My husband bought his jeep stock last year. Since then, we ve worked with Joel at 4WP 3 separate times and we re already planning on our 4th. Joel is very knowledgeable, recommendations are on point and his beard ain t bad either, lol.Smitty built roof rack, 2in lift, pro comp a/t 33" tires, led headlights. By the way, the tires handle really well in rain which was super important to us.If you want quality work and someone that actually knows/cares what they are talking about (and not just trying to make a sale), then I highly recommend 4WP and Joel.

Johnny Cobb is a great employee and offers exceptional customer service. He helped me with my jeep and explained everything I needed to know. He made awesome recommendations in regards to making sure that my jeep will work most efficiently, and in order to prevent further unnecessary wear and tear on my jeep. This is my second encounter with Johnny and each time he has helped me immensely. I appreciate having someone like him to assist me with all my needs on my jeep. He is extremely passionate about his job and making sure that his customers are treated right. Thumbs up to Johnny and to four wheel parts!

Bought a BakFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover from them for my 2023 Ram 1500 Limited with RamBox. I was concerned about the cover fitment next to the RamBox, but it turned out great (see pics), Rambox is fully functional with the cover, with no parts rubbing into. However, I did find that if you try to fold the cover while the Rambox is open, then it would hit the rambox lid, so just close the lid before you fold the cover, so it is not a big deal. I was surprised to find that it was about $1,100 after a discount (less than the Amazon price). It only took a few days for it to come in. They did the install for about $175.00. I was going to do it, but it looks a bit more complicated with the RamBox bed. Fits perfectly, looks great (see pics included). 4 Wheel Parts-Off Road Truck & Jeep 4x4 Parts was very professional, no pressure. The only reason I went there was because they were open on Saturday, and I wanted to look at their samples on my day off. I liked what I saw, so I ordered it that day. I would recommend this store, and would feel comfortable with them working on any other 4x4 components of my truck.

Chris and Joel at 4WheelParts took great care of me and my Gladiator. They took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it. The store appears to be good, but the bad customer service made my experience or lack thereof quite brief. With his "self-praise," sales colleague Johnny Cobb attempted to reassure me that I would be taken care of. They were selling me parts from a manufacturer called Westcott Designs that they don't stock. The salesperson neglected to fully inform me of the price or the $300 markup they chose to apply. I place a lot of importance on setting expectations. I will gladly�travel to Austin or Houston to receive better service, maybe one of the other businesses in the area will have better support.Self-praise is no praise at all.Lord Byron

Tried to get a quote for new shocks and install and was left on hold for over 15min. Any company that doesn t value my time as much as theirs will not be getting my business. Lesson learned

These guys are awesome. We were traveling through from Washington state and needed help after blowing a suspension air bag on our RAM. Called and spoke to Jared: they not only had the part in stock but replaced it for us on the spot, on a Saturday. Thanks again Jared : your help was greatly appreciated.

There's not really another store around like 4wp that you can go to in person and get the part or tool you need same day. I went in and Johnny helped me find the tool I was looking for, and gave me some good pointers. Definitely recommend stopping by!

This is my second time going to 4WP. I used them to lift 2016 4Runner. The staff is always helpful and make sure that I am getting what I asked for when it comes to the lift. Johnny was big help during this process. I was even more appreciative of his help when I had to send my wife to get the 4runner checked out. He took care of our questions and made sure my alignment was good. My wife was very impressed with his help. Over all it was a really good experience because of Johnny. He was patient with her questions and got her taken care of while I was at work. This type of customer service is rare these days and it s nice that some people will go the extra mile.

I called multiple shops around the area and out of town inquiring about a part I needed for my Smittybilt atlas rear bumper/ tire carrier. I even called Smittybilt themselves. Come to find out finding parts for Smittybilt is quite difficult right now. I ve been looking for the latch to my atlas bumper and almost gave up, then I remembered about 4wp San Antonio. Sales associate named Johnny answered the phone and was able to find me the part within five minutes. Thank you Good sir I appreciate it!

Extremely disappointed. I used 4 Wheel Parts back in 2015 when I got my first jeep. Went back again this week with my 3rd jeep to get a estimate which was just under $5000. Thought that was a bit high...so I took the same estimate to another local company and for the EXACT same part/labor the other company was $1500 LESS. Not only where they in a different ballpark pricewise, the customer service was also way better than the service 4 Wheel Parts gave. Do your research so you dont get taken advantage of!!!

Called looking for a weird one off part on a lifted truck and Johnny took the time to call a vendor and track down what I needed. He could've simply referred me to them and been done with me. He took the time to make sure I got the right part in a timely manner. Great Customer service Johnny.

I walked in to 4 Wheel Parts on Broadway after I bought a new truck with some questions about a lift. Joel Brown spent all the time I needed to review all of the lift options in great detail. After considering my options and making my selection, Joel got the parts and tires ordered, the lift install scheduled, and they executed it without any issues. I have since, bought a bed cover from 4WP that I received from them faster than Amazon could get it to me. Just brought my truck back for the retorque on the lift and Joel stayed on top on my account all the way through keeping me informed of the progress. Joel and 4WP are world class!

Had ordered online and founded out after bumpers arriving at my local shop the parts wouldn't be a good fitment for the vehicle. Called 4wp and they said I could return to the nearest 4wp store. I went and they told me they could only do in store credit which I was fine with due to the shipping boxes the bumpers came in were destroyed. I wanted them to do some other work anyways so I dropped it off when they said they could get to it. After the vehicle had been there a week they said it would be another week. After the next week I went to pick it up after all the work was to be completed. They still hadn't got some parts so I was like fine I will just pick the final parts and have my local shop install.After having the vehicle back I started to notice the problems. First was the wireing they charged me for was done so I couldn't access the vehicles fuse box. The cost of installation was astronomical. To give you an idea four led pods install cost as much as a lift kit installation.Headlights were installed but not adjusted which left the lights to pointing towards the sky. This became such a driving hazard I had to adjust them at night after noticing it.They adjusted one of the strut coil overs as requested. However the strut was marred up during the process.All said and done I would avoid if possible to save time and money. Dont get me wrong these guys are really nice. Its just not easy to get what you want without paying over the normal shop cost and getting poor quality.

The service isn't that great. They seem to always be short staffed. Clerks are never in a hurry to keep the line moving. Not a fan.
