I was interested in a truck but the owner Kelly was very rude and said that bluebook value was wrong all though I own and have owned mutiple of the same trucks and know the value of what they sell for but before I could even give a cash offer he just walked away. Bad business in my opinion I couldn't imagine financing through them.

Kelly great guy dealing with him . But the sales manager n receptionist I don't know what they got goin on first time was a 2004 Acura had the down payment but the sales manager had gone out of town told me couldn't do nothin till Monday . Right at opening I called asked bout car it was sold Saturday. This time was 2012 Hundai Veracruz SUV had down payment the sales manager out won't be back till Monday they usually give option to put half down payment n they will store car out back for u I asked can I pay half to reserve it said no cuz sales manager might be in the process of doin sumthjn with that car I mean if so it should be parked out back they either playing favorites or they just don't like me or my appearance I guess this tattooed Hispanic ex con trying to do right out here isn't right for there business But Mr Kelly great guy ..UPDATE .sorry I had this all wrong mr Kelly kept giving his employees ORDERS to give me the run around they wouldn't let me buy or lease a car but wouldn't come right out n say so him self likr no ur business not welcome here he needs to grow a pair but he had his people give me the run around as to y I couldn't purchase a car like oh the manager not here today and he just left out of town but they equipped with computer system they can do it remotely said the front desk lady. I even would bump into Mr Kelly coming n goin out their office n he would smile n say hello but never said my business not welcome there and it all came down to a car I test drove had sum damage to its door handles which I was not responsible for y would I damage sumthjn I tried to buy that very day n a week later and still went back to test drive other cars till finally the manager told me sorry the boss said not to sell to u cause u damaged the first car I tried to purchase didn't make sense y would I try to buy a car I damaged let alone go back to the scene of a crime cuz to me vandalizing a car that is not mine is a crime n still go back n test drive other cars . It sucked for me cuz I was trying to get back on my feet after losing everything I had and kc auto sales was the only place I could afford to get a car at I'm a hard working average joe type guy besides being covered in tattoos n Latino never did I cause any damage to any vehicle I test drove I guess I just rubbed him the wrong way sum how ill never Kno but his cars are good cars can't take that away from him but to do that to a customer who would of brought him more business n would of bought a mid range priced car there idk y but won't take credit away from his business he good mechanic n good cars.

This place is great. They will help you find a good, reliable vehicle and not push one on you. They will work with you on financing. The other part I really appreciated was the garage on-site. I don't know car mechanics but was never taken advantaged of. If I did have a rare issue it was explained what was wrong how it was to be fixed and pricing totally upfront. They also offer free fluid and tire checks. I have moved out of state and wish I could have packed them up as well.I do recommend them highly. Oh and free oil changes if financed with them.

KC has been very accommodating. When I decided to get a vehicle from them, they walked me through the paperwork explaining all involved. So for those who are hesitant on getting a vehicle because of the fine print, don't worry KC will enlarge it so you'll see what's coming.

I absolutely love KC Auto Sales. They worked with me when I needed a new car, they always remind me when I need oil changes, call in payments are so helpful. They'll definitely keep my business.

One of the best places in town to get a car if you re just now getting on your feet. These are honest people and they work so well with you in every aspect from the minute you pull in looking. I couldn t be happier with the service I ve received along with this KC Auto Sales vehicle. Good people, good service, good everything

Scam artists. Do not do business here. They are here to rip you off and take your hard earned money. Save it for something better. Don't trust them or take their word for anything, you'll soon regret it

Just finished paying off my 4th vehicle from KC Auto sales. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good used vehicle to come here. They promptly took care of any mechanical issues that came up throughout that entire time. They have great customer service and I will continue to do business with them.

Horrible attitudes never again will we get a car from them we have bought 1 before paid it off no problem no hassel. Kelly was very understanding when it came to having no phone on a message phone and giving us a couple of days to respond back before due to the living situation. Definitely not recommending them to anyone ill stick 2 billy boys! Kelly and the lady at the front desk r the only nice people in that place!

