Last week we came into the store (Sunday) with concern because my son's Subaru had multiple flashing lights on the dashboard. He is in the military and had to report to his new assignment in Colorado within a couple of days and with no car service businesses open he really was at a loss of what to do. Randomly we stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts Store # 1613 and were met by Brittany. She immediately brought out a device to read the codes and determined that the car could drive the 800 miles to Colorado while pulling a Uhaul. She even printed out the information relating to the codes. We made it to Colorado just as she said we would and I can't thank her enough for her incredible support and guidance. If any car owner is at a loss of what to do with either flashing codes on your dashboard or advice about your car I would take it to Brittany. I only wish that we had her here in Colorado! Thank you O'Reilly and thank you Brittany. Should my son be sent back to Goodfellow AF Base I can tell you that he will be going back to O'Reilly and hopefully find Brittany still there.

I had such a good experience in here a few days ago. The assistant manager was so helpful and knowledgeable!!!! And kind. Brittany is her name. Most awesome good hard worker in there I think. Thank you for hiring this young lady she made my day!!!!

My car wasnt starting and got a jump and took it to O'Reilly. They tested my battery and it was bad. :( Shout out to Chris!! I had no tools and my car is difficult to take the battery out. He took my old battery out and put the new one in. That was HUGE for me!!!! Thanks Chris!!!!!

Great service thanks To Chris, and Jason. Most customers don't understand. That those employees have to answer the phones. Cause if you were calling? They want your business as well. But seems like sometimes the attention is half and half. From being an former employee I know. They'll ask out of curtousy that you allow them help those customers as well. Who knows it could be you? And if no one answers may mean you go elsewhere. So when the staff says do you mind if I answer this call. They don't mean to cut you off. They mean to help all customers. So be courteous to staff in the morning and night shifts.

On some bad advice, I purchased a new alternator for $350 from this location. Roger helped me and encouraged me to bring my battery in for a test before I installed new alternator, as I would not be able to return it once installed. Well, Roger was right! It was just the battery! He and the others who helped could've just taken my money and not cared a bit, but they were honest...that's hard to find these days. To everyone who helped, thanks for the honesty and being good people! Times have been tough and that $350 is a couple weeks of groceries! Appreciate y'all!!

Some associates need more training in customer relations, they talk to you without looking. They command you, not asking you to do what they want. Some how, I feel like alot of O'Reilly Auto Part stores hiring arrogants employees to make them look tough or something. Believe me, i did wrote a letter complaints all the way to corporate office in Az.

I broke down on a Sunday night about 30 miles outside of San Angelo, looking online for the alternator I needed I discovered the nearest parts shop that had what I needed was this O'Reilly but no way I could get there before 9 when they closed. I found a ride into town and called the store and Brayden and coworker agreed to stay open until about 9:20 to get me the part I needed. They saved me an overnight stay, tow and a lot of time and trouble. Thanks to them I was back on the road in no time. Thank You!

The guy waiting on me walked away 3 times to answer the phone and stayed on it for several minutes each time. They don't care about customer service, I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes while he ignored me, a paying customer. This location is convenient to me but next time I need auto parts I'll go out of my way to one of their competitors.

Long lines and wait. All I needed was to checkout with a fuse. Had to wait for people asking a million question about parts and trying to order the parts. They should have a register for customers with quick n easy purchases.

Rude young Hispanic girl from California that I won t name and Rude older man that I also won t name were there but no help to their hardworking and kind coworkers like Jeremy and Nicole. I almost went to auto zone, but a light came on in the darkness, a very helpful young lady named Nicole went above and beyond and I made a $100+ purchase there after all.

If I could give no stars then I would. Bought an air conditioner blower motor with 1 yr waranty, it went out in 7 months, they warantied it and i got a new one. Now not 6 months later that blower motor went out and now they wont honor the 1 yr waranty on that one. Ben the manager was rude and no help at all. FYI I/we will do business elsewhere from now on. By the way, we do alot of business with yall via a fleet account which will be no longer. We'll go to Autozone or Napa from now on.

My go to place for auto parts! This is one of those stores that has employees that you know them on a first name basis, they have been there a long time and like their job. Makes the experience as a customer so much better.

Just had to return a new battery that went bad. They replaced it with no problem and with a smile and a handshake. Battery was purchased April 2019. Thank you O'Reilly!!

Information on shipping explained after I paid. Ordered brake rotors, was told they would come in by the next day. After I paid I told the guy that I'll see you tomorrow. The guy replied that these rotors are special ordered and would take a week to come in. When I told him that he said they would come in the next day, his reply was that was for the more expensive rotors that I chose not to get smmfh
