I called them at 9:00 a.m. about replacing a key for my car they said they'd have the locksmith call me as soon as one was available 14 hours later they still say one's going to call me when he's available all I want is a price and I can't even get that I can imagine how long it take to actually get a key

I was told there was only one person working and they could not help me. I told them I was available all day that I could wait and was told - they would not be able to help. Finally they told me they would not serve me cause I was outside the city limits.I was less than 10 miles outside the city limits at Veribest and they would not respond cause I was out side the city limits.I called another company and he arrived within 30 mins.

Lost my keys, called pop a lock twice first call couldn't understand what the lady was asking me but that i would be out on the schedule for the next available locksmith and so waited and waited never received a call from locksmith so I called again 2hours later was told that I was still on scheduled list and that a first available locksmith would call never received a call still waiting just gave up going to eBay

Had to get put on schedule twice. Never found out why first 80 min they didn't come then another 80 min wait & rude people out if houston dispatch. San Angelo fix less than 5 minutes.

The lady that answered the phone was rude.The locksmith was supposed to call 10 minutes before arriving because it was estimated to be a 30 minute wait. No call, arrived while I was 10 minutes away and I had to call back in to request his return, w/$10.00 added fee. Fine.Required home owner (my daughter) to send in a copy of her driver's license and statement giving permission to let me in. No problem, done. Not sure how that proves she's the homeowner, but okay. Then the rude woman wanted her to email a statement in, (written on paper wasn't good enough for her, even though was told it was).Positive... they were much faster than anticipated.Ended up going with someone else, with less red tape, or hoops to jump through.

They were FAST and EXTREMELY Professional. I truly enjoyed Dennis who came out to my vehicle and got us back up and running in less then 30 minutes. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Dennis service was beyond great. He was very professional,friendly and polite. Explained everything before hand and also explained what he was doing as the service was performed. I would recommend Dennis to anyone. I will definitely in the future be using this service if I need anything else.

They talked me through on the phone how to install a new lock cylinder in my pickup. It saved me a service fee. The guy was very helpful and solved the problem over the phone that I would never have figured out on my own. When I offered him a sizable tip, he declined and said "just remember us next time you need some work done". I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Arrived in less than 10 minutes after I submitted my insurance claim for roadside assistance. Roseanne was professional and friendly and had the car unlocked before I could finish signing the paperwork. I would recommend POP-A-LOCK to all my friends and family! Thanks for a job well done.

We are still here with the locked car missed the game have nowhere to go and no other options and the technician calls to say he will not come out here this far which is only 15 minutes away from San Angelo in grape Creek. Not cool.

I called to get assistance to have my car reprogrammed. The ladies who answered the phone seemed friendly enough but I had to call three days to get assistance because no one, the locksmith, never called me back to secure an appointment like they insisted he would. When I finally did get a call from him, he said he he would come either the next evening or the following morning. Again, never heard back. Still no service. I don't understand, are they just THAT busy???? Ill just try to research another locksmith that is willing to help. But this is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I don't know about you, but my experience has definitely been poor customer service. I explained to them my issue with my ignition, they said that they would definitely be able to help me with it, but their level of customer service and response time is negative zero. As a business owner myself, this is definitely not the way to secure and keep a new customer.

Gave them a call to see if I could get someone out to come fix my ignition (Since their website says they do that). When I asked the lady if she had someone who could come help me out (I think her name was Christine), she was extremely rude and said they didn't do that and hung up on me. Maybe if you don't do a service don't have it on your website.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND POP A LOCK!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! Open 24 hours huh yeah rite, it s just a smoke screen they have operators open 24hours but the workers aren t. I called at 11:00 pm waited for just the call that never came I was very patient called again at 12 and again at 1:00. The Operators you can tell are reading a script cuz they all said the same thing he should call within 30 min... yeah rite... I ended up having to sleep in my car all nite It was just not right... thanks for nothing pop a nothing and false advertising is not the key.

The young lady came and opened the door was friendly and took care not to tear the lining on the windows. She then helped me fish the keys out of the trunk all with a positive attitude. Keys in my hand less than 5 minutes

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband had called all day yesterday and today to get an estimate on re programming his key fob, and to set up a time to get it done. NOT ONCE did any of the techs call us back. The lady that answered the phone would tell us the same thing, that they would call us with the price and to set up a time. Never heard anything. We called back today and asked once again can we please get a tech out to program this key so we can all get to work on Monday. She then once again told us "we will call you back" after going through this for the fifth time. My husband said, If yall don't want this job let me know so I can move on to the next business. The lady popped an attitude when he said that , so we of course never got a call back. This place is a joke. Having people like this working for you will result in a failed business eventually. Thank God we called another guy and he is already on his way to our home to get our key done. Do better pop a lock!

Terrible service. The ad says they service out of town and the dispatcher said they service the area I was. I waited and waited then was later told, sorry there is no technician on duty. While I was locked out.CALL ANGELO LOCKOUT!

I accidentally locked myself out of my car. The operator told me it would be about 20 minutes. After waiting over 40 minutes, I called a different locksmith. He came out super quick and had me back in my car before Pop A Lock even called me back. Terrible response time. I m glad someone else got my business.

The phone representative was dismissive and rude i was locked out sixe of my home and have medical conditions and she was completely ineffected....she let me know she only schedule d appointments and was probably not even in the same town ..so itook a deep breath and googled local locksmith and got in
