I will probably never buy tires anywhere other than Discount Tire. The guys here are impeccably polite, friendly and knowledgeable and they never try to sell me things I don't need. I so appreciate their honesty and trust them to give me the honest scoop. Plus, I love their Free Air Checks? Charging for air should be illegal, especially if the tire is not being filled by a service professional.

This place is the worst I have ever seen . They advertise free tire patches ok . I took not 1 but 2 vehicles there and the way they do it is they won't tell you up front if they can be patched until they dismount the tire then you are stuck buying a new tire from them . I did a little experiment I bought my car with tires a little over a year old and they tried this same scam theyimter call it a (safety) issue interesting how Walmart patched it with no problem lol never again will I go there .

Kaden was very nice and was very honest on what kind of tires would be best for my car. Didn t try to upsell me on anything haha. They were very fast putting my new tires on my car. Very very pleased with the service!

Aired my tires for free and checked them! Quick service! It's always been my favorite place to get repairs and new tires. Their prices and service are always excellent

Today i was told by a staffer at the Discount Tire on Sherwood in San Angelo that if I drive my truck on a dirt road and my tire picks up a thorn in the sidewall, my certificate does not cover the replacement because I am "off roading". Who hasn't driven their truck on a dirt road? Remember that when your salesperson pushes the certificate.

We had a Travel Tire going bad. We called, drove into the shop. They replaced & we were on our way in about 1 hour. The parking lot was adequate for our 55 Truck & TT length. Great service.

I was in need of assistance while out of town, I had a little incident where I had to replace a wheel and tire. Discount Tire employees, took me in treated me like family and gave me the best deal possible with additional options. The tire and wheel were both replaced and I couldn't be happier. Did it match my other tires? Well no but was I safe and felt at ease being so far from home, heck yeaha! Discount Tire was busy and it was near closing time. The employees were AWESOME and the service was EXCELLENT! These guys work hard and have self pride. They support and represent the Discount Tire name and brand all while being professional. Thanks guys for being so Awesome in a town where you are much respected and talked about. See I spoke with the same family and friends. They all said yes, that's where I go to get my stuff taken care of. Awesome deal and y'all deserve to succeed and reap rewards while doing so. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

My first visit (tire repair). I had time to watch them operate; the facility was very clean, and the staff was friendly and really hustled. Overall, the business was impressively efficient!

Discount Tire is awesome. I'm not sure why people go anywhere else for tires. Fast, friendly service. I'm on my second set of tires from them and they just rotated and pressure checked them, with no charge. They even found a slow leak from a screw and fixed it. "Jesse" was great.

To Whom It May Conern,I have been purchasing tires at various Discount Tire stores since 2018 and I will continue to buy high Performance Tires from Discount Tire stores.The Discount Tire Store at 4360 Sherwood Way, in San Angelo, Texas 76901, showed me a great deal of respect when I went back to the store on 06/27/2023, to voice my concerns about a set of Vogue Tyre tires for my family's 2018 Ford Expedition.I like the fact that my satisfaction was of the utmost importance to the team at Discount Tire; the store Manager called me early that same morning. He (Clint Morris) and the Asst. Mgr. (Justin James), were at the store outlet when I arrived.They greeted me with a hand shake and a smile and wanted to hear my concerns, which means a lot to me in this busy world we live in; they took time out for me, I appreciated their professionalism and compassionate attitude.They simply wanted the opportunity to turn a potential negative situation into a positive one. Working together we all came up with a solution that both parties could agree with..Clint Morris and Justin James and their staff are very knowledgeable about all types and brand of tires and have shown a lot of care and concern toward me and my families needs; when it comes to buying tires for all 4 of our vehicles.So, I just wanted to say thank you to Discount Tire� Store Team for meeting and exceeding my expectations.Again, I must say I had a great shopping experience with Discount Tires store, at 4360 Sherwood Way, in San Angelo Texas 76901.

This place is busy all the time! Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but You can go online and make an appointment and the wait is not bad. Friendly professional knowledgeable employees. Great prices! We will be back. 5 stars!

While traveling through San Angelo with a RV caravan group we experienced air loss on an inside rear Dooley. We were able to hobble about 8 miles to Discount Tire 4360 Sherwood Way. Within an hour and half they had our problem fixed and back on the road at NO COST!Thank you ! GREAT SERVICE!

This location has my business for life. I just moved from DFW to San Angelo. On the trip here I noticed my car was not riding or handling properly. Only 2 days after I arrived I had a family emergency and needed to return to DFW. I went to this location an hour before closing, explained my situation, and asked them if they could take a look to see if it was a problem with my tires or possibly something else. They immediately identified the problem which was a serious safety issue. They went above and beyond to get me set up with two new tires so that I could make a safe trip back to DFW. The associate and manager that I worked with were very kind and understanding of my situation and I can't thank them enough for helping this new girl in town.

This is by far the friendliest place to encounter. Their employees are all so very polite and eager to be of assistance. Why we only have two of these in San Angelo is beyond me. There should be one at every entrance to this town. Thank you Discount Tires for coming to our town and making our life's so much easier and treating our vehicles as if they are our children or pet. Keep up the good work and friendly smiles.

I do like this place but I went in again because even these guys messed up at my last trip there (1 week ago). They were supposed to rotate and balance but they didnt rotate correctly.I still recommend them!

I'm not pleased at all...went to pickup car and had low tire was told that the guys probably didn't reset air settings after doing atvs so gave benefit of doubt. Woke up this morning with another low tire I think they put the bad tire back on my car.

Walked in today to ask about tire rotation for daughter's car. Jesse took us in and the work was completed in 30 minutes...and... NO Charge...thank you DT...you have a customer for life!!!!

Bought tires on the app. Said they had the tires in stock at that store. Got a call the day of my appointment (which was the next day) and tires won't be in for 2 more days. Had a nail in one tire and was all very worn. Went in and got different tires. My tire couldn't be repaired. Took about 1 1/4 hours. Tires are good just not what I wanted. Been going to Discount Tire for lots of years and do recommend them.

I was unsure of what was wrong with my tire. David F went out to my car and saw the issue immediately. He looked over every tire and discussed with me my options. I never felt like he was trying to pressure me into making an unnecessary purchase or to spend a ton of money. He helped me buy good quality tires at a reasonable price. I had a good experience at Discount and will continue to do business with them in the future!