KCAuto is a great place to get a car. They have always been able to work with me with my payments. I have bought 3 cars and if there was any problems Kelly made sure it was fixed. Every vehicle you get from him has so many days to report any troubles with the vehicle and he would fix it within that time frame he gives you . Anything after is your responsibility as with other car lots . He also offers oil changes the whole time you are paying on the car or vehicle you purchased. It's the purchasers responsibility to get the oil changes and to keep the vehicle maintenance if you do not go through KC Auto to get the free oil changes. The vehicle will last if you take care of it. Kelly is willing to help you if you make a effort to take responsibility for your actions with your vehicle. He is not responsible for free maintenance on vehicle you choose to purchase after the time frame to report any problems is up . So take care of your vehicle and it will last. Take advantage of the free oil changes while you pay you car off.

The out the door price was amazing they don't necessarily disclose everything that they should before and after buying the vehicle. I don't understand why vehicles are not able to be made alterations to when you're paying on the vehicle as well as they provide a list of acceptable insurance companies that was said by Marty himself in quote "all of our companies that are listed on our acceptable insurance companies will eventually be not recommended for insurance and then you're eventually having to change an insurance again" but they do offer insurance through their company that is full coverage as well as you also have to get your own liability insurance to cover the vehicle too so not only are you paying the car note monthly you're paying insurance through them which is full coverage as well as an additional liability insurance that you have to have covered on your own.... I would literally be paying more money on a 2004 Nissan Altima then I'm paying on my own rent or on the vehicle I just purchased through samco that is a 2015 Kia forte. It's not right and I honestly feel cheated out here because according to Marty any of the acceptable insurance listed will eventually be not recommended for insurance in the near future and it can change at any time which they also do not notify when the changes do happen.also forgot to mention that they "offered" a dollar amount to remove this review. how about my opinion for free?

My experience with this people was good in the past cause for the time I had been doing business with this people they took care of problems with their units.First of all during the closing stage of signing you leasing papers they show you a document saying they have inspected the unit before delivery and that I have many doubts about as a mechanic I am too.This last 2 units I've leased from this place has been problem after problems specially with the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which has been one thing after the other and on top they refuse to take care off the problem ..I could see that if I had purchased this unit cash it is my responsibility to take care off the problem cause I bought it but in this case I am a consumer and as a consumer I have the right to stand for my right's as a consumer and at this point I feel thet purchased a Lemon and they want to stick it to me the consumer.I have approached them in various occasions about this unit and even though they have corrected 2 things the u it still has low and weak cranking problems to which I have addressed and they refuse to correct.

KC Auto Sales is the place to buy your vehicle. First off the staff are very friendly and will go beyond their means to assist you. I bought a truck from them and now a car. Work with them they'll work with you!!! I give them not a 5 star but a 10!!! Thank you all KC Auto Sales and staff for your assistance!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible leasing company they took my money then said I was 68 days behind on my payments after I made the payments less than 2 weeks ago. They said they give you 30 days before they send out the repo paper then he switched it to 24 days and they repoed my car on the 23rd day. Marty is really rude and cuts you off every time you try to explain the situation they towed my car while I was at work in a different city with no way to get home then when I proved I actually pay them he said well I can t get the car back because I went over 5000 miles without getting an oil change an agreement I never heard from in my life and told me I have to drive 400 miles from San Antonio to San Angelo to get my personal belongings out of the car they also tried to fix my old car before I leased the car from them then they said it was fixed after they charged me for the labor and the parts. Never do business with this company they are real life liars they don t care about the customers and they won t try to work with you under any circumstances.

Great people to work with, they've helped us out So much and are continuing to do so. For anyone doubting them I'd simply say, keep up with your payments and do the Very little they ask you to do and you'll have no issues at all.

The men that work here were extremely blunt. Not fun to talk to or engage with. And if you go in with a reasonable offer, expect to get shut down quickly as they are only looking for people to take advantage of.
