What a con job. Went there today to get my tires balanced and rotated which I purchased a lifetime warranty 2 years ago. I was refused by the manager because he said that my tires are older than 5 years and they cannot touch it. They should not have advertised and sold me lifetime warranty then. Very disappointed and wanted to share with others. 0 stars if there is one.

Waited 30 minutes at the tire center for them to tell me they cant take me in. They said they saw me and was backed up but it took them 30 minutes to tell me anything. Horrible customer service. Then tried to set a appointment for the next day and said they couldn't, it is first come first serve

Walmart is the best place for simple car servicing. This works pretty well almost everywhere. and this place is no exception.

Adrian refused me an oil change unless I paid for extra unnecessary services

I called myself getting there early on a Sunday to beat the crowd and was the first in line. It was around 9:30 - 9:45am. There was 1 car pulled in getting tire service and a truck pulled in that looked to be an employees personal vehicle. The rope was pulled so idk, I'm only assuming.Anyway....I sat there for 20 min and no one came to greet me. Cars pulled up behind me and they ended up leaving because no one showed up. I called the service department to ask if they were actually open and servicing cars. The employee said yes, so I proceeded to tell him that I was waiting. He told me to wait a bit longer and someone would be with me. I waited 10 more minutes, no one showed....so I left. The car that was getting tire service had a serviceman working on his car, he looked our way a few times but never alerted anyone to our presence.I'm guessing they were understaffed.....idk, but it was definitely not a good start to the day.

I called them to check warranty on car battery, she told me it is already expired which is for 2 years. But when I pulled the battery out from car it says 3 years warranty.

Dear Mr. Holger, (Mr. Holger is the technician that serviced my Mexican Yaris at the Walmart Auto Center in Saginaw, TX.)I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at the Walmart Auto Department on September 26, 2023, when I brought my Toyota Yaris in for an oil change. It was evident from the moment I arrived that you are a true professional who takes great pride in your work. Despite the department being short-handed, you not only managed to conduct a flawless oil change on my vehicle but also went above and beyond to ensure a positive and personalized experience. What truly stood out to me was your dedication to customer service. You took the time to warmly greet me and engage in a conversation about my vehicle and its specific needs. Your knowledge and expertise in discussing the type of oil and offering various options demonstrated your commitment to ensuring that I made an informed decision.Your friendly demeanor and willingness to assist me throughout the process left a lasting impression. Went to get new tires after an accident. They never disappoint. They are very helpful and I love how inexpensive they are.

Got the tire here only. They were honest about the wait time or even suggested to make an appointment to bring it back, but we are busy & had things to do. Even explained that they can't honor any warranty on it if they don't install it, but we decided to just make the purchase anyway and go down the street to King Wheel & Tire where we went initially (didn't have our tire in stock), & they installed it very quickly. So everyone complaining about the wait time, except it/make arrangements or make an appointment if it's not an emergency service.

Quick tire replacement without appointment. I think arriving early on a weekday helped a lot. The selection of tires were limited in the store with more options available online that could be shipped and installed. The prices are great with Walmart's everyday low prices on everything with rollbacks on specific tires. Compared to other tire centers, they were at least forty percent lower. Would definitely recommend

The slowest oil change in the world. Not even worth the cheaper price. Workers (they usually only have two) are lazy and just stand around.

No waiting room, didn't allow me to choose the oil I wanted like I've always done at various Wal-Mart Oil Centers and they didn't even Reset the dash service alerts. Guy servicing the oil was rude and u friendly. Girl at the counter was very nice and friendly, however even though I'm new to Texas and this is my area WalMart, I will be going elsewhere for oil changes from now on.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change, but my technician was incredible and was super friendly and helpful to me.I would've given 5 stars, but the other guy working there was rude and unwelcoming.

Went to go take a battery back that I bought and neither gentlemen working wanted to give me another battery without a receipt. He said there was no purchase history on that battery which I had bought within metroplex. Asked to speak to a manager and he offered no help even said there wasn't another person higher than him. Wouldn't recommend going here they automatically want to treat you like you are trying to pull a scam by swapping stickers out. Like I have time to do that, lol. I did manage to take it to another Walmart that didn't have any issues replacing my battery.

Don't waste your time. You'd have to get real lucky and be here before the campers I guess. I waited for 50 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged... I was also first at the bay I was in and still nothing. I was hoping to get a tire change and be in and out within an hour. Getting there at 9AM will be too late.

Showed up at 730 on a Saturday morning for an oil change, 3 cars ahead of me. Was told they only had 2 techs so it would be slow. First of all, please staff better for what is always the busiest morning and even with 3 techs, it should not have taken over 3 hours for an oil change! Thought this would be the faster alternative, but my husband will do it on his own from now on.

2 hours + for a tire changeSave your time and money, don t get the insurance. Just go to a small pop shop that ll just charge about the same if not less and you ll be in and out. Left them with the car at 10:30 am it is now 12:50pm. Do not waste valuable time here. Call around, 25 mins max at surrounding places at similar or less. Very disappointed with the customer service too. Will not be doing business with Walmart auto again.

