Took my truck in for transmission . He told me it would cost so much to rebuild . So I let him do the job . Got truck back with it shifting hard so I took it back and he said he changed several things and said that the shifting hard should smooth out it never did. So I took it back again and he said he didn t know what it was and could not fix it . This was within a month of his 90 day warranty. So I took it to a mechanic not even a transmission shop come to find out the transmission housing had a crack in it causing it to flex the whole transmission. So I bought a new one from the dealership and it lasted for years now.

I'm not impressed with the customer service here it is not good at all they're real jerky with you I asked this guy questions about rebuilding a trans and actually he didn't want to help me could never get me parts he couldn't tell me what I Parts I needed to replace and repair in transmission he couldn't even tell me the ohm number on all my solenoids in my transmission the only way this guy would ever help me is if you got your whole transmission with you and if he sees anything wrong with it he's going to want to repair the whole damn transmission so he can get that big paycheck and take it home to his wife but the only thing that was wrong with my transmission was my oh my pressure solenoid was sticking it was just making the transmission shift hard and you know where I found that from a professional transmission mechanic on youtube. This guy told me that I needed a new transmission smfh.

Seemed good at first but went about 10,000 miles and my transmission was totally burned up again and I took it in several times and they would not do anything but hook up a computer to it. I'm now set back another 4,000 to have someone else fix it right

It's useless and they charge exorbitantly. I'll never return to that place, nor did they seriously refuse to charge.No sirve para nada y cobran exajeradamente caro nunca regresare a ese lugar ni bayan enserio se ecedio de cobrar
