I took my brand new 23 F150 to the Saginaw location for a lift and tires. Cord, Clay and the guys were outstanding. I have had many lifted trucks and modified vehicles in my life so I have an understanding of how things can go.Once installed, there was some shaking in the steering wheel. I took it back and we began the process of identifying the cause. It took a few visits and trial and error to identify the issue, but they were professional and worked with me to resolve the issue.They went above and beyond in my opinion and never treated me as a pain in the a$$!There prices were very fair, but I recommend them for great service and dedication to customer satisfaction.Thank you Cord, Clay and the guys! (I'm so horrible about remembering there names!)

I have waited a month to ensure my car really was better. I highly recommend this place. They did an amazing job on my car, they re very professional and considerate, they don t price gouge you. I m a female and I have always had poor experience with mechanics or car salesmen but this shop is nothing like that. They re helpful and respectful.

Dan and the team here at Texas Tire are wonderful! I have worked with them on numerous occasions and they are always fair and honest. Good friends of mine also use their services and rave about them as well.

Was quick to patch my tire but now vibrating past 70mph was fine day before was fully ready to pay for a new tire now I got to pay 15 dollars to balance it? K then I m driving off my pressure gauge hadn t adjusted so I asked to put air in the tire he said it was just needed to adjust they were letting me drive off with that tire inflated to 47psi. So. I will take my car now to tire store down the road save yourself the money and time and headache and do the same I also googled the safe amount of over inflation for a tire since y all a tire shop maybe y all should write this down 10% which is 38psi u had me at 47 put your monster and cigarette down and do better

Took my son s truck to get a lift, new wheels, tires and have the AC fixed. They put the lift wheels and tires on and nobody once told me I would need a stability bar so the truck would be drivable afterwards and they told me they would have to replace the whole AC system to fix it. So I paid them the extra to replace the WHOLE AC system. Three weeks later AC wasn t working again, took it back up there and they said on it news a new compressor and we just replaced it for you. (Since I paid for a WHOLE AC system should have already had a new ac compressor). Well two months later AC isn t working again and now they say it s the AC condenser and it ll be $1,800 to fix. Two months later the AC compressor (you know the new one they put on locks up. Took the truck somewhere else and they put a new AC compressor on it and they told me the AC compressor that was on it was the original AC compressor and had never been replaced and guess what the AC works great now. When I called the manager of the store he didn t care just offered me 10% off my next purchase. No I want the $2,000 that I paid you for a service and parts that I obviously did not get. NEVER will I go to this place again.

Cord and Steve are the best in town! These guys hammered out my lift kits on 2 trucks with ease! And aligned perfect! They truly care about their customers! Even stayed late! Will definitely be back with more trucks!

They did a great job on installing my lift, did my spacers for free and were a solid 200 dollars less for the install than the LOWEST other bid at other TT locations and King Wheel and Tire locations (which got up to 1100 just for an install). Great customer service, lift looks fantastic they got it in and out in a very reasonable amount of time without being so quick you wonder if corners were cut. I'm extremely satisfied and taking it tomorrow for my retorque.

Asked the front office if they could add air in my tires they charged me $5 and told me to go around back. Waited for 30 minutes and no one ever came out. A guy walked out but ignored us. I left and went to another shop down the street who didn t charge for air

Let me start by saying that I had a call this morning with Cord, owner of Texas Tire Saginaw, who was completely unwilling to make things right. So as a result, I will say that anyone doing business with this shop should be cautious. I should have taken notice of the negative reviews before I gave them a chance. There were several issues that I did NOT get a chance to address with Cord, since he hung up on me because I wouldn't accept his inability to take responsibility for their negligence.First, this shop did not discuss the financing terms with me, rushed through the process and completed the deal before allowing me to look at the paperwork. I would suggest a thorough review of the 3rd party's terms before you give this shop the information because they will proceed regardless.Secondly, it took them several days after getting the wheels and tires installed to get my lock lug nuts, to which I was only provided with one per wheel and a used tire tool. I had to call a few times to stay on them about getting those done.Third, and most important, after driving my truck, I complained to them about the vibrations I was experiencing. I was told that aftermarket wheels with All Terrain tires vibrate more than the factory setup and not to worry. Yesterday, I took the truck to Discount Tire because it worsened and they stated that two wheels were NOT balanced at all and the other two were off significantly to the point that more damage (hubs and suspension) need to be mechanically reviewed. This cost me $130+ to have the tires balanced correctly.I called their corporate office and spoke with Marianna, who's nice but needs CS training on how to speak to people. Agitated with her response and their "internal investigation", she put me through to Cord who says there's nothing he can do because I should have brought it back. Well, it should my choice whether or not to continue to do business with the people who continue to cost me time and money after such negligence. Cord feels differently and rather than make things right by reimbursing me for his shop's negligence rather than hanging up on me. I was agitated and stern but I never cursed or was unprofessional. He never apologized or even seemed concerned about the issue, even after this put me, my family and everyone else on the road in danger.Bottom line: Cord and Texas Tire Saginaw do not care about doing the right thing. They're very unprofessional and lazy in my honest opinion. I think it highly reflects on the owner and his carelessness. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is the best way to ruin your company from the inside out. I would not recommend their services to anyone who cares about professionalism, courtesy, integrity and honesty when doing business.

