I've taken my 2011 Nissan Rogue here 3 times now and every time they have been very up front about their pricing and always itemize their bills. Their mechanics are knowledgeable and never do extra work that was not requested, but they will talk to you about any concerns they have with your cars performance. Very honest people who go beyond convenience when dropping off or picking up. Will recommend to everybody.

Excellent service. Very honest and good communication. I took my car in with electrical problems and they were able to get to the bottom of it and the bill was less than I expected. Highly recommend!!

The people at Moore s treat you like family. They are knowledgeable and fixed my car for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. I love it that I can call and they ll pick up the phone and answer and I don t have to talk to a franchise chain to make an appointment. I ll always trust Moore s and recommend them to anyone I know.

We have been going to Moore's for many, many years and they never let us down. Professional, reasonable very helpful. Today I had a car sitting in front of my house for months. The car would not start so I bought a new battery. Even with the new battery it would not start and the factory alarm was going off. I called Moore's and they said its some kind of thing Hyundai does and just put the key in lock and turn it twice and try. Just like that it started up. Maybe this is a well known trick for most people but a dork like me had no idea so once again Moore's saved me a tow for nothing. I appreciate the free advice! I have always had my Nissan, GMC, Chevrolet and Dodge vehicles serviced at Moore's Automotive for the past 15 years. Outstanding service and professional employees with honest prices for repairs. I have had installed new AC compressors , struts, brakes, tune ups, oil change and electrical engine troubleshoot. Highly recommend them, understand they are busy, due to Outstanding Customer Service. 5 's

Reasonably priced and super honest! I had an issue with my AC and they were able to diagnose but unable to fix and then they offered another garage that they have no relationship with they felt comfortable could fix my problem and not gouge me!I will be happy to recommend them!!

Big shout out to the team at Moore's Automotive. They've worked on my vehicle and my husband's a few times in the past year. Every time they've done a great job figuring out the issue and communicating timing and cost to fix. Honest, good quality work and fair on price. Moore's Automotive has been a life saver. I bought a lemon of a car not doing my research and have had nothing but major repair after major repair. My radiator blow down the street from Moore's Automotive and reached out to them about my car. The were efficient, commutative, and did all my major overhaul repairs within the week. I had to have a new coolant line wheel hub hoses and now it's back there getting a new radiator. The owner of this business is the mechanic and has been there over 40 yrs and takes pride in his work as well he should because he knows what he's doing. He won't sell you any parts that are a cheap fix just to get your money like other places and does the job right. He is extremely affordable and gets your car done is a very manageable time . literally people who lie tell you one thing than the other also don t try to root out problems just tell you you need new blank etc people are nice to your face at leastlet s give the reader some background here.they were trying to charge $9500 to put a motor in the truck and also i took into account the oil sample and got a sample somewhere else and they said no metal no nothing also was given a bottle with my own which i can sample myself if i chose to do so they also told my grandad they wouldn t work on my grandads car because he was too picky with his 1957 Ford Thunderbird lol these people charge absolute top dollar trust me and go somewhere else it s also about $1800-$2500 to install a new timing chain so where does saying $9500 save me money and being honest with me

I had been troubleshooting my wife s car for lack of power and acceleration, These guys got right on top of it come to find out it was a catalytic converter. They also let me know that the vehicle was in a lawsuit over the motor and then it might be under warranty. We had a very positive experience with these guys, the accuracy, honesty, and time it took were A ++

I just got back from Moore s Auto. I used them because of their fantastic reviews here and from recommendations on my Nextdoor app. The service was fast and the staff was all friendly. If you ever need an HONEST auto repair shop, this is the one! Thank you Dustin and thank you to the entire staff. Wish I could say I actually used their services. They are appointment only. My suburban was showing high oil pressure. I was referred to Moore's but they were too busy to be of any immediate help when I was trying to check if my car would make a trip to Houston and back. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but wasn't really inclined to come back after such a negative first experience.

I brought in my car and they told me my heater hose needed to be replaced which I knew because I brought it in 2 months prior but gave me a quote of $700 just to fix it but 2 months ago it was $600 to fix heater hose and bearing hub for tire. I don't understand how the price can go up so much. I wasn't driving my car for it to have extra problems. Just had to wait to get it fixed. The guy who called me was very rude about it. Then he charged me $150 for just looking at it because I wasn't going to pay that higher quote.I will never come back here again!Edit:With regards to the businesses response you are wrong sir. When I was called the man said my battery that is less than a year old failed. I said no problem its under warranty, and that is when he got rude and said I don't deal with interstate batteries. I told him I didn't ask him too that I was going to deal with it. Then I asked how much for heater hose and sensor. That's when I was quoted $700. The battery cost was not included as you claim. The average cost for a repair on the 02 sensor and wheel bearing are the same but quote was $100 higher than last time. Plus the check engine light was on my vehicle when I got it back last time and guy said he didn't know why it was on. Well I guess you found out this time. You know that feeling when you find the perfect mechanic and you are at peace knowing that you found a place that isn't going to take advantage of you or bankrupt you when your car needs some work?You will when you go here. Honestly the best customer service I ve had in a long time. This is as honest a shop as you can find. You can trust these guys to give you an HONEST evaluation of your car! Very down to earth, honest, NOT PUSHY, professional guys.They communicated every step of the way with me, they recommended some things but never made me feel pressured to do more work to my car than what I could afford. My car was fixed and inspected within 24 hours. Fast and efficient! Will definitely be coming here for every car problem I encounter!Service: Brakes

We were referred to Moore s Auto Repair by Hill s Paint & Body. Our sons vehicle wasn t driving good, very loud and vibration under car. We did not want him to drive back to his University, so we traded out cars and tried to solve this problem. After quick diagnosis both front wheel bearings were almost destroyed, front brakes were bad as well. We made fast appointment and within 1/2 day labor work on car....we picked up the car. Not only did they fix the car fast, we re very professional and friendly. Plus, the final bill was $200 less than the estimate. Ask for Ray, he s very knowledgeable and honest - we will call on them again when needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Took my wife's vehicle to Moore's to have some front end work done. The guy's were really great to work with. Communicated with me every step of the way. Vehicle was fixed right and for a reasonable price. I would definitely use Moore's Automotive again.

They are fast and friendly. The part my car needed costs $61, the total bill for repairs was $407. They charged me 3hours of labor at almost $90 per hour plus $80 for the tow. It seems extremely high for me but it may be ok for other people. I would return based on their skill, i would never return based on their pricing (way too high for me) Over all they fixed my car efficiently and in a timely manner.

The folks at Moore's automotive are awesome. I had a marker light issue on my 99 Dodge pick up that I could not find. In 2 hours they found the problem and had it fixed. I highly recommended Moore's automotive for any Of your automotive repair needs.

Fast and efficient work friendly staff I feel like moores went above and beyond with my service. Dropped my wife's car off on Wednesday it was ready to go by Friday, I was told it would be the next week. I will be doing all my automotive business here from now on.

My dad has been taking his car here since I was a kid. Always great service. I've dropped my car off a few times, never any issues with them and their estimates have always been very close to the actual cost.Once I had an electrical problem with my car that I thought was serious because my voltage reader was saying I had a good battery. Turns out my reader was wrong, the battery was bad, and they only charged me for a replacement of the battery. A dishonest mechanic would have told me it was the ignition coils and charged me $500.I've never seen such honesty from a mechanic shop!

This shop is awesome! I dropped off our car to get a fuel line to the gas tank replaced. They kept me up to date on the repair. The turn around time was fast! I'll be taking my cars here for all repairs from now on. Thank you Moore's Automotive.