Then a front desk lady brought one of the oldest purchase history (2014) out instead of newer for a newer vehicle. She told me to speak with my mechanic instead of her yet nobody came to assist me but talking and walking around with a muffin in a hand. Then one mechanic came to start signing me in. But he did not know how to use iPad and got very frustrated with me. Took forever for this process and probably the other people came after me were taken care of before me. I was told it s about 45 mins and I m here more than 2 hours and my car is still sitting at the same spot. They are talking all the time, talking loud showing their photos on cell phone, checking their phones all the time. Then they lost a tire the lady brought out and asked if the tire was here. A mechanic working on my car neither wear uniform nor name tag. This is the worst Walmart auto center ever.Service: Tires

Just relocated to area so needed an oil change (we do it ourselves because we use synthetic to ensure the right oil is used). We waited about 3 hours for an oil change. They said they called us but we had been waiting in their wait area. After oil change, we had oil leaking over night on our brand new driveway and took it back and they said we had an existent oil leak, we have been parking on same spot prior to oil change and NO oil leak. They did not take responsibility and we had to spend money to clean oil spill. Very disappointed in their service but we will never use their auto care service, EVER!

My rating is actually a 0. I got there for an oil change at appx 5:20. I didn't get out until 7pm. There were no issues with my car. Nobody told me it was ready. I had to go look outside and it was sitting there. I went up to the desk. They proceeded to take other people first and told me to get in line. I don't recommend anybody taking their vehicles here. The customer service sucks. The service sucks as well.

I came in for a quick oil change, ended up having enough time to get groceries and finish a whole movie with time to spare. I spent over 3 HOURS. I wish I was exaggerating. Staff wasn t helpful and couldn t give me an ETA or an explanation as to why it was taking so long. I gave two stars because after a shift change, the new employee at the register seemed genuinely apologetic and offered help.

I called at 7am to get a price on 4 tires, told him what i wanted, agreed on the price and made my appointment at 7am for 4pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, wasn't seen for 40 minutes and then they wanted me to wait another hour, I needed to go to work so I wanted to pay so someone couldpick my car up, i was told no because there might be add ons. I said if there were shouldn't you call and discus that with me first. The young man had to go ask permission for that. I was then assured that yes, I would be called. So I went to work, car not ready, , got off work, car not ready, and at 9pm my car was still not done . Then after 9pm when they said it was ready they had added an additional $48 that they had not told me about, couldn't explain why i was not told but did remove it from my bill. So if you have all day to have tires put on and don't care what they charge when they're done then this is the place to go.

I got in and was told it would take maybe 15 to 20 min to do a simple service on my jeep. After 2 hours I happen to look outside and they had parked my Jeep across from the service center. The cashier was incompetent and caused myself and a few others to have to wait for someone to show her how to do her job. Then when I get to my Jeep I see oil had been dripped all over my bumper and my front grill. I get inside and the " mechanic" had not cleaned his hands or put any protective seat covers on and now I have oil on my seat and steering wheel and shifter. When I called the store to find out what could be done the Manager told me all they cover is up to $25 for cleaning. Anyone that has had their car professionally cleaned knows it costs way more than that. That doesn't include the cost to have a seat treated, shampooed and dried. This is unacceptable. Don't ever use Wal-Mart car care if you want a job done right.Chris

Only give 3 stars due to my last visit never had a problem before this. I went in for a flat repair after waiting over an hour for them to get the car in a tech brought me out my keys. They stated the tire did not need to be sealed as the took a screw(maybe I'm wrong but doesn't a screw in a tire automatically intell a hole in tire if pulled out) out of it but said it wasn't leaking at all. I ask him if he was sure because i had to put air in it 3 time the previous day. I would give a higher rating because the manager i talked to when i got home under an hour later of car sitting my tire was completely flat i have a portable air pump i filled the tire back up and it flattened within 5 min. The told me to bring it back in the morning and they'd fix it without cost she was trying to corrext the mistake. The staff when i brought it back where unfriendly and acted as if nothing had be done wrong the previous day.

Do not visit this facility for oil change or tires unless you have no other option. They are always short staffed. Give you inaccurate time wait amounts. They told us 45 minutes. Our wait time this evening was 3 and a half hours. Management does not properly provide enough employees nor give the front counter a way to contact the bay without one of them coming up. So when you have a question about your vehicle they cannot help. They then proceed to advise you, you have to go back outside and ask yourself. Rude. Inconsiderate.

Saved 100 bucks buying my tires. Wait tinge9 was about 4 hours. But I simply went shopping, had my wife take me home and came back later in the day. Tires looked great, have a great warranty from a company that isn't wishy washy. Staff were friendly but clearly overworked when compared to other auto places. Lines out to the street almost. They do a great job.

Went here on a Saturday after black Friday for an oil change. Had three cars in front of me. Tech said it would take about an hour to get done. Ended up spending about 3 hours. Cars thar came after mine were serviced by being fed through the other service doors while mine sat for over 2 hours be0fre ebing attended to. Turns out they had a black Friday tire sale going on that they did not mention before, only after I complained as to the long wait. The assistant manager was apologetic for the long wait as was the tech that serviced my wait. Would have given them maybe two stars if not for the cheap oil service at $44 for full synthetic vs $70 average I pay at my regular store. I also blame myself for waiting that long.
