I met the Guerra family many years ago. I was the supervisor for the Sheriffs office and all County vehicles went to AA to be repaired. The quality of the work was top notch and they kept me informed every step of the way. I also have sent my personal vehicles there for repair. On a side note Lillian and Johnny are the finest people you will ever meet. Even though I am now retired we still keep in touch. When I see the Guerra family I feel as if I am home with family. They treat everyone that way. Send your vehicle to AA. You won t be disappointed.

I was fortunate to be introduced to A&A Paint and Body Works a couple of years ago when I had an accident on the freeway. From the first moment, when I arrived at the shop in the tow truck, I was met by Johnny Guerra who impressed me with his kind and gentle nature and with the professional confidence he portrayed. I was further impressed when I met Lillian, his wife. I called to ask a question about dealing with my insurance company. She immediately said, "Come to the shop. I have been dealing with insurance companies for deades. I can help you with them." And she did. I have felt mistreated by insurance companies in the past and with her aid I got the best response I have ever had.The work they did on my 13 year old car was superlative. I felt like I had a brand new car. They go above and beyond the necessary for their clients. I have seen Lillian take new customers under her wing, as she did for me. Marcel, their grandson, has a wealth of automotive knowledge and is so willing to be of service even after the bill has been paid. I have personally witnessed Johnny, Lillian, Marcel and David (their son) taking the extra step to provide the best service for their clientel. This is a family business that demonstrates the highest Christian values of honesty, hard work and compassion for their fellow man. I can not overstate how highly I recommend A&A Paint and Body.

My bill was $3,000 more than the estimate. They told me it was because of all the extra work required. The surprise bill given at the end of the service was unprofessional. Make sure you get everything in writing and any additional charges are communicated BEFORE they are done. Even though the car looks nice I would not use them again. Look how the area under the convertible top was not painted. Do not use this business. If I could give them a 0 rating I wouldService: Painting

Be careful!!!! They are not insured and you will be reliable for any damages ..I have receipts ..one of thier co worker was drinking in a work truck and rammed straight in the back of my car with my little girl in the back seat..ill be coming for everythiing

I am a single mother and I trusted this place to fix my vehicle ..HUGE MISTAKE!!Very unprofessional the owner(lady) didn t finish job on my car. Nothing was done right and I had to pay another shop now to fix it. When I tried asking for them to fix they kept hanging up on me . Even now when I attempted to ask for paper work on everything that was done owner(sounds like an elderly lady who used to be a smoker) hung up on me just for asking questions.. bad business!

I tried dealing with this company on my 81 year old mother's behalf and O.M.G! The owner is not only rude and has zero empathy...she took advantage of my mom and her lack of knowledge. Owner even said "I did try to explain to your mom but she looked confused and I don't know if she understood me". Then why the HECK would you continue, lady!!! On top of ALL that, she REFUSED to give me a receipt/detailed document showing the work they did on my mom's car. She kept saying "refer to the estimate the insurance gave you". She wanted another $1,000 from my mother to get her car out even though the insurance paid the shop almost $4,000. I wanted a receipt to show me the almost $4,000 of work!! Was I asking for too much???!!!She also never let my mother or step dad take pictures of the car while in the shop. They never got to see the car while in the shop. The whole experience was just weird!It seems as though she has certain tow trucks and traffic cops on her "kickback" and they don't give the customer a choice on where to take their vehicle!!:Anyway!! Save yourself the trouble, headache and heartache!!!!! STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!! Deal with a professional, up to date, respectful, courteous shop instead!!!

I was calling trying to find a good shop to do bodywork on several classic that I owned and the brief conversation I had with the woman who I presume to be the owner was not receptive towards answering questions about the services they provide. Instead after one question I am cut off with "what do you want" and "can you call back later, I'm busy".The one answer I was told is that they have been there for over x amount of years as if somehow that is supposed to convince me that they provide what I want and I shouldn't ask any further questions.Judging how she treats potential customers I wouldn't doubt that quite a few have been taken advantage of.

The owner is a female who lacks empathy of any kind.I have over 25,000 reviews on my Google reviews and if I could even convince one person not to go to this place and put money in her greedy pocket, that would be enough for me.She is rude and ugly in heart and doesn t deserve anyones money.

These people are horrible. They kept our car hostage. They were upset because we decided to go with a company under our insurance and decided to charge us for the tow.. They told us to go and get cash because they don't accept cards.. We came right back with that cash and they were walking out the establishment saying they are closed. Mind you they have a sign that says "After hour release ". They are trying to charge us for an overnight stay I'm sure. These people are evil. This is not what you want to deal with after a car accident.

The owner pretty much got mad at me and my wife because we decided go with another cousin place within our insurance network. So he sends us to get cash to pay for the tow service and courses while we are gone and upon our return he gives me attitude. Locks my car in the garage and tells me call my insurance and figure it out

***Outstanding customer service! Very happy with the detail the shop provided in repairing my car!***I was rear-ended while driving my Infiniti G35 back on May the 4th. I dropped my vehicle off at the shop on May the 5th. AA Body Frame & Paint gave me an initial estimate and assured me that they could get the car back to pristine condition. They worked with the other driver s insurance company ensuring that I had an acceptable rental car for the time my car would be in the shop. They called me every couple of days letting me know the status of my car.I picked up my car up today and could not be happier! The attention to detail really shows in all of their work. The shop is a family owned business, and they truly treat you like family. Exemplifying integrity they showed me all the old parts and doors that were replaced. When I arrived to pick up my car today, Dave took a look at my wife s brand-new car sitting in the parking lot and spotted a defect that I had overlooked before buying. This would have been a costly defect to fix at a later date, but since he spotted it literally within a week of purchasing the car we are taking it back to the dealership tomorrow to be fixed for free. If I could sum up the quality of service rendered from AA Body Frame & Paint in three words - I would say honest, thorough, and amazing. Once again, I cannot think them enough for the amount of work and attention to detail they put in ensuring my car was once again immaculate!

Lydia is very rude. Sounded like an Elder lady with no people skills or common courtesy. It s amazing you have her as the face of the shop and answering the phones do better and be better smh

Do not ever go to this body shop they will take your money screw you over the lady there strong armed me and kept my truck hostage said she was trying to help me and charge me $1,800 just to hold my truck on their property

Thank you for making the beginning part of my accident the worst experience ever. Thank you for putting your lunch before my needs and holding on to my car longer than needed.Avoid this business at all costs.I'm glad I made the decision to have my car moved.
