Great shop been using them for about 3 years. Had my truck in last week for lots of repairs. Went longer than expected which can happen when you get into large repairs, things don't always go as planned. However Dalton, Justin, and Luis stayed late on a Friday night holiday weekend and got it knocked out. That's service. Thanks so much for getting it done.

I am an offsite supervisor with Penske that does allot of work with AFS. The whole team there is great. Mike Ramirez does an amazing job with the logistics of getting the work there and back. His communication and Custer service is second to none. Thank you Mike

Not all the employees are trustworthy people.. Had items stolen when asked about items nobody knew anything and shrugged it off like it was no big deal . I assume I will never get my things back and maybe the company should have more things in line to ensure this doesn t happen to anyone else

We have been looking for a place like this to keep our fleet up and running. No job too big or small. My first contact with AFS was with Kevin while he was setting up repairs on some trailers We have on lease from Penske. We also have a dozen trailers that are leased elsewhere that we need to maintain and repair as needed.Sam came out to our warehouse in Grand Prairie and did all of the welding repairs needed on around 10 units in less than a day.Our company got AFS set up as a vendor. I stopped by their shop in Saginaw for "the nickel tour" and drop off a trailer. I have to say the I'm impressed! Very organized and professional in both deed and appearance. They have at least 10 work bays big enough for a 53'.If you need ANY kind of work done on a trailer, give the service manager, Kelly a call.Reasonable rates EXCEPTIONAL service!

Chris Peleska and the team at AFS go above and beyond when it comes to the quality of work on ABF Freight equipment. Equipment downtime is a major concern for fleets. AFS understands this and makes every job a priority.

What an awesome response! I was sitting in the cold with a dead battery in my Big Rig. Dalton responded to me within 1 minute of my call. Told me 30 minutes to get to me, which was more than reasonable... They got there within 5 minutes!!!! Got jumped and called the office to pay, Lisa was so nice and very professional. They are also the better value too. I'm very pleased and will definitely call them again if the need ever arises again. Thanks to the crew at accelerated fleet.Service: Battery

Had Chuck take a look at our lights, that weren't working. He went out checked on told us it was just something unplugged and came back and told us he fixed it. It was so quick and amazing we were just wowed! I highly highly recommend this place for all your large truck needs. Josh and Lisa helped fill us in on all the services they offer. They will definitely get our business for now on!

Solid group of guys, they listen to you and they listen to the truck. I had an issue with the oil cooler leaking into my coolant system. I couldn't make it before regular office hours but they stayed late to wait for me and got me going the same night. They literally helped save my load that night and I had on time delivery. Thank you AFS, I will definitely use you again.

Eric and the Team at AFS are hands down the best! Any time I have ever needed anything done with our company trucks they have gotten them in, repaired and on their way in excellent time. In the transportation industry time is very valuable and Accelerated Fleet Services knows it and they go above and beyond to get your trucks fixed and moving in the best and most professional way. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

I had a truck break down while doing a load. Brandon Cates came out and did a diagnostic on it. Great guy, super helpful. A big shout out and thanks to Cole! He was prompt, polite, and very personable when my uhaul was stranded midnight. He installed a new battery and got me going in under an hour. It will be an understatement to say he deserves 5 stars! Cole is an asset to the company!

I have a double drop trailer loaded with glass that needed to be unloaded that has a canopy system that wouldn t open up. Ethan showed up ASAP and knock it out quick. Really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company, and appreciate the work ethic of Ethan.

A chaotic and rewarding day of servicing customers and to add to the chaos- my work/ delivery truck was leaking antifreeze causing the water light to go off and produce a smell of antifreeze through the air vents. I pulled over to inspect my suspicion of something being severely wrong and sure enough a hose line had split causing antifreeze to pour out from under the hood. Quickly I notified my operations manager of the current situation and explained that I have two more customers that needed to be serviced and was concerned about not getting my job done for the day and wanted to avoid being towed at all cost if possible. Low and behold my ops manager contacted AFS and they quickly notified me to ask of my situation and whereabouts, information was relayed to thier dispatch team and literally the mobile service tech arrived within ten minutes of the first initial contact. Dylan arrived professionally/punctually and completed the repair in a very reasonable time and I was ultimately able to complete my job for the day thanks to the 5 star service of AFS. Thank you AFS for professional outstanding service and I highly recommend this business to anyone/business who requires professionalism!

We often use AFS to service our trucks. I have dealt with Lisa on billing, invoices, ETA's for service and the like. She has always been very knowledgeable and professional. Lisa answers all my questions in a timely manner with enthusiasm and an all out willingness to help her customers. Great job Lisa!!!

I used Accelerated Fleet Services for a UHaul call and Ethan was so awesome! Super helpful in a very stressful situation and got me and my family back on the road quickly. I work for a leasing company in the maintenance department. We have used Accelerated Fleet Services for over a year. We have brought multiple Freightliner trucks to them for repairs, we have used them for mobile service and we have used them to do DOT's to get trucks ready for new drivers. Eric, Josh and Lisa are a pleasure to work with. They are hard working, honest folks that go above and beyond for us as a customer. We very much appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone for truck maintenance. They are a 5 star organization.

AFS wins Dallas! I called SIX different fleet services before I called AFS. Only 2 actually answered! One was not available for non-accounts and the other basically just said no (because we are another fleet service our self). As a fellow owner in the industry, it was so great (and even restored my faith in other fleet services) to find another service in another area that was like minded and really actually cared. They took a chance with us, and did WONDERFULLY! As well as getting our client up and running quickly at a fair price with quality service! All requests that we made were met to the "T"! They kept me updated and informed the whole time and notified directly after the services were completed. Timely. Professional. The whole nine!
