I cannot say enough about Lance and Jeana. Even if they were not friends, the service I got there was absolutely aboveboard. The repairs were done in a very, timely manner but it was the attention to detail that really stood out to me.I cannot tell you how much I don't like to reset my car clock. I know it's a silly thing, but I have been known to not change it when daylight savings time begins or ends. This was the first time, in my 57 years of life, that my clock was set. Thank you Fox Shop for your outstanding service.

Lance and his team are hands-down the ABSOLUTE BEST there is!! He has taken exceptional care of my vehicles over the years! He is honest, up-front, knowledgeable, and genuine. Here at The Fox Shop they are great people who will do right by you. They are NOT looking to nickel and dime you or make a quick buck, in fact, they do whatever they can the most economical way possible. Lance goes above and beyond to take care of his customers!! We personally are forever grateful for him, his wife, and team for taking such great care of us and our vehicles! No need to look anywhere else, The Fox Shop is where your vehicle needs to be!! I've been following Lance wherever he goes, and I am a loyal customer of his for as long as I'm in San Angelo. Kind, honest, knowledgeable. And so very honest.I adore him and his crew. The fact that he's honest is a rarity here in San Angelo. I started taking my vehicles to him pretty soon after he opened at Complete Car Care and I don't regret any of the work he's done on my vehicles. I had Lance install remote start on my vehicle. He was wonderful when it came to scheduling the service, getting me checked in, and completing the job in a timely manner. He even made good conversation with me while I waited to get picked up after I dropped off my car. Friendly, fast, reliable service from these folks! I would highly recommend going to the Fox Shop for any of your auto needs!

We ended up not needing to put the car in the shop. Lance came out and spoke to us and took the time to answer questions with out our vehicle being put in the shop. We were very impressed. If we need a shop we would be no problem going here.

I'd had some preventative maintenance done at a different shop, afterward I encountered problem after problem, including my car literally dying while driving, and kept being told that everything was fine and they didn't know what I was talking about. I had gone back to the first shop, then to another and again to the first one with a tow. Finally I was pointed here (by a tow truck driver who happened to know Lance) and I am SO thankful for that! Lance is the only person I have fully trusted for 5+ years, and his guys figured out what both of these shops couldn't and gave me a very fair price for the work that ended up happening. Ended up being loose connections to a couple things, which I was told by the previous shop had already been checked, and now my car is feeling and driving completely normal again! These guys are honest, fair and straight talkers. 100/10 highly recommend!

A friend recommended Fox Auto after the dealership said they could not look at my Jeep for 3-4 weeks. Lance had me back on the road in 2 days, cost was about $300 and I was completely satisfied. He explained what he found, how he fixed it and recommended some options I might look at in the future. I willdefinitely go back to them if I have any Jeep issues and recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service and honesty.

If your vehicle needs a Mechanic that knows his stuff, treats you right, fair and stands behind his work....Owner, Lance is your man. He has taken great care of my last truck and the one I will trust with repairs or service with anything my vehicle dealer warranty doesn't cover. A great guy and a DAMN good mechanic!!!

This place is the best. My A/C went out and they got me back in working order. It was a more difficult job than was originally anticipated, but I didn't have to pay more than was already quoted to me. I really appreciate the integrity of this shop.

Lance is a great honest mechanic. Which is unfortunately a rarity in San Angelo.The local off-road shop used to refer their customers to Lance (at his previous location) for wheel alignments. Once The Fox Shop has an alignment setup I'm sure this will continue.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Lance and his team of mechanics are the best in the business. It's nice to walk in, be greeted promptly by name, and to have each of my concerns answered entirely. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!
