I needed wiper blades. John assisted me - I thought I would be buying refills, but found out those are no longer an option. Ha! It has been a few years since I was the driver to replace worn wiper blades. He very kindly talked me through my options and even changed them out for me! That kind act will be bringing me back as a customer for my future auto needs!

I was shocked at 2 men behind the counter just dropping F bombs and talking like they were in the hood hanging out with the gang. Not only that they were talking to a man in air force uniform like he was a member of the homie gang. Manager, you got a problem with one guy for sure, the other may be salvaged. Messy hair tattooed foul mouth Hispanic man, you know the one. The other was a clean cut dark skinned fella(he might be ok but heard him drop some language as well) these guys were behind the counter on the clock wearing their green work shirts. I'm no saint but this is unacceptable.

Always helpful service. Bought wiper blades and a circuit for my rear light signal and the clerk helped install it. I tipped her and was back on the road. They are fully stocked and can always can get parts if not available at the location. Quality and guaranteed.

There is no way to give HALF of a star so I had to give one star. I ve never been in a O Reilys store where the employee was BEYOND unhelpful. Had ZERO answers to my questions and he would NOT look on his computer for me. Made me feel like I was a full on inconvenience to him. What I am needing is the clip/holder for the air flow panel under my car because it only had one clip/holder keeping it attached to my car and it took everything I had to keep my mouth shut when he said go under there and take off the one that is holding it up and see what you need to get . Really? And O Reilleys let s you wear their uniform? I will NEVER go in to an O Reilleys store if I see him working there. Same too because I LOVE this auto parts chain

Great customer service and friendly staff. I stoped there at almost closing time to drop some used oil and the young blond lady went above and beyond to assist me as soon as she heard that were from the Midwest and we running in to a car issue. I sincerely appreciate her for that.

I purchased a can of auto a/c recharge on 7 Jul 22 and neither the clerk nor I noted at the time that the plastic spacer was missing from between top of can and trigger assembly. Vehicle did not need freon so I went to return the can on 8 Jul 22 and was informed the store will not take it back due to missing spacer. Clerk and I both observed then that the can had actually been punctured by trigger assembly and would dispense freon. It had apparently been sold to me in that condition. Since I am not aware of a way to prove that short of surveillance video, this is now my word against the store clerk. Clerk did not offer any recourse for me being out around $60 for this mistake. I would appreciate if the store could contact me regarding this matter and I can adjust this rating accordingly. Thanks.Response to Response from the owner:Although the owner states appreciation for the 'training opportunity' it appears the owner is not interested in following up with me regarding this specific mistake. Unless I am wrong on this I will leave my review and rating as is and no longer consider doing business with O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I recently purchased a battery with the return of my old battery, I was confused on the "core charge" system and asked Raymond to explain. He told me I needed to learn math. It wasn't even a math question...anyways I told him he needed to learn some people skills and I won't be going back. Thanks Raymond for losing your company another customer.

On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, my foreman returned a battery, purchased from another of your stores, that needed to be tested. The testing showed the battery to be dead. It was explained that I had purchased a vehicle that this battery was in. He supplied the name and phone number of the previous owner. After a 30 min wait time, I went in and asked what the delay was? My foreman said they couldn't find any information on the person. The clerk then said he was checking with his boss and they were still working on the problem. After another 20 min, I told my foreman to take the battery back and that we were leaving. This is store #1011, located at 4555 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX. 76901. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. They all need to go back and relearn how to treat the public as well as how to work retail. I have no plans of returning to this O'Reilly's store #1011.Sincerely,Kristi Percifull, owner of DKP Ranch

Sherwoodway store is the best in my opinion. The LADIES there know more about cars than I ever dreamed of. Grade A service.

Don't go to this location. They are rude and unhelpful. I went to the O'Reilly's on South Bryant and Christian solved the problem immediately.

The Sherwood Way location has not ever let me down, their customer service and desire to serve the customer is second to none. If they don't have a part on hand they locate a store that does and hey it in a timely fashion.

Good easy to find, bad-- High price for low quality tools. Staff has good attitude but knowledge is very limited. So if you have questions ask Google or YouTube first.

Helpful my foot. We won't be back."The Ford Motor Company launched this auto parts division in 1972 to provide replacement parts and original equipment parts. This brand replaced Autolite as Ford's official parts brand. Autolite has continued since and is still a brand name in use today, but is no longer owned by or affiliated with Ford, it is currently owned by FRAM." - Motorcraft, WikipediaThe guy said Motorcraft and Autolite were the same company and sold my parents the wrong parts. I guess I should have been more clear when I wrote Motorcraft copper. Obviously, reading is not for the folks at this particular establishment. If a place doesn't have what I'm looking for and I give someone explicit instructions on what I need, I expect one of two things to occur: either I get the part(s) I've requested and paid for or I get my money back with a forwarded apology from the business. As someone who grew up in customer service in a family owned business, I know better than to try to sell a customer on something they don't want. That's how you lose customers.Considering what happened with us, I have to wonder how many others they've scammed.Needless to say we won't ever be back. These guys think they can sell whatever they want to elderly people so you can bet they will take advantage of you, too.
