I was only going next door for a new windshield, and they were kind enough to add me in their schedule for an oil change, state inspection, and new tires! Thank you for a great experience, and they beat Firestone prices for each tire, so saved money too! Thanks everyone!

Called at 3:30 on a Friday with a trailer tire that I needed repaired so I could continue my journey home to Fort Worth. Unwilling to help in any way. Didn t even offer an alternative source of help. Maybe busy or having a bad day, but it was terrible customer service and no basic human courtesy, particularly for someone who was essentially stranded hundreds of miles from home. Would not recommend this place of business for any purpose. Too self-serving.

I had great service from my local Goodyear. I had a problem with my car on the way to work. I stopped at Goodyear. They drove me to work. They had my car fixed in no time. They did a super job. Thank you.

This business is what customer service is all about !!! I was traveling from out of town, late in the afternoon and108 degrees outside and was experiencing tire problems while driving. Called up and Ethan was very helpful and could get my tires replaced right then and there. Waiting room was cool and comfortable. The techs did the work and got us back on the road in about 45 minutes. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Thank you so much!!

We were told we needed new brakes from the dealership during a free oil change, took it to Goodyear, Ethan looked over the rotors & pads and they didn t need to be replaced. They rotated and balanced the tires. Ethan and the Goodyear crew saved us over $400! Thanks guys!

I came in for an inspection and they gave me a laundry list of things wrong with the car equalling over $1,600 worth of work but the car had been running fine and I had no idea how to check those things for myself so I took it to two other mechanic shops and they said there was nothing wrong with the car. Might need brake fluid in a couple hundred miles but otherwise she was in great condition for her age. 100% a scam.

Had an alignment done here. I have been to six other alignment shops in town and this by far was the best experience.Technicians and supervisors were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I also appreciate how they didn't do like many shops do and treat you like an idiot. I had questions and they answer them accurately.Also my vehicle took way longer than it should have because of problems with my vehicle itself but they did not charge me a dime extra.

Ethan has always understood our needs and the mechanics are so knowledgeable and prompt to help us, even if we pull up and need air for our tire. Goodyear is our first stop for all our vehicle needs!

These guys were amazing. They found the problem in 5 minutes, came up with a fast solution and fixed it for free. Super appreciative to these guys since we are traveling cross country and didn't anticipate trouble. Thanks guys, you made our day. Five stars all the way.

Today I went to try to get a state inspection done. The sign was welcoming with 'no appointment needed' and only a couple of cars in the bay with 4-5 mechanics around.When I got to the counter, there was one couple ahead of me being served. After about 10 minutes, the customer service rep told me that he'd be right with me. As he went through painstaking detail through all the fine print and answered every question the people in front of me could come up with, the time quickly ticked by. After standing waiting for 20 minutes with no hope, I pulled a chair from the waiting area and sat in line.Another 15 minutes later, it's finally my turn. I tell the customer service rep that I'm just looking to get a state inspection (usually a 20 or less minute deal). He goes in the back and 5 minutes later comes out to inform me that they could not get my vehicle out until about 5pm (2.5 hours from when I entered the store).Bottom line: if that were the case, please don't make me wait 40 minutes just to let me know a short procedure will take an additional 2 hours. Having one of the mechanics come in to man the desk for a short period of time would have solved the problem.

Not really impressed at all. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and asked them to check my brakes because when i brake...there is a squealing noise. I made an appointment for 1030. I was there for 2 hours and when done, the tech, who was polite, told me that the brakes were fine. However, he said my wheel bearings were very very bad and wanted to charge me $850 to fix them. I didn't have that kind of money. After a second opinon from a local mechanic....turns out my wheel bearings are just perfectly freaking fine!! The truck only has 60,000 miles on it. Goodyear also said I needed an alignment because the truck pulled to the left..and it doesn't pull at all. I am so disappointed. I cannot stand deceitful businesses. I feel like they were taking advantage of me. I will not be going back to them ever. (2 stars because the tech was polite)

Guys here do some awesome work . Great tires and great place to do alignments. Dont trust anyone else with my vehicle. Dont let a Karen convince you that this is a bad place . Keep up the good work Goodyear.

I have had oil changes, tire work, and front end parts replaced on my car and truck. All work was done well, but admittedly they are a little slow. I recommend leaving your vehicle rather than wait there for the work to be completed. I also had an alignment done there and they did a great job. Originally, I took my truck to Caddo alignment, paid for the alignment, but the truck drove as bad after the alignment as before. I looked under the truck, and could see that none of the adjustment nuts or bolts had been touched. When I went back a couple days later, I was told it had been aligned, but when I said none of the adjustments had been broken lose, they admitted they couldn't align it due to bad ball joints. Took it to Goodyear, and they aligned it and didn't find bad ball joints. Truck is still tracking great months later.

