Soooo, after driving down some bumpy roads to our next destination, we hookup to water and the kitchen sink leaks! Not a pressure issue! Called Mike to possibly get a recommendation for someone in Mt Pleasant. He said he normally doesn t come out that far but he would for us. Text all info, got a faucet, came out today, and with a lot of effort (cause nothing is easy to fix in an rv) got our brand new faucet installed!!! We love you Mike! Saved our butt twice!

After initial contact where I related the trouble I was having, I gave him my warranty company's information. He said he'd get back with me. That was weeks ago. I tried calling 4 times, he never answered, left 2 voicemails, no return call.

Nice website and appointment scheduling; however, never showed up for booked appointment nor responded to message about appointment.

Replaced my water lines on my rv . did good work. No leaks . no problems. Would definetly use them again.
