Asked for synthetic blend oil change. Made it clear on form filled out and made clear to initial technician who spoke with. Oil technician proceeded to give me a full synthetic oil change at a much steeper price. Best explanation was that s what we normally do for those trucks . Bad experience and no real responsibility taken by anyone involved. Wont be back to this location.

When in for an oil change it was quick and the guy was very respectful and he put air in my tires because he seen they needed air. He also told me I was missing a lug nut on my back tire.. Soo I thought that was cool of him to give me a heads up.. Thank you very much..

As their name implies oil change was quick, friendly staff and upfront on the cost of each service needed. Very happy and definitely plan to come back here.

I went in for an inspection, that all went smoothly, but the guy servicing me removes my brake master cylinder cap and tells me it's missing just to try to upsell me on one from them. Shady way to boost sales

We have always had our F150 XLT serviced here. We just bought a used car and the message board said it needed an oil change. I took the car there this afternoon because it said oil change in 4 days. The technician came and said I didn't need an oil change and explained the oil had been changed approximately 500 miles ago. He checked all the fluid levels and filled the wiper fluid. By the way, the car only had 6300 miles on it. He charged me nothing and told me what mileage I should return for oil change. They always go above and beyond.

I really liked this location, and I came here all the time with no issues. However, I had something stolen from my car, and I didn't want to believe it happened here. My car camera with a Sim card was stolen from here. The camera was brand new in the box still. The owner is such a great guy hence my hesitant in writing this review.

These people were very very rude to me. I was just trying to ask them some simple questions and I got nothing but straight attitude because I didn t understand what to do with my car? do not get your car expected here If you wanna go get yelled at And receive attitude by all means go to this place it s perfect for that Screw those people And their attitude I am very very upset and I m never going back there again

Don t come here, I ve tried getting my ac for my car fixed since it says they offer it here. The first time I came one of the guys told me that my air was probably just warm from the heat and told me since it wasn t urgent they wouldn t get to me that day, I came another day and was completely ignored. I waited for 10min before I decided to go elsewhere don t waste your time!

We did a walk in for vehicle safety inspection around 1230 pm. Personnel were friendly and quick with the two cars we brought in!

I have forgotten to write this for a couple of weeks now so my apologies to the crew. The location had the chance to run up a massive bill that I expected them to hit because of a misdiagnosis elsewhere and they were kind enough to both push me to let them do their own diagnosis and then fix my issue with my AC for 1/5 of the cost the quoted me initially.Absolutely recommend. Good people looking out for their customers. Thank you guys so much.

Great place very tidy... have been going here for years. I slowed my business up a bit after they lost a battery cover that went under the seat of an Audi I had. Then they didn't put a transmission filtered back on my truck properly and almost caused it to go out. However they offered me a compensation for a value of a couple of oil changes. I honestly think it's just personal changes. The owner seems very involved just can't keep an eye on everything.

I stopped in here after trying two other oil change places that didn't carry the filter for my Volvo S90, but this place had one and I was thrilled. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly. I have been a loyal customer of Kwik Kar Saginaw for a long time. They are helpful and honest, and that means a lot to an older woman who knows little to nothing about cars. Adam the mechanic has been very helpful to me, explaining things honestly, never making me feel like I was taking up his time. Thanks to all the guys at Kwik Kar Saginaw.

I have a 2007 Chrysler 300c that has been back and forth to this location due to a battery light. They say it s fixed so I come pick it up, just to find out it s really not. I paid a little over $900 for a new alternator and battery but the battery light still comes on. Matter of fact, this last time the car barely made it couple miles away from the shop before I had to bring it right back to them before it died. Someone please help them fix my car .CORPORATE the CEO someone help

Changed my oil, broke the oil filter housing. Then stated they didn't break it. Paid 920. To get it fixed and they didn't change the oil on top of all of that. Of course they are going to say they are not at fault. DO NOT USE THEM OR TRUST THEM. Even asked for the owners to call me, still not heard from them. Two whole days.

I brought my Mercedes here for an oil change and some auto maintenance, at first I was skeptical but I was greeted upon arrival by Andrew and he made the whole thing a breeze. He was very thorough and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Overall a great service! Stop by Kwik Kar Saginaw for your auto needs. Highly recommend! I was there on march 2nd for transmission fluid change. Staffs are providing great services. Chris was awesome. His work was excellent even provided product and service information. I have been going there for 8 years and today was the least satisfied I have been. They claimed that people were out sick but these guys weren't as through as usual. Had to ask them to check my tires ect. Will go back only if Adam is working that day.

I sure hope their customer service is better than the way they treat employees. My husband is a former employee (2020-2021) and we have been needing to obtain some of his last paystubs and we were unable to access them through the intuit website and have repeatedly been given the run around when we have called asking for their assistance. Apparently the owner Sam hasn't even been on premises in over 8 months according to his "manager" Travis and Chris but even they couldn't help us with this but obviously someone is doing payroll weekly, so what's the deal?! I even had to have our mortgage lender reach out because we were having a hard time and she was needing this documentation and verification of employment and they gave her a fake email and run around as well. By law you are required to have this information accessible to any current or former employees. I guess the owner is still upset that my husband left the $13 an hour job for an over $20 an hour job so that he could better provide for his growing family. Shame on you kwik kar Saginaw, like I said sure hope your customer service is better than how you treat your employees whether they are current or former.

I visited Kwik Kar on August 29. I got an oil change. When I had to take in my car in for repairs a few days ago, my mechanic told me that I had no oil in my car! My mechanic also told me I had no leaks in my car either. I was also informed that the air filter was clogged and dirty. Usually, I'm asked about it at the time of the oil change, but I wasn't this time. I have to say I'm very disappointed in the quality of service this time. I normally don't have this problem with Kwik Kar, but I see i will have to, regrettably, take my business elsewhere.

Very honest. And it s an auto shop! Wow, I couldn t recommend more highly. My brother s car felt off, maybe some warped rotors. I stopped by hoping to help my brother out, maybe pay for new pads and rotors. Little did I know that both were brand new! And I wouldn t have known had the mechanic not been honest with me. So it s probably just an issue with the new equipment that my brother just purchased, but the other shop should be able to correct that without additional cost. I could have been out some $500! Yeah, I can highly recommend this shop. An honest mechanic? One in a million.

The Kwik Kar team was so helpful and welcoming through what s usually something I dread! Especially Anthony who serviced my car. Anthony walked me through everything that needed to be done to my car. He gave me an honest assessment of what could wait and what needed to be done now. I m lucky they re just around the corner; give them a call. You won t regret it!

Since they are really more of a quick services shop the prices for more significant services are very high. They told me what I needed, explained why it would cost so much, and went out of their way to try to secure a part. I ended up taking my car elsewhere for service for a lot less, but would definitely return for an oil change as they were polite and straight forward with me. I would go back for other services in a pinch since they are open on Saturdays but most places were $150 less than here for a basic tune-up.

Anthony and the dude with glasses/dreads were awesome! I had a minor issue and they patched my car right up.Anthony was friendly and attentive on the phone as well!!My next oil change is for sure here.They have my business :)