I took my wife's car for a patch job on one tire ..they had no customers..and they told me they are booked out till three days ..again not one car there ...I'm now at John's tires shop and they are very busy and they had no problem patching the tire..very lazy employees at Goodyear ..y'all just lost our business ...everyone please support local businesses. These prices say it all. I just wanted a diagnosis on why my heater/a/c stopped working. Over the phone they told me 175, then quickly changed it to 235. I thought that was strange. Red flags we're going off when I was speaking to the employee, so I told him I'll just come pick it up and fix it myself. Good thing to, just had to remove the screws to replace the blower motor. Also, who chargers 75 dollars to replace a cabin air filter? Outrageous! Use Carr Care Clinic instead, those guys are fair and stand by their work.

I went down on Saturday to see if bubbles in the tires would be covered under a factory warranty. The guy at the counter said it would be covered but they didn t have it in stock so they had to order it. Came back to get or installed. The guy calls me back and said that his manager Chris says it s probably not going to be cover he can take the tires off and show me but then he can t put them back on so we ll have to buy the tire. I called Goodyear and she called the store and they told her the guy I spoke never agreed to cover it. They re dirty people and I ll never purchase any Goodyear product again.

This store shows no organization. I left my car for an alignment at 12pm. And the guy "Frank" had said it should be done by today. I come by and check on my car 4 hours later and it hasn't moved at all and they have another car in the bay. And I was ahead of that car. The store manager "Chris Reyes" didn't even want to talk to me. I told him the problem and he just left and got Frank to deal with it. The Store Manager won't even help to resolve an issue with his customers or try to make the situation better. And Frank did nothing but argue with me and tell me lies the whole time. I will never bring any of my cars back.

Went to get my car fixed about a year ago and took it in and the workers honestly talked like they knew what they were doing, so I confidently left my vehicle there to get fixed. When I received my car after it was fixed there was a coil stretching type sound coming from the right front tire. I took it back and told them that there was a sound coming from the tire and they refused to look at it and said it was normal and that it would come off with use because they installed a new part. Well it broke and had to get it fixed and it turned out that something was installed backwards. So honestly pretty careless and giving them 2k to not do the work they mess up and refuse to even look at it is pretty disappointing. Look somewhere else to go to get your car fixed.

Traveling and got a nail in the tire, stopped here because our tires are under warranty with Goodyear. Guy said they can't help us till tomorrow... was not friendly and acted like us pulling up was inconvenient to him, it was 9am, they were not busy..

I hate to post negative reviews but this place is a joke! Brought in a tire for a repair was told it would be an hour. Was called to tell us the tire couldn t be repaired so we asked them to put on the spare took 1.5 more hours just to complete this. Most in efficient service ever. Go to discount tire. We came here because no one was here and they were packed. Now we know why!

They were rude. They wanted me to pay to have things replaced even though they admitted that they were still in good condition. When I said that I didnt want to do that they were rude. They made me wait 6 hours after saying I wouldnt pay extra. On top of that, the "check engine" light went on less than 12 hours after leaving. I had to bring my car somewhere else. I will never return here.

Although I love that this Goodyear is one of the cheapest places in town to get an oil change, I am extremely disappointed with my last visit. I went in for an oil change and as most places do, they said they checked other things on my car. I was told that I had a dirty air filter, a brake light out, and both license plate lights were out. They were going to charge me about $100.00 to change all three of these items. Given these items are not hard repairs I decided to do them myself. Upon going out and buying all the supplies needed to fix the problems Goodyear claimed I had, I found that my air filter was perfectly fine, and there were no brake lights out on my car at all. My license plate lights did need changed. I was very disappointed because I felt deceived and knew if I had told them to make the changes the day I was there, they would have simply took my money with no repair necessary. I'm disappointed and feel that now I can't trust them.

I would not even like to give it 1-star. Went in for an inspection and charged the regular price. After inspecting did not pass me due to window tint issues. Had legal tint per the police department and when went back re-charged me for a re-inspect. Now paying double when had 15-days from first failed inspection to correct issue still did not pass me on the second reinspect for tint. Over charged, unprofessional and need to learn a little more about inspection laws before passing and failing. Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone!
