I was in my first and hopefully last Road Rage Hit & Run accident in early September. My State Farm agent told me about 360 Collision and I am SO glad I brought my car to them. All of their staff was extremely friendly. Can't say enough about Mike Sanchez! He was great to work with. He kept me informed all throughout the process, brought new findings to my attention quickly and the turnaround was phenomenal. He even arranged to get my rental car through Enterprise for me. I would give 360 Collision 10+ stars if possible. I'll never go anyplace else. Submitting 3 before and 2 awesome after pics. Thank you, 360 Collision!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

360 Collision took excellent care of my car and returned it to me in excellent condition! The repair was perfectly done and it was like getting a new car back! The text communications during the repair process were super helpful, and everyone was so friendly and kind. I had a great experience with 360 Collision.

I would give 360 Collision 6 stars if I could. I was rear-ended 4 days after moving to San Antonio, so needless to say, I wasn't happy about having to deal with car repairs or finding a trustworthy body shop. They were recommended by the other person's insurance and after reading reviews, I decided to make an appointment. I was so happy they were able to get me in within a few days (another place I called said almost 2 months). Everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful! Mike did an excellent job overseeing the repairs and keeping me informed the whole way. I was able to leave the rental car with them and drive away in my car in just two weeks! My car looks better now than before the accident. They returned it to me so clean, I'd swear they had it detailed. They did excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone!

Still in the parking lot while writing this that s how upset I am. Car took twice as long as they said then they added an additional $4000 on top of what they initially quoted me on which is what ever but they real reason I m leaving this review is cause my money jar got stolen (dumb in me for leaving it) but still just expected a better experience from how this place was portrayed. But it s just like any other mechanic shop . Run by sleezy individualsUpdate: went to get oil change today when mechanic did his job under the car he noticed a lose tube left over from the repairs done (I suck with car lingo so don t know proper term for the tube pictured) but the mechanic made it a point to emphasize that I was LUCKY that that piece of plastic didn t melt or catch fire and cause serious harm to my car or myself if it were to of happened on the highway once again sleezy people that clearly don t really care about you in the end only the money

Excellent service and communication! All their staff is friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Mike in particular, who explained very patiently everything my car needed to repair the crash damage. He kept me updated on the progress, and I am very pleased with the results. If you need more reasons to take your car here, just know they usually have 2 beautiful dogs at the reception to greet you :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my SUV fixed at 360 Collision. There were some delays, it happens, but it came out looking good and new. It really looked like nothing happened! Joshua was very communicative and ensured they would get it done in a timely manner. There was even a small issue with some of the paint work in the final stages and he got the car sent right back to the paint department to correct it. They really pay attention to detail. Everyone is very honest and they do amazing work. Will definitely return if anything else arises. Rarely write reviews, but felt that 360 Collision deserved it for the great work they did on my vehicle. I d rather have delays and get my car back later looking perfect, than someone cut corners and give it back to me sooner with some errors. Highly recommend!

Super good deal for painting parts, owner and workers are so nice, treat me so good from the front desk to the owner, gotta say this is the best place that I ve ever met. They also help me to install the parts on my car too, great place to put your trust in. I will come back and see you guys soon. Tl;dr: Prices here start in the average range but can easily double at their discretion. Matt at Brauntex Auto Body did a great job on my bumper for a fraction of the price of 360 Collision. My advice: go there instead.Full review: I stopped by late in the afternoon, and although no other customers were in sight the wait was long to get a quote. I sat in the lobby listening to the girls in the front gossip while several senior employees walked out early, talking about their weekend vacation plans. When an employee finally arrived to help me, he produced an average-priced quote for a rear bumper ($1100) and explained the work could be done in a few days. Seemed reasonable enough, however, after questioning him further I learned that if any parts behind the bumper were even so much as dented (like the crash bar, a $500 part), I would be required to replace those items for safety-related reasons and to comply with their warranty policy. At that point, even if I chose not to do the work, I would still be charged for reassembly of the original bumper. When I asked if I could waive my warranty and just have them replace the bumper itself, their answer was no, it wasn't up to me because it was a safety issue. The gentleman then proceeded to inform me that the $500 crash bar might not be the only extra I could be on the hook for, there might also be additional miscellaneous parts totalling a few hundred dollars. This would take a $1100 repair to around $2000, essentially at their complete discretion. All I can figure is that he was getting me prepared in advance for a large bill because this was a nice car (Infiniti) and he figured I could afford it. Long story short, I took the vehicle to Brauntex Auto Body, a bit out of the way but totally worth it. Matt knocked out the repair for $800, no questions asked. My advice: take your vehicle there instead.