Had an emergency with the tire losing air constantly, I checked the tire pressure before I went and it was low and the man with boots and glasses lied about to pressure saying it was full when it wasn t and didn t want to do his job and check the tire to see if they could check for nails or leaks. Not trust worthy and bad service.Replying to owner: have had friends and family have the same terrible experience I had. You didn t offer to check the sensors you said to take it to the dealership so they could check the sensor. All I asked was to check the tire for a leak and you said the psi was fine and I said yes because I filled it just before I came so I could get there safely and you continued to talk nonsense about a sensor (if you didnt want to work just say that) when I went to a different tire shop, boom they found a leak. It s crazy how your lack of customer service,attentiveness, and bad work ethic is the customers fault in EVERY review. So when there s a review addressing our experience and concerns you give VERY sassy and disrespectful remarks. Not a real or (smart) business owner and definitely NOT trustworthy. DONT WASTE TIME AND ENERGY AND THIS SHOP.

I needed my tired checked because it kept saying it was low on air even after I put air in it. I knew right away these guys suck at their job cuz the guy barely even looked at the tire and said it was the sensor. He didn t bother taking the tire off and inspecting it. Went to my usual tire shop later and it had a nail in it after all. (And my tires aren t junk, your service just sucks. If you can t take criticism from customers, don t be in the customer service business)

Stopped by with my family in my truck, had a flat due to a bad valve stem. The guy recommended I d get a new tire and send me on my way! When I do purchase all new tires definitely won t be going to them that s for sure.

I wish I could give zero stars. I bought new tires here a while back. A week after having new tires I had a bad valve stem even though repairing the tires is free replacement is not so I had to pay for a new valve stem. Then I was told rotations were included. I went up today to get a rotation and was told it would be $240. I called another location and they said normally on trucks with dual rear tires they do half-price rotations. Save your money go somewhere that's actually going to stand behind what they say.Edit- like 90% of the world I don't keep all the files for every transaction I do in my truck. I have a file cabinet at home that has all of them so I came home to find that invoice from when I did the valve stem that had the person's name in the office that I spoke to about the rotation. I believe you, if you're the same man in the office i just spoke with, was there when I came in about the valve stem cuz I was pretty upset and I didn't have my credit card to which you made a smarta** response then as well. And you're correct the amount that the other locations would charge is half price generally except for Pep Boys they'll do a rotation for free I called to verify. Hamms full price is $150 so if I were to have bought tires from them, which they probably would have met or beat tire pricing as they normally do would be $75 a rotation y'all are at 250.00. So you're 100% correct I could have gotten these tires for cheaper somewhere else and gotten savings on rotations and warranties as well. Ve never shopped here before these tires y'all were recommended to me buy somebody in the construction industry with me. But I assure you you have lost my business on every vehicle I own for the rest of my life.

Customer service and pricing is great but the work is subpar whoever is doing the alignments needs to take a refresher course or something I spent close to 2k on tires and 300 on alignments a year later the inner tire is feathering and getting low on tread and yes I have been rotating tires every oil change but it s unfortunate that I paid for 3 separate alignments from them and it is still garbage I will definitely be seeking somewhere else to get an alignment

They seem to be a good group of shops. I haven't been around much, but I am taking my truck back to get my tires , that I bought from them, rotated and balanced. I've been told they don't balance for free any more, but when I bought mine they did. It says so on my receipt!!We will all see if they own up to their word, in the next week or so. I'll let y'all know what's up.Next set of tires, will be the next set!Then the rules change, HUH??IF they stay true to their word, I'll buy all my tires from them.Treat others as you want to be treated!! GOLD

The short stocky guy with the beard who is often in the office makes his own prices, is rude and flat out lies about what they have in stock. The other guys seem nice but he is super sketchy. Wont be back.

Huge shout out to these guys for a quick turnaround after my junky control arm broke (not their fault nor was it a part from them) and they spotted me a tow on a Sunday after hours. Thank you guys for the fantastic service.

These guys are great. Communication was perfect through the entire process which was well over a week. Discussed a few different options with them for a lift and tires. I had a tire picked out in my mind, they didn t have it but suggested a comparable tire and so far, I m beyond satisfied. Truck rides better than stock now. Felt bad that they had to stay late to finish the job but they were all cool about it and were just glad to have been able to help. Other mechanics/shops would have been cussing and tossing wrenches. Highly recommend this place!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Brought my car in for new rim installation. While putting them on, the guy put too much air in and caused a side bubble in my tire. These are new tires and the bubble was not there when I brought it in. The mechanics superior was quick to run over and deny responsibility and quoted me a price for a new tire. I told him (the superior) that I thought the bubble had just happened and he denied it. I turned down them ordering a new tire. Thank goodness! Found the same tire some where else for half the price!!! If you mess up, own it!!

Clay won t do you wrong, TJ, Robert, and Steve from the Denton location all great at what they do and very knowledgeable about most things that come their way. I have been there twice and have yet to be dissatisfied with the customer service or the time it takes to get it done and done right. 10/10 would recommend for just about anything wheel/lift/tire/alignment related they also do side steps and apparently bumper guards plus. whatever they can t do they have a good amount of recommendations fairly close by to their location for exhaust etc. way better than pepboys, discount tire, and dealerships for damn sure. swing by and prove me wrong!

Recently, I went to this store to get couple of used tires and also tire rotation. I must say these guys are really professional in their service, price was reasonable, excellent service oriented, friendly and after everything I requested plus balancing all tires plus at the speed they gave my car back was highly impressive. They have very clean and very professional looking shop with several ramps.This shop do many other auto repair besides selling used and new tires. I am glad none of the employee pulled any rabbit to over charge me. It comes down to how professionally boss is trained and I could see boss knows how to run his show to satisfy his customers. Absolutely, I will not hesitate to go back for all my car needs, and recommend to everyone.
