Windus Auto Collision truly is the best-From superior customer service to exceptional auto body work. James specifically has gone above and beyond my expectations. He called me weekly to give me status updates which really were appreciated. Very personable and just an overall awesome man. I am very satisfied with having chosen this shop to repair my vehicle.

James was polite, courteous, and gave me weekly updates on my car when I decided to have Windus repair my vehicle after an accident. Such a pleasure to work with during this whole process and made things easy for me while I dealt with horrible service from Geico and Enterprise. Communication was great and he even stayed late on the day my car was ready to be picked up. I would recommend this shop for all your collision repair needs. Don t hesitate to call James, he will make sure to take care of you the whole way. Thanks for the quality work and service!

I went by to have them look at some pretty extensive damage. They were so friendly and kind. Gave me a lot of great options and help get me back in a better spot than I was temporarily until I can get my finances together to make a final decision. I definitely recommend.

I love this place so much. I really wish I could give them more stars. The entire staff is so professional. My car looks brand new and better than when I bought it from the dealership. James was so nice to work with and made sure to keep me informed and up to date on my repairs. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car repaired. They are truley gifted and talented in making the cars look brand new.

I am absolutely over joyed with the customer service and my vehicle!! James took such OUTSTANDING care of me! Answered all of my crazy questions, which there were alot of them (my first accident). Excellent Excellent service found this GEM after reading reviews when I had to find a body shop due to an accident. James from this location scheduled the appointment for the car to be dropped off for repair and recommended rental car companies nearby that was able to pick me and through out kept me updated about the repairs and they did EXCELLENT job by replacing it with a BRAND new bumper and my car looks NEW .they have a great customer friendly service and would highly recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose Windus because of all the great reviews and let me tell you they did not disappoint! James worked with me and is a top notch guy. This man will take care of you and go the extra mile. These folks are very honest, upfront, and deliver high quality work in a quick turnaround time. My car looks better than I thought it would, they even touched the paint up on another door, and I was able to pick it up early and save on car rental fees! Took them my truck after being rear-ended and the made the process easy. I initially called them to see when they would have availability and the gave a a couple of weeks out, once they had it it was about a week and I'm very satisfied with the work done. You can't even tell my truck had been hit.

I got 2 vehicles done here. Very professional, however, they are always busy and you have to wait at least 2 - 3 weeks to get your car fix.

I was so bummed that my brand new car got messed up but am so glad this is the place I was led to. From beginning to end the service was excellent. I had the pleasure of working with James who conducts business like a pro. Genuine, honest, and detailed. I m so happy to have my car back looking absolutely perfect and cleaner than I left it.Thanks Windus Auto for making such a stinky situation so pleasant.

Hit by and uninsured driver so I took my car to windus. It was making a loud squeaky sound and I was concerned about driving it.After 4 days longer than originally anticipated I picked up my car that had a few cosmetic fixes.The representative assured me there were no drivability concerns.But driving away I'm still feeling the wobbling and squeakiness.I get out to look at the wheel the sounds are coming from. Touch the lug nut on my tire and it falls off. All 5 lugs were loose enough to unscrew with my hands. After tightining the nut all weird issues and sounds went way.

James and all the other staff are really good! They all treat you with respect and kindness and are up front and honest about everything going on. They will keep you updated regularly and make sure that your car comes back looking newer than when you left it!!

If you are looking for a collision center that does what they tell you they will do this is the one you need. My Juke was rear ended and they were the ones I selected from the list the insurance company provided me with. I am so happy I chose them to do the repairs. My car looks great and I have absolutely no complaints. A job well done that deserves my thanks for the care they take in the repairs and keeping their customer updated. This is a great place to take your car after an accident. Unfortunately I was in two accidents this past year and used this shop each time. They were excellent! Repair work is absolutely flawless. James goes above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for you. Great communication and frequent updates. Give this place your business and you won t regret it!

I will recommend Windus to anyone should there ever call for a time. Service was excellent and professional. They had my van fixed in a week and gave it a nice wash. James was very professional and made you feel welcome and comfortable. They follow up to update you on their progress. I wish I can give more than 5 stars. Good job guys!

Don't write many online reviews but I had to share the great experience I had with these guys. Obviously no one wants to deal with getting a car repaired but these guys made it extremely easy. James was really laid back and friendly but very thorough and helpful and gave me plenty of feedback on the progress on the work they were doing. The repair looked great and even came in ahead of schedule (less than a week for ~$5000 worth of work). Overall I can't think of anything else I could have asked for from a repair service.

I simply cannot speak highly enough of this company. They are such honest, decent folks, if you need any kind of repair done, please go here. They are honest about every detail, the work that needs to be done, the time frame--everything. They will keep you updated and are genuinely kind people who will NOT take advantage of you. Ladies, I have been really dishonestly dealt with before because body shops are aware that I I truly don't have a great understanding of exactly what is involved in body work. If you are in the same boat, please just go see these guys--James is amazing, explains everything in easy to understand detail and everything he said was totally accurate. I just cannot say enough good things about the service here--but I have to add that my car looks *amazing!!!!* I had some terrible damage and seriously--my car looks so good--it look so much better than I really expected. I have never been more pleased with any work in my life.

Very pleased with my experience here. These guys are very helpful and good at what they do. I dropped my car off Monday and they had it ready by Friday, not only did they fix my claim but they also took the time to take out a door ding and some minor damage I had to the bumper.. at no extra cost!! My car is back to looking new and based on their customer service I will most definitely be back!

Picked this shop because of all the positive reviews when I had an insurance claim (Hit & Run). My experience ended with 4 stars and the reason its not 5 is because the first time around my car was unfinished at pick up time and I had to come back 2 more times for repairs.I had waited 2 extra days from the date I was given to pick up my car and I waited almost an extra hour when I got there. Then when I came to check my car out, I felt rushed but my car was unfinished. Wrong size clip, gash on tire and bumper not replaced as previously talked about. I was super upset about all 3 and even more when I had to come back the next day and find out I had to bring it another 2 days for the tire. EXCEPT..The second time around was a much better experience. My car was done on time, I had a new tire, my lights were taken off and they replaced my bumper like we had talked about! Even though it took 2 tries, I'm really happy with how my car turned out and knowing James is a man of his word. Because of this, I'll most likely return and recommend but of course share my experience so people can decide for themselves.

I use to use Caliber Collision for decades, but their service went down, forcing me to find another auto collision company...I'm so glad I did. James (the manager at Windus) was awesome. Did what he said they would do, did a fantastic job, went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. I was pleasantly surprised and will take my vehicles there from now on. They were highly recommended to me by a friend and now I highly recommend Windus to my friends. Excellent job!

5 stars all across the board. I feel like they went above and beyond to get my truck fixed over the weekend. It took them only two days to fix my rear bumper when I was rear-ended by another driver. James kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier with the service that I've received from their team. I HIGHLY recommend this place. James, thank you again. I am a very satisfied customer.

This was the best experience I've had getting my car repaired. Windus was listed by the insurance of the guy who hit my car and I chose them based on the stellar reviews. The gentlemen at Windus were so kind and squeezed me in during a time when everywhere was booked solid. They treated me with dignity, which does not always happen as a female getting a car repaired. This came on the heels of losing a job and the death of a family member, and their kindness made things so much easier. Thanks guys!!!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely fantastic. Had to take my truck to them after being rear ended and not only were they quick with repairs, they were super cordial and went above and beyond all expectations! I felt super comfortable there and barely had to lift a finger.