I was referred to 360 Collision by my insurance, Geico. My vehicle was one of many impacted by these brutal Texas hailstorms. I had so much damage that I was concerned how a shop would be able to repair to the previous condition. 360 Collision went above and beyond what I could have expected. Kane, the Service Manager and Kelly, the General Manager were amazing! The updates, repairs and customer service still has me boggled. I do not have have the right combination of thoughts or words to say just how great of job this company did. Five stars is not enough. Thank you again 360 Collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose 360 because they're an approved auto body shop with my insurance. I had read previous reviews all praising their great communication and service. They weren't wrong!! I was impressed with the fact that the very first person I spoke to on the phone was an owner. She was super helpful and concerned about my situation. My car had been damaged and was not able to be driven. Once my car was delivered to them, Mike walked me through the process before I signed the necessary releases. Mike kept me informed of what was going on with my repairs.I would 100% recommend 360 collision to my family and friends.

I had an amazing experience getting my car fixed up after I got side swiped. I received texts updating me on the progress of my car and am so happy with the end result. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. I will definitely be back for all my future body work.

After an accident I wasn't really sure what shop to use for repairs but wanted something close by and selected 360 collision and they didn't disappoint.The process between insurance company and rental company was seamless with 360 collision and would highly recommend.The body work was impeccable and done in a timely manner.

I rarely write reviews but I feel like this place deserves one! The staff and service at 360 collisions were the absolute best!! From the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted by the owner s dogs to when I picked up my car, I was completely satisfied with the customer service. They helped me get a rental car on the same day I dropped my car off because Enterprise wasn t answering my calls, so two of the ladies at the front desk were calling for me and was able to reach them and get me the last car at Enterprise! Mike also did an amazing job with my car service and keeping me updated. They re a great team and very nice people. Got my car back looking brand new. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

My poor car was totaled but these guys were Amazing. This team lead by John, was on point. Mike was my Specialist. He made this process so painless. They kept me in the loop the entire process. They could not have been any better. I highly recommend them! Now this is what service should be!

Mike and his team were awesome! After going to caliber collision and wondering why it was so expensive I went to 360 collision. Their estimate was $600 less than caliber. Workmanship looks great and they did it quickly in a week.I'll be back! Great job!Second time here and still great service. I am grateful for the staff and taking care of all the paperwork. USAA should work with them to learn customer service is!

Everyone at this place of business is Incredible- the perpetual Employees of the Month were the Best at setting the tone for a worry-free experience- 2 big puppems who lounge around the office and offer snuggles while you wait. Each and every staff member was on hand ready for reassurance of a job being well done. I would hate to relive a hit and run but will certainly recommend 360 Collision to anyone in need of Quality & Timely customer serviceServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Our car suffered damage from a hit and run electric scooter! We needed a whole new bumper/fender combo. Mike was super nice and ordered the bumper ahead of time so we would not be without the car for long. Darby, Kelly, Quinn and Carly were awesome too! I took my car to 360 Collision in August of 2022 for body work and they did an outstanding job! So in December of 2022 when another unfortunate incident happened, I didn't hesitate to take my car back to them. Both times the back of my car was hit and both times when I picked up my car it looked perfect. Mike kept me updated on the progress through texts. Very nice people there. My only complaint was the order of service. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and was told when I got there that I should go to a dealership instead. The gentleman who did my estimate was very nice and knowledgeable, if I had spoken to him three weeks ago I would have already had my vehicle at a dealership. Regardless, I was helped and guided through what my next steps should be. They are a collision center and I needed more mechanical things. The next time I crash a car and need their type of services, I will definitely give them my work, strictly based on their employees.

I was in an accident back in early July, and the body shop took about a month to get my car back. Looks brand new coming from the shop!! I was very impressed with how everything turned out!I went through the other guys insurance (Liberty mutual), and even though they wouldn t pay to have the hood and wheel alignment checked and fixed, the body shop went ahead and did that for me. Not only that, but they have a lifetime warranty on anything that goes wrong with the parts of the car they fixed (as long as I own the car). Case in point, I will be using and referring friends to this body shop!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wonderful experience, happy to recommend 360 Collision with no hesitation. They were cordial, competent, and communicative, letting me know frequent updates on the progress of the work. They were also incredibly flexible - my issues were relatively minor (on a 2013 Tahoe, replacing the two door handles on passenger side and replacing rear step pad). Because this is our main vehicle we use to take our son to and from daycare, I asked if it would be possible to do work within one day - in other words, pre-order the parts, coordinate a drop off time once the parts were in, and pick up the car in the afternoon. 360 Collision held up their end of the deal beautifully, and I received the car at 4p in plenty of time to pick up my son. I know this isn't possible with every piece of work, but I appreciated their flexibility and believe it shows the compassion and thoughtfulness with which they operate their business. Thank you 360 Collision! And last word on price - I quoted two other shops for the same work; 360 Collision had the lowest price, and after reading reviews of their outstanding service, I decided to go with them and am glad I did :)Service: Body & Trim
