These guys are professionals in every sense, spoke to Mark who was very informative and gave me a great quote, from arrival time to completion everything was right on time as we scheduled. I can t say enough good things about their team there, they installed a complete tubular QA1 front end kit with coil overs on my 1980 C10. (Also they had to fabricate brackets that my kit was missing and they did 10/10 on those) It rides like a dream, everything is perfect.Has been almost a month since it was installed and I m still just as happy! Thank you guys, will continue to be a customer!

Dropped my new 2024 gmc to get leveled out and the work was done in record time. Mark is the person you need to talk with about anything 4wd or offroad related. Great group of guys who still take pride in their work!!!

Working with these guys was soooooo easy!!!! Justin took such great care of us. FATCO s 2006 TJ Rubicon Unlimited guide Jeep has what it needs now to tackle the trails around the southwest!!! Justin and I had several conversations on the phone to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and he nailed it the first time!! Justin was ALWAYS available when I called and walked me through the process. Can t say enough good about these guys!!! And talk about fast delivery, WOW! No supply chain issues or BS excuses with West Texas Off-road!!!! Highly recommend!!

March 2021, just arrived, GREAT people here. Looking forward to the Redneck Ram installation. Truck was pulled right in upon arrival, and disassembly was started. Full steering upgrade time.

I recently had a power steering gearbox rebuilt and the communication with Justin before and after the rebuild was just super. He and his rebuilder did an incredible job. The best place to get your off-road parts with mark. I will never use any other shop after the A+ service he has provided me. I highly recommend this place to anyone they have my business for life. They get your truck in and out and he s a man of his word. Hard to find that at any other shop.

These guys do great work, and they even have an early drop-off that allowed me to be at work on time. It's actually been a couple of years since I had the parts installed, and they're still going strong.

Proceed with confidence. These people are great. They don t just give you what you want without telling things that you need or will need for what you want. I have always taken their advice on my vehicles and have no regrets. I went with TruTrak rear ends on my 4x4s with front e-lockers for whenever I need them. The TruTrak is awesome for daily driving and almost all the off-roading, and they re excellent in the ice and snow. They even managed to retrofit Vertex shocks on my old work truck with minimal modifications. Huge improvement.

Awesome service. I called in about a AGR box issue and Justin didn't hesitate to assist me over the phone. Any box that I need to have rebuilt will go to West Texas without a doubt.Thanks Justin for your help.

I ordered my ram in Jun. No shipping issues, was boxed very nicely. Ram went on smoothly. July 15 the core was received back by them. I called 2 weeks ago and was told the refund for the core was good to go. Called today and Justin tells me the paperwork is sitting in desk and that they are waiting for money to stack up before issuing my refund .Part 2. Got an email stating that the core charge has been refunded. Thank you.

West Texas 4WD Offroad Rocks! I ordered the upgraded gearbox with hydraulic steering and it came in fast and well packaged. It took me about 4 to 6 hours to do everything myself, including welding the brackets on for the hydraulic for the hydraulic system. The instructions were clear and the parts were easily identified. The entire system is heavy duty, bulky, and I recommend 2 people to install. I manhandled it in place but wish I had somebody to help me. There's not much room under the hood of that Jeep! These guys always go above and beyond for me and I know they do for others as well. Have multiple friends who have used this shop and their experiences are all great. They treat people with respect and do very high quality work. Best shop in West Texas PERIOD for what they specialize in. Mark has always taken care of me and if your in the market for a lift kit give these guys a call. Any negative reviews you see about these guys take it with a grain of salt. Great folks over at West Texas Off-road.

Would love to give less than 1 star. My wife and I came in to look for something for our truck to help with Hauling our RV. The store owner/manager recommended Leaf Springs and ordered them. The Leaf Springs would not fit the truck, as we found out the truck was rear coiled. However, they still charged us $200 to restock the Leaf Springs even though they ordered and recommended the wrong parts. Horrible customer service, and super shady. Bad business ain t it chief.

As a small business owner myself. I understand reviews are always great to receive! This one is well deserved as the product showed up quickly, everything was there and worked exactly as advertised. When talking to the rep (sorry dont remember his name) he was polite, patient and I could tell he knew his product. The fit and finish of my hydro assist steering is excellent and my steering now works like a dream! I would definitely recommend this company and there products to anyone. Save yourself a few bucks here with this company rather than the more expensive steering kits (PSC) out there. You'll be glad you did! Thanks West Texas Offroad!Just wanted to update, its been a year or so and everything still works perfectly!

I ve seen some ugly reviews on here and I can say honestly I have no ties or friendships with anyone at this shop, but I have had my Sierra in here for a lift and had absolutely no problems. The fella at the counter was straight forward and helpful. I didn t hang out in the shop bothering the employees and trying to micro manage the job... they would either do a good job or wouldn t and when I got my truck it was fine and has been the last year. I will be back in soon guys plan on going a little higher got new tires and they are rubbing.

We have never been disappointed with West Texas 4 Wheel & Offroad. They have always been kind and friendly. By chance they don't have something in stock, it doesn't take long for them to get it in. They reply quickly when emailed and return calls on time if requested. They are always smiling in the shop and in the office and they are so helpful. They know what there doing and you can't go wrong with West Texas 4 Wheel & Offroad.

Love all the employees here and trust their work 100%. I've only been doing business with them for about 5 months, but they've already shown that they'll put as much effort as it takes to make it right, and give you more than a fair deal. All the mechanics know their stuff and have gone out of their way for my custom jeep, and I know Matt and Mark have been very patient with my many customizations and tweeks. Called Justin a few weeks ago after having issues with my steering he kindly mention wait until you replace your steering component that was bent to get a proper lock to lock measurement. I called him last week on Thursday he gave me the run down about 1.5 and 1.75 ram and told me running a 38in tire I'm border line for the two mentioned Maybe in the future I'll go 40s he told me 1.75x6 is the way he'd go... Highly recommend and super fast shipping thanks

I've gotten a lift and sway bar installed on my pick up and the price was the best in all of San Angelo. Also with it being a 1 ton they have the equipment to work on heavy duty trucks which I love. Super friendly and trust worthy.

I love these people!!! Its tough to find people that are so helpful for a do-it yourselfer. I had trouble rebuilding a durango steering box and messed up a teflon seal, they mailed me two more free of charge. I had a small issue torquing down the ball guide retainer and they quickly gave me some input on how tight to torque them to. I wish they had another shop closer to me, I'll continue to recommend them due to their helpful nature!

Killer costumer service, I spoke with Justin 3 times with various questions I had from an old setup. He was able to not only pull my 6 year old order up but set me up with the proper measurements to make sure my system would be rock solid. Couldn't ask a better person to deal with.

awful customer service. It seems as if you don't pull up in a truck that can be lifted you wont get a welcome. Granted i understand this is an off-road shop, some of the products that they carry can be applied to other custom projects. Twice i've attempted to do business with the shop for some custom mods and gotten greetings such as "i don't deal in car parts if its not a truck i cant help you" and if you don't have business here you should leave. I didn't enjoy how quickly the staff was to ignorantly argue fitment over something the same size i just asked in the metric format instead of standard. Someone should be able to walk into a business and request to purchase something that's sold at the location regardless of what they plan to use it on. Obviously i have no opinion on there quality of work but there customer service is extremely lacking, not a very good way to do business regardless of what your shops target market is.
