529 Avenue N Auto Zone was very helpful. Ayden helped me find the windshield wipers for my car and made sure they were put on. This is the Auto Zone I will go to from now on!

Everything I go in the store, they are so polite and helpful. Thus time I had to order a part and was told when it would be in, and it wasn't. I wish I would've been told that it could be delayed and not promised the next morning. It wouldn't have been a big deal but it was a regulator for my window and I had made an appointment to have it replaced. I'm hoping to get an appointment soon because there is rain in forecast.

Very thankful for the manager Michael at autozone always assisting with my vehicle problems. Always willing to help me learn or share his knowledge and his presence when you walk in to his store is powerful and pleasant. Thank you Michael for all you do locally here in San Angelo!

Man I don t know where to start, first off all the employees here are the best I ve encountered, ever all three. Came in because of brake lights not working and had got a warning on the 12th at night. My god they all helped me how I told them I was from San Antonio working they stayed even later helping after closing time. Had that small town feeling gotta love it. Made me not want to leave San Angelo but will be back next Tuesday for work. I just wanna say thank you to the three gentlemen and God Bless!! San Angelo you all are lucky to have this store and employee s.. once again I have to say thank you so much guys knowing my family will make it safe

Dude...... Y'all got some life savers working here! Ben went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my car situated! This man did not have to help as much as he did! I truly appreciate the help, my car is up and running again! Thank you so much!!!

Had to repeat 4 times what kind of car I had. 3 times repeating part I needed. Got wrong part. Asked me again what kind of car!!!! Why do auto part stores hire people like this.

We live almost 2 hours away. We drove to San Angelo to get my daughter's driving test to get her license. San Angelo was the only one with openings that wasn't 1-2 months out. Come to find out upon the inspection, the brake light was out. I was in frantic mode. The man at the dmv said to go to AutoZone and they would help but make it fast. The 2 gentlemen were AMAZING and helped even install the light for me within 5 minutes!!! Thanks to them, we made it back in time and she PASSED! These fellas definitely need a raise!!!!

Absolutely love the guys here. Jose helped me today and he was so kind when putting in my new bulb for my back brake light! Definitely will always return here because the entire staff is so nice and they always help me very quickly!

Nice people and clean store. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. This time. They did help me replace a burned out tail light on my Buick enclave. The person who helped me find the part o needed, was very nice. Did a thorough job of replacing the build and putting everything back together. So Yes I recommend them.

Today I ordered a light bulb for my indicator light. The salesperson (I wish I asked his name) was kind enough to help install it for me. It was simple yet I did not know how to do it. Really appreciated his service. Thank you!

The most helpful AutoZone in town. The crew is pretty knowledgeable and the store manager, Ben, is an automotive whiz. The guys are always polite and helpful. I typically look up my own parts and they're good about letting me do my own thing.

Worst customer service we walked in and stood by the registers while 2 employees ignored us finally after about 5 min we asked if one of them could help us and the lady said she could as she rolled her eyes.if u hate ur job get a different one

This place is awesome! I ordered a headlight for my truck and it was suppose to be in by 3pm on Saturday (Halloween) and the FedEx people didn't get it to them so the manager personally went to FedEx and picked it up so I could have it for that night so I could take my kids trick or treating! Thank you guys you were awesome!
