Caliber North has completed two auto body repairs for us. Both times the service was accomplished quickly and well done. The staff were courteous and friendly. An added bonus was regular calls updating us on the progress of the repairs.

Caliber Collision in San Angelo North did a great job on my car. (I m not sure it looked this good when it was new.) Polina talked me through the needed repairs, kept me informed, then delivered the car a day early. As good an experience as a dented rear quarter-panel could be.

Best auto body repair around. They make it shine like new, and are super courteous. I'd take my vehicle to Caliber Collision anytime, especially this one! My experience was professional, easy, and quick.

I picked this shop without researching it from my insurances network, but I m very happy with my repairs. Big thanks to Loren, my technician, for working so hard to get my repairs done in a short timeline. Although I had to leave before the very last repair they were very professional and coordinated with a caliber in my new location to get the last part installed. From the front desk to GM everyone was very professional and values their customers experience.

Will never recommend you guys. Your mechanics jammed my back door shut. My windshield leaks around the seam. Weather trimming on both sides of the cabin is ripped up.But the door you guys replaced looks great!Just had to mess up everything around it I guess.

Christy was absolutely the best person I've ever worked with. She went so above & beyond what I was expecting or even hoping for. I'll forever be grateful for her assistance. I will recommend everyone I know to Caliber Collison & I'll definitely trust them with my repairs for life!

Literally the best shop in town. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff were all so amazing. Polina was my service rep and she did an incredible job getting the repairs started and keeping me informed along the way. Rachel was also so sweet and very helpful in the entire process! Had a little run in with a deer recently. Not too much damage, but wanted to get it fixed regardless. The receptionist was so welcoming! Polina, our advisor, got right to work and Gonzalo the GM even did our final walk around. The experience wasn t one of a corporate feel, this felt like a home grown company from the start.
