostic and they didn't charge me for holding my vehicle. The owner even gave me a job referral. These people really care about their customers and not just making a buck. If I had an extra $1000, I definitely would've used them to fix my vehicle. If you are having transmission issues, I highly recommend them based on their knowledge, extensive diagnostic (which they share with you) and their customer service.

There's a reason why this location has so many good reviews. They breathed new life into my late model Chevy Colorado in just 1.5 days. They knew I needed it back quickly, they gave it back a little early because they weren't able to get a minor part quick enough. A TOTALLY Different part failed that same night. I had it towed back to them and THEY DID RIGHT and took care of it under warranty repair the next day. Great service and customer interaction and morals. Worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

This is truly a 5 Star company! The Service Department and Technician are so professional and helped me understand, at no charge, that there may be another type of issue with my truck, but it isn't transmission related. They even told me to just drive it as normal and come back in a couple of weeks and they'll have a look at it. What a relief to me it was to hear that. Thank you so much to this shop.

Horrible place,took my truck in for my transmission slipping very lightly and had to wait 2 weeks just for them to tell me whats wrong with my transmission, way too pricey(would not recommend if you don t have 5k+ laying around)and declined the service then got my truck back from them and now i cant go over 25 and paid them almost 600 for them ruining my truck even more.they left parts not how they were even though the guy said they did they don t, they left this here(wasnt there when i dropped it off) will be suing.

2018 Traverse RebuildSeptember 29, 2023 i sent my vehicle for repairs and ended up being rebuilt. Took them almost 2 month to get it back to me. Only to have it it sent back for an auto start stop issue that they haven't been able to fix it is March 12, 2024 still in shop. Ethan and Mario do no update me I have told them many times to do so all they say is Yes sir but never do. They have never been rude to me. But never having an update and when calling for an update all i get is an We are still working on it or No update is very frustrating. Hoping i just get my vehicle back. cus wife working and me working kids school. kids mma practice is too much to do on 1 vehicle. its been hard

Recommending to all friends and family! As a woman, I feel anxious going into any auto shop, but Ethan at the front counter was very friendly as well as the assistant manager- I didn t catch his name. Would come back again and again.

Great guys. Super honest and thorough. I thought my transmission was starting to have issues and they did a full inspection and it turned out to be something pretty small that I could do on my own. They didn't force me or threaten horrible scenarios like you experience at a lot of mech shops. They let me know what to keep an eye out for and when to bring it back should those issues occur. Will definitely go back for all my automotive needs.

The customer service staff was very professional. It start there with the professionalism and the technician seems like they re very knowledgeable and skilled since the issues of my vehicle was successfully taken care of. I would definitely recommend this organization of professionals to both family and friends.

A plus Transmission was an absolute joy to work with. My F250 Transmission started to slip. I called the dealership and no one would return my calls. This was a major problem as this was my work truc. I happened to pass A Plus Transmission. I figured let me go in there and see if they can help. Mario greeted me and told me they could take my truck in that day. The following day, I received a call updating me on the status and the diagnostic report. The truck needed a transmission replacement. I received another update 2 days later... the transmission was in, and they would start the installation the next day. Received a call the following afternoon the truck was ready. Mario and his team were amazing! They kept me informed. the entire team was all over it. 10/10 thanks again A+ !

Great transmission service here at A Plus Transmission specialist. The service was quick (60min) for my truck and the staff are knowledgeable. Reasonable price for a synthetic fluid change. Everything was explained properly. Ask for Norman or Danny for recommendation. They were helpful. High recommended for any transmission fluid change or services. I'd call for appointment they are busy but they can put you in for a quick service.

A Plus Transmission nah I give them an F- minus..went in for a simple drain and fill on my 2015 nissan sentra. The tech didn't remove Transmission drain pan and or replace Transmission filter I called up on it and they looked at my like a deer in headlights they knew they had been busted! They knew what I was talking about and didn't charge me full price...just stick with jiffy lube ...okay so I want to update my review! The following day Mario called me and asked me to come in for a full refund and also he was going to install and replace old transmission filter so I took the car in and he took care of it now I am completely satisfied and will definitely give them an A+ rating !

The only reason I didn t give you 5 stars is because of a lack of communication.They have too many customers and Ethan was overwhelmed hire more office help. Satisfied with transmission overhauled on 2010 Silverado one week out. Time will tell

I took my car in to check for a transmission leak. The mechanic did a thorough check; Mario asked me to come back in a week or two because he wanted to make sure it's a transmission leak. I thanked him for his honesty.

We had a very good experience with A+ transmission. They work out a experience we never had with our extended warranty. Mario and Elijah were great with customer service very patience with our extended car warranty. They did a great job helping us out. Wouldn't reccomend Prices way to HIGH wanted more for a rebuild than the price of a New Transmission and 700 bucks to take off to diagnose. Waste of Money that could of went to a new Transmission!!!@

Replaced transmission filter, flushed fluid. They did a great job. Car runs great now. Very professional, honest and responsible, appointment process is easy. Highly recommended!!

After a preliminary check on my cars' transmission, we were informed what they would need to do to get a thorough diagnosis of the problem. After learning what it would cost just to have the transmission properly checked out, I decided I could not afford the cost just to find out what would have to be done to fix the problem. My car is a 1999 Chrysler 300 M, and we are trying to decide if the car is even worth fixing at its age. I declined further inspection.My daughter went to pick my car up after hours and several nights later.The car would not move. Since I had driven it to the shop; granted in 1st gear only, I expected to be able to drive it the short distance home, in 1st gear only; but could not.The car sat at the shop for more days while we tried to figure out how to get ithome. I told my daughter that I bet they drained all the transmission fluid to check it; but did not replace it. We returned days later, again after hours, and come to find out, that seemed to be the problem because when she added 2 quarts of fluid I was able to drive it home, in 1st gear with no problems. After getting it home she added 2 more quarts and it will now shift up to 3rd gear. Still need to add more fluid to see if that was the problem all along.....all of this to say....The guys at the shop were very nice and professional. I have no complaints other than I think I should have been able to drive it back home without all the hassle of trying to hunt down the proper fluids at 10:30 at night.

Went in on Wednesday for a cvt fluid change. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and polite, they said it would take 1-2 hours to be done. They surprised me by being done in 50 minutes!
