They've been trying to diagnose my issue for 4 months. I spent $700 today for diagnostics and they said everything is normal. They claim they drive it and that it's acting normal, when it's not. They broke a piece on my car and claimed they did not cause it. They told me they would no longer work on my car because it's a "waste" of their time. How am I supposed to trust a dealership telling me nothing is wrong with MY car? I have a Honda corporate case manager investigating the incident. I doubt the dealership will tell the truth, though. Never trust a business that's paid by commission. Dealerships are one of the most sleazy businesses and are well known for their scandalous tactics.
