I had them replace an A/C compressor last year. They did a good job. My issue was that the original estimate was increased and then the final invoice did not include labor so my charge increased again.

Absolutely 5 Stars !!! These guys were GREAT. once they recieved my car, which had to be towed in. they got right on it. actually they had another car in front of mine. so it was an extra day before they were able to get to it. either way. they promptly identified the actual problem and began the process of getting the parts needed. ( updating me of course) they worked very hard to keep the prices affordable. and had my car up and running in a day. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. and did a great job with my car.

As many of you know right now it's really hard to get parts, the folks at Premier Automotive kept me informed and made sure the insurance company was also well informed so it was an easy process from start to finish. Felt confident in this automotive shop! Will be back if I ever need their services again!

I leave a one star review mainly for the following reason:They charge a $95 diagnostic fee. That in itself isn t the main issue, but the fact that it was never told to us before taking our car in to get looked at. We had called to make an appointment and the person on the phone never stated it. I don t know if it s just a standard thing at mechanic shops, but we ve never had to take our car in somewhere before, so we wouldn t have ever assumed that. So imagine our surprise when going in to pick up our car, because they weren t able to get the problem fixed and we needed the car for the weekend, and we find out we have a $95 bill and absolutely nothing was fixed. Guess where we will also NOT ever be going back to for any repairs.FYI: You can go to AutoZone and they will hook up their machine, read the codes, and tell you what they mean, and even email the info to you for FREE!!!

Excellent service for Toyota and Nissan vehicles. We have been having our vehicles repaired and serviced at Premier Auto for about 8 years now. We find them to be professional, courteous, honest and have fair pricing. All of our experiences have been positive, and all the work done has been of high quality.It is hard to find an honest mechanic and when you do, you really want to hold on to them. We are very fortunate to have found Premier Auto.

These guys are great! recharge. They were super fast, honest, affordable, and my ac has been . I've since been back several times for other repairs on my cars and have found nothing but the same... great service that's quick, honest and at a very decent price. Way to go guys!

After getting their quote and paying $99 for a diagnostic fee, my personal friend who knows a lot about cars saved me about $1600. I m not confident I would recommend this business. My oil leak and emission Issue was fixed for under $200....

I treat my old truck likes it new, all synthetic fluids, high quality parts, and only take it to trustworthy mechanics. I have taken my truck here twice now for oil changes, inspection, and radiator/transmission fluid replacement. Both times the staff were friendly and fast.

Just a follow up with what Sharon said, when your are traveling away from home and have a problem, it is hard to find an honest and caring shop to help you. Julio and his staff did everything he said he would with 1 phone call. He even fed them breakfast. What a A WONDERFUL experience for some one at the mercy of unknown repair shop. Thank you, Julio and staff at Premier Auto.

We are from California. While on vacation, we ran into air conditioner trouble that led to the total break down of our truck. Not a good way to start a vacation in June! Julio Vasquez, the owner, got us fixed up and on the road. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean and very comfortable. Overall, he was able to rescue our vacation for us.

Amazing service. I would go here again got us in with late notice said it would be about an hour and it took about 45 minutes. Very nice waiting room and facilities. Great polite employees and family friendly. This is the only auto servive place i have ever been that has clean bathrooms and a baby changing table!

Got my car in the same day we took it to them. Diagnosed the problem and had a reasonably priced solution for the fix. Unlike the dealership down the road.

My son is 18 and stationed near by at Goodfellow AFB. He bought a used a car about four weeks ago and has had nothing but problems since. The car was taken to Premier Automotive by a muffler shop, they ran diagnostic and called with the bad news that the engine is shot. Julio not only took the time to call me here in CA but to also call the dealer where my son bought the car and have them come over and show them the problem. Julio s name and the shop with definitely be shared around the base as the place to go when your in a jam in San Angelo. My family thanks him for all the hard work he did for us today.

I have been using them since 2010, 20 years old, I was getting the run around from JB Automotive, whom I was referred to by several people, but they kept breaking my vehicle as soon as they (the mechanics) found out that I was trying to save money up.I had been using a family friend until he passed away & I Knew something was up when, Before, I was in getting my RAV4 fixed less than every few months to 6 months or even as far out as a year for something. I was there almost, if not, every month MINIMUM $200-300. The last thing was they kept "overlooking" the timing belt fraying, Ortiz Automotive had identified that finally for me (They don't even do those kinds of repairs! Oil changes, inspections, detailing, etc.), then right after that I left & my engine check light came on not even 5 miles up the road, they had UNPLUGGED my O2 censor.Dad plugged it back in for me.After bringing my RAV4 to Premier Automotive, Julio has always taken such good care of me, yes, he is very serious & my EX-MOTHER-N-LAW said she didn't like how unfriendly he was, I don't care. I would rather him be SERIOUS & take my vehicle SERIOUS, which he does a more than 25 year Toyota Mechanic! His mechanics are all friendly & take their job seriously too, very smart & his daughter is very friendly & smart too! :-)Then be friendly like JB Automotive & when I brought up to him about his possible fraud of mechanics & he just blew me off even after I showed him my log book of frequency.At Premier Automotive, cost has varied job to job, like it should & most if not every time it was cheaper than I was quoted originally, I like that! :-)Thank you Julio (Premier Automotive), Daniel Ortiz Automotive, Angelo Alignment & Tom's Tire World for taking care of my vehicles & I!!!! :-)

Disliked my short experience with them. Spoke with a guy to get a quote on labor. Wasn't very friendly (I'm putting that nicely). Sad, because the ladies who spoke before him seemed to be very nice. I won't be using them any time soon.

Julio...good guy..they analyzed the issue on my son's 2005 Ford Escape..decided to trade it rather than fix it...no charge...thanks Julio..we'll be back..10 raiting on a 5 Scale..
