Had Keith Rollins help with my truck after getting into a bad wreck. Was really upset when it happened, but now I couldn t be happier. My truck looks brand new! He kept me updated, sent me pictures throughout the fix, & I just got treated like family overall! I would recommend this place 100x over again! My family & I were extremely satisfied & couldn t think of a better place or better person to have helped with my F250!

I had the misfortune to hit a deer with my 2017 Ford edge called Jim Bass Ford , for an appointment for estimate and repair, appointment was for the very next day. I met with Keith Rollins, very professional, helpful, and pleasant. The work took two weeks to complete, Keith kept me informed on the progress and the work was completed on time. The car looks great, washed and cleaned inside and out. I was in auto manufacturing for 21years , This shop will do great work, highly recommend Kieth and his crew. I live 180 miles from San Anglo the drive is well worth for the work done.THANK YOU !! Kieth and body men, and Jim Bass Ford

I recently had Jim Bass collision take care of my car after an accident. I had SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. The staff was so nice and helpful. Cory Flippin was so kind and informative. He genuinely listened to my questions and supported me as a customer. I am so pleased with the work done on my car. I can tell that the techs paid attention to details of the repairs they did by observing the quality work. I got my car back the day they promised as well. I highly recommend Jim Bass collision to give quality and reliable service!

Great place to get service done. They are known for doing good work. Which can impact people due to the length of an wait to get there vehicle fixed. Never have had any issues with them and their staff are very professional.

Ya got my truck "fixed" cost way to much. Charged for parts and labor that they did not do. 3 Trips later I finally got my truck back.
