I've had two experiences with this shop; the first was good as I purchased a light bar and they installed it with no issues. My second experience with this shop was unfortunately very dissatisfying. I do not recommend them for Suspension and Steering upgrades on your 2018+ Jeep JL/JT as I don't feel they are competent enough with these newer models. Basic mechanics as in fluid changes and tires are probably ok. They appear to be more confident doing on JK's or older models. In short, they did a terrible job installing my Synergy steering components. I purchased all new parts from Poly Performance and used TD Off-road for the install of my Syn tie rod, drag link, Fox steering stabilizer, Yeti track bar and JKS quick disconnects. The installer opted to use the incorrect bolt because he felt the length of the bolt included in the clamp kit was too long (I later learned it's because he installed incorrectly and used the wrong hole in the clamp). The qd links were also missing a spacer on the passenger side that resulted in incorrect sway bar angle. The track bar was also mis-aligned. Overall geometry was off from the start as it kept pulling to the right yet they charged me for an alignment and told me that would be corrected when I returned it to be re-torqued. The result ended up in the Jeep having two severe episodes of death wobble within the first few days and the stabilizer completely failed; became dislodged from the tie rod bracket because the incorrect bolt he used stripped out of it while driving down the highway. I have since used a reputable Jeep and Off-road shop in the Dallas area to re-install all these components and what a huge difference in professionalism, service and technical experience. My Jeep drives perfect, no more wobble and all products installed correctly this time. Do your homework; you get what you pay for!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Service was great! Had a JK overheat issue. I was scheduled within 5 business days to drop off (July 3rd) Diagnosed it pretty quick and had repaired within a week. I was updated in every step of the process! Above and beyond my expectations! As a retired vet! I found my go to Jeep specialist! Now my son and I can hit the trails!

I highly recommend Trail Dogs Off-Road. I recently had them work on my jeep, they would always email and text on any updates on my jeep. One thing I really enjoy is that they work with your budget, walk you through options and not pressure you into buying something you don't need. Very knowledgeable.

You serviced my son's ford escape. He tried contacting ya'll several times as the repairs that were made was not done right. He never got back a response. After ya'll serviced his car he ended up with water in the motor!

Best service ever! Scheduling was easy and quick, quotes were very reasonable, and, best of all, Wes talked me through everything! He even took the time to set up a maintenance schedule that I had lacked on and sent me a completed report with pictures! I will only take my Jeep here for everything!!!

Lexi , Wes and the crew !!! did a really amazing job on getting my girl in at the last moment (jeep ) . Communication/understanding/ fast paced was on point I wish I could give more than 5 stars because of how quick and easy they have made this whole process this is my 2nd time coming to them and they have done such an amazing job definitely recommend good job trail dogs off-road

I cannot recommend a more HONEST shop! The original diagnostic from over the phone ended up not being correct, it ended up being a much cheaper solution. I feel like Most shops now days are after the money some wouldn t have admitted to the easier and cheaper route for their customers! I m so thankful for the honestly and easy fix today!
