Very unprofessional. Mike had done work in the past for me and did great work for me then. Took my vehicle there this time around. The vehicle stayed in the front of the shop and no one touched the car for a month. I called and showed up several times to ask about my vehicle. Mike was always gone according to the receptionist who also was screening my phones calls. I had to call from a different phone for her to answer. I am not sure why they agreed to work on it if they did not have an intention of doing anything. I Had to get my vehicle towed to a different shop. When I addressed my issues with Mike, he acted as if didn t know anything about the messages I had been leaving him.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Truly the worst experience I ve ever had with a repair shop. No communication with customers, constantly understaffed and have an excuse for everything. Dropped vehicle off for repair and had to take it back multiple times to fix issues that were still wrong after they returned it back to me saying it was done. At one point the owner even told me well at least it s better than when it came in wrecked . If you want your vehicle fixed the first time and fixed properly/safely I highly recommend avoiding this business.

I took my vehicle in for an estimate after being referred to Pardoner s by another repair place in San Angelo. I met with Mike Richardson and he gave an estimate and ask I bring the truck in on a specific date. He said the repair would take approximately one day. I brought the vehicle in on that date and dropped it off. The receptionist seemed as if she was unaware and not expecting me. I explained I spoke with Mike and was told they would get started on this day. She took my information and I left. I called three days later for an update and learned the truck had not even moved. I asked for Mike to call me and after several hours he never called. I drove to the shop and found my truck still sitting in the same spot and fully exposed to the public on a busy street. I retrieved my keys and was told Mike was not there. It seemed by the response this was normal behavior.#### Do Not Use Partner s Body Shop ####

Excellent customer serviceAmazing workQuick turnaround yet perfect resultsThey have a great team here. Mike was easy to work with. Alta is great at communicating the process. And the paintless dent tech Justin was 5 star as well

I also waited a month and no phone calls were returned not to mention my vehicle was kept outside where homeless people hung out asking for loose change. The last day I went to see what was going on, all the doors were open and the office with all the keys to the vehicles laid out on the dusty desk. I hope this place gets a better system of doing things. I thought because all the SAPD cars got worked on there that it would be a good place, probably because they are the lowest bitter. This place is Very unprofessional and careless to say the least!!!

Took my wife's car in back in late September. The estimate was extremely reasonable. After getting the estimate approved by the insurance company I took the car in. It took a couple of days longer to get than I anticipated, but I think that's just because of the volume of work they had. I drove past 2 days after I dropped off the car at 8 PM, and they were still up there working on cars.My father was in the hospital, and when my car was ready they dropped the car off for me at my house. I can't speak highly enough about them. Hopefully I'll never need to do business with them again, but if so they'll get it.

Pardner's Body Shop went above and beyond on my vehicle. Mike was polite courteous and understanding. I had to get my car back faster than desired for certain reasons. They did an amazing job on not only the outer damage but also made an incredible attempt at cleaning some interior children damage (fellow parents might relate haha) I feel if I didn't have to rush it I would have not even recognized the car haha! Before and after photos... if I can find a way to share!

What a great group of guys helping a young kid out. My son was directed to their shop from another shop to fix a bent door. They could have really taken advantage of this kid but instead hooked him right up. We have another car that we will most definitely take to them for repair.

Went there after a collision. Promised estimate within 20 minutes, & that car would be fixed by next business day. No call back as promised, so I called the next day . Told he was at lunch but was taking my car apart to give me an estimate & would call when he returned. Next day, was told he was out again, but would be back in an hour. Four hours later, I called again, & was told he was still out. Half jokingly, I asked if he took 4 hour lunch breaks. They said, no, he was out giving estimates at dealerships. ?? Again promised he'd call upon returning. Again, no call back. Next morning, called to say a tow truck was on the way to take it to another shop. When I got there, learned he'd never even taken the car apart for an estimate. So took 6 days to get a 5 minute estimate, when I'd been promised an estimate within 20 minutes & that it would be completely fixed 5 days earlier. He then spent 30 minutes trying to argue me out of taking it to a 2nd shop, saying it had taken so long to give me an estimate because of workers calling off sick, etc. Said I understood, but that I left 3 messages, & never got a single call back telling me what was going on. His excuse? He was too busy. Yet he spent 30 minutes alone trying to talk me out of taking it elsewhere, plus another 15 minutes complaining about another customer when I first dropped it off. AVOID. Shady & dishonest. There are much better places in town.

Very friendly! Had a small issue and they were able to fix it quick and easy, it looks great. I would recommend to anyone!

We always have had good work done by Pardners. If something was missed it was fixed and soon as made them aware.
