My headlight went out so I stopped at O'Reilly's in Rusk, TX. Super friendly staff. The manager, Leslie, went above and beyond the call of duty. She replaced the headlight in the pouring down rain in no time, all the while being friendly and courteous. Great store, great staff, great experience! Thank you Leslie!

I have a 94 dodge Dakota slt.i needed a fuel filter Leslie sold me a frame rail filter but someone modified and put the canister into the which is for a 95 . Colbert searched and found the right one so he not only ordered it but they also delivered it huge life saver for me Colbert is a outstanding employee give the man a raise great job!� THANK YOU

Friendly, helpful, wide variety but do not put universal anything n a Buick Lucerne. Only get what your manual says. Mechanic flushing coolant out now

Wish there were more knowledgeable salespeople in there...They don't practice the Rules of O'reilly's and greet each customer coming in the door,,,even if you are the Only customer in the place!! All 5 times I have been in this place...What happened to Customer Service????

I was stranded in rusk with a dead battery. I am a older woman and know little about cars. I called the rusk location and was helped by jay. He came across the street and jumped my car off so that i could come and purchase a new battery Truley, i was in a panicked state and he quickly calmed my worries. He was professional, curteous, and kind. Thanks
