Blew a tire on the way to Houston and luckily made it here and within 30 minutes they had a new tire put on our BMW and we were back on the road. They were so kind and the service was impeccable. 100% recommend Allen Tires.

I just needed a nail removed and a patch but they got it done and got me on my way very quickly. Can't ask for better service than that.

Called them very last minute bc I had a blow out just down the street from them... Long story short they had me hooked up with a good tire and back on the road in 10 minutes flat!! Very friendly people!!

Very nice people. Very helpful . They took the time to show me what was wrong with my tire and got me fixed up and back on the road. First time I actually had a pleasant experience having my tires fixed. I highly recommend Allen's Tires .

I love this tire shop. Its not only the tires that are great. Its the love of Jesus flowing through these men of God. Thank you Jesus for your provisions and thank you Ronnie Levine for the prayer. You and Jesus make a great team

I will only use this place. Everyone there are friendly... And service is great. I went to Walmart to have my tires checked and an oil change....the next day they were ALL FLAT...huge nails in both back tires and a valve stem broken completely off... Don't ever go to Walmart..this is the place to go..Christian service here and super sweet help in the garage and service counter.... Please make this your first stop... You'll be happy you did.

The owner is a blessing! He over heard me trying to get my one yr old a dr appointment because she was sick and he prayed over her with permission. He was also willing to work with the prices and was super fast at getting our tire fixed

My daughter had a flat in Rusk and no money of course. So as a wonderful mother I am, I flew to her rescue. { like super woman} I googled tire service and found Allen's tire. So glad I choose them, they had exactly what she needed and repaired her dilemma at a great price and great customer service. Hopefully won't happen again, but if needed I will definitely go back!!

Friendly, professional, competitive prices. Even though they stay busy, they're well staffed so wait time is never long. Allen's Tires is one of the reasons I don't need to leave Rusk, TX, to get the best services available anywhere.

I am new to the area had a blow out in Rusk (on a loaded trailer) - they came and changed the tire on the side of the road and got me rolling again in no time. I would highly recommend them. They were great to work with and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. As a woman, you never know what you will run into - but it worked out so well, that is where I will buy my tires from Allen's in the future and I don't even live in Rusk or Jacksonville.

If you need great quality, honest and quick service, you need to see the guys at Allen's Tires. We get our tires from Allen's in Rusk, and our alignment work at Allens- Jacksonville. Never disappointed with their service. 5 STAR without a doubt!

Customer Service is not dead, chivalry is not dead, small town hospitality is not dead! I cannot believe the service we received from these guys. I went outside while staying at a horse facility and my tire was hissing for no reason, it quickly went flat. In the 30 degree weather me and my girlfriends attempted to fix it and discovered I had no jack. I called Allen's upset and worried the day of riding would be ruined. He assured me it was going to be ok and it was! They arrived in 15 minutes, took the tire back to the shop, fixed it and returned to put it back on. I was afraid to do it myself with the spare and then haul a big horse trailer home so this made me feel so much better. While the guy was gone, a horse kicked a trailer tire and broke the valve stem! We couldn't believe the bad luck! When the man returned he changed her tire and put my fixed there back on! He refused payment for the trailer tire and only charged $25 for mine! They said to just not worry about it, go ride horses and call when we got back. Being from Houston, things just do not operate that way. I felt cared for and that everything was going to be ok. The next morning they called to ask if we were all doing good and that all the tires had air. All of this for a mere $25! I wanted to tip the driver and he refused. Later the next day when we were leaving there was another flat! We have not ever experienced anything like it. Of course Allen's was there to save the day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I stopped to get a tire repaired -slow leak. They took the tire off my truck tried to find a leak. In the meantime I paid for the service, not knowing the attendant was unable to find a leak. He and I then both try to locate a leak. No leak. I was gladly going to pay for there time invested. Allen's Tire insisted I take all my money back. Been there before and will continue to go back.

Blew a trailer tire between Alto and Rusk, fast, friendly, and affordable service, they even let us borrow a jack no questions asked. Absolutely recommend this business! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Wll I have a bad tire. So went to Allen's for a tire. They where exclusively helpfulness. Great customer service. Was in and out under 30 min. Would recommend.

Ronny and Randy are two of the best tire men you could find for your tires. But they can also help you with your soul, to show you Jesus Christ. I'm glad there is a tire shop like this one around.

I thought it was wonderful I was on the side of the road I called them they were there within 10 minutes told me they'd be back with a new tire very reasonable pricesfor the tire and the service call II thought it was awesome thank you people again I will come to you for my other names if I need a tire I know where to gotwaawesome was awesome was awesomewas fantastic service thank you againthey were awesome
