Kayla and Josh were awesome! They informed me of the estimated wait time and sought consent to proceed. I loved that they gave me options on the oil change types and didn t oversell anything. The free tire pressure check was definitely a welcomed bonus especially for a newbie like me. I ll be back!

Best place to get an oil change! They only take 15 minutes from start to finish. They always offer to check my air filters and top off the essential fluids. Marcus is always very professional and polite. We will continue to bring our vehicles here!

The team here is always very nice and you get to stay in your car while they work. The workmanship is good and I never feel like they re selling me things (filters, wipers, etc.) unless I truly need them.

I am new to this place as my other oil change place down the road (I recently learned) was cheating me on oil changes, so I pulled in here for a state inspection and I could not have been more pleased. The team instantly took care of me and my truck in a professional, safe, personable efficient manner. Very happy with these guys. I m confident I have found a new oil change place for my future visits.

First time trying this place out and I will definitely be returning! My oil change only took about 20mins from the point I pulled in to leaving, which is awesome compared to having to leave my car at other places for hours. The tech, I think Ronnie, was also super helpful in explaining what my car needed, and was also so kind. Will definitely return for all further car car!Service: Oil change

These guys are great! Super fast and efficient service for my wife's Hyundai Tuscon oil change. I dropped in at 1145 on a Tuesday, was 3rd in line and got in and out in 36 minutes to the dot. Marcus was the tech who got me checked in quick and easy. They took my mobile $5 discount no issue and gave me the 15% military discount as well. So my full synthetic oil change was $72 vs $89. Way cool. No issues with these guys at all. Good work, quick service, kind staff. I will be going here from now on for all our oil changes.Service: Oil change

Terrible experience. I was there for over an hour to get my oil changed. They want to act like a Take 5 but they just can t.I was behind a car that they were having trouble with, so one car that arrived after me was serviced before me. After waiting 45 minutes and them pulling the 2nd car to arrive after me forward to service it. I asked what s up, he advised they were having issues and that he would move the vehicles around so I d be the next to be serviced. Awesome.They STILL serviced the car that arrived AFTER me before me. Then the car that was directly behind me originally was also prioritized and finished before me.That s 4 cars that s were taken care of and left before I was able to even pay.Ridiculous. I should ve just waited till I got back to Dallas and went to Take 5.Service: Oil change

We decided to use this place for our cars' inspections because the other place we normally used was being difficult and unavailable. Since they do oil changes as well we figured might as well do that too. They were super busy but were extremely courteous so we decided to wait it out. Once we got in they were very thorough and took time to make sure things were done correctly. They didn't try and push any other services they offer or say something was wrong (falsely) and needed to be fixed before car could pass inspection (issues I have dealt with at other places in the past). Definitely going to use this place from here on out. The people are very friendly with customers and each other. Very enjoyable experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Use to go here all the time but never again. Extremely long wait. They use to check everything out.They say free tire pressure check but when I asked if they checked my tires I was told no because I went to bathroom. Was told if I wanted tires checked I would have to go back and get in line again and wait.They didn't go over anything with me like they use to . My oil light is still on. Went inside and it was literally 87 degrees in there. No longer shave drinks inside.

DMV says the system for State Inspections is back up and running. Multiple people in my household call the store, Austin says they re able to do inspections, Caleb says they can t. If you can do them, do them. Do not lie. How many people are going to have expired tags now because of that? Just lost a customer with that one.

While the employees were cordial and considerate, my oil change was almost a $100. ($96) Seriously?!? Stay away from here!!!

Terrible customer service. Last time I was in they said they changed the air filter and wiper blades but didn t actually do it. This time I dropped my vehicle off and they said it would be an hour. Came back 3 hours later and had to wait 30 more minutes. Too expensive for this type of customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went to get an oil change and they did not carry the oil filter for my car at this specific location. The tech told me to go to AutoZone and purchase one and they would take the price off my oil change. When i returned, a different tech pulled me in and when i gave him the oil filter he told me that they would not honor what the first tech had told me and i had to pay the full price if i wanted my oil change. I've been to many different valvolines and they've always had my filter. I know one person's oil change doesn't make the difference, but honoring your word as a professional makes a big difference. I will never return to the valvoline in Midland again

First time I came here, they didn't have my oil in stock. I tried here again today a few months later. They pulled me up to the first bay and sat there for 30 minutes while watching two other trucks get serviced and leave. One came after me. Then the bay sat open for 10 minutes before I decided to leave. Won't be back, go somewhere else.

Slowest service I've ever gotten. I'm 24 years old and been to hundreds of these things. These guys are by far the slowest. I waited behind two people for 1.5 hours. I could do a better service with better times in my garage back home. I heard them talking alot to.

While putting air in my tire they broke my air valve stem and then proceeded to lie about saying it was like that when I showed up until the part that was broken fell out of the air chuck that they used to put air in the tire this place is not worth your time or money

When I arrived it was amazing and very fast service. My vehicle got pulled in right away. However during service I noticed that not everything was being filled as it should have since employee was busy talking with other employees. Not only that but once I left the place my AC was no longer working when it was perfectly fine when I took the vehicle in for service. Upon return for questioning the same employee that rendered services gave me a business card for me to take my car in to another place to have AC checked... What was a $40.00 for services at Valvoline now is a $1,200 to get A/C fixed since somehow they blew compressor by dropping something on it as I was told by mechanic... If you take your vehicle make sure you get down and watch what the employee is doing... Valvoline is not responsible.

I recently went to Valvoline for just an oil change. Shortly after my oil change, while on the highway, I heard a dragging noise. I pulled over immediately to the side of the road. Low and behold, the engine cover underneath came off. The proximate cause of this issue had to have been my oil change at Valvoline, since they were the last people to handle the engine cover. I took the car to another service center and they agreed that Valvoline failed to secure and fasten the bolts to the engine cover during my oil change. If you are looking for an oil change, look elsewhere.Service: Oil change

One of the worst oil business in San Angelo, Texas. I thought I would give them a second chance, but never again. The first time I went there they didn t know how to update my computer, so they asked me to take my car back to the dealership. This time I went to get an oil change and 30 to 45 minutes later after waiting all this time only to be told they didn t have the oil filter my car uses. But , they did tell me that if I were to drive to the nearest vehicle supply store, purchase one, bring it back to them, then they would change my oil. No, I am not going to do that. It defeats the purpose of why I was there. Then they were going to charge me $90 plus. Waaay too much. I drove to another place down Sherwood Way and had my oil changed for $65. While there a gentleman ask for an air filter and they didn t have it, he was very upset be caused they as he put it wasted his time . My husband went a couple of months before and they didn t have the air filter either. You would think they would go get the supplies they need instead of asking their customer to go. Bad, bad service.

Fernando and Jesus and the whole team saved my life. My drain plug was stripped and we thought I was going to have. To replace my oil pan completely. The staff there are awesome. Went in just for an oil change. My service team Blake, Noah and Kelton were great. I ask Fernando about my window washer, amd would cause it not to work because it wasn't working. He said he'd take a look at it. He didn't just take a look, he actually traced the problem down and fixed it!! Awesome job guys!! I appreciate it!
