It started off a great experience. Sadly it turned into a bit more than we planned. At first they were kind of hard to get a hold of especially at lunch. No big thing there just kinda strange not to have someone to answer phones at lunch. The first time we picked the car up the body and paint work the did looked amazing. The first test drive home we noticed the car had extreme vibration issues. Which they said was because they of one of my tires. That if I replaced that tire it would be fine. So I bought a new tire. Then had all four tires balanced as well as a 4 wheel alignment done. Took it back out on a test drive after having all that done and the car inspected by ntb. Guess what? We still had a pretty serious vibration issue when driving down the road. So we took the car back to Texas star collision to have the issue fixed. This time they installed a new control arm approved by our insurance company. Well let's just say our car still has vibration issues after two trips to the shop. Plus a bunch of unnecessary parts and work that had to be done out of our pocket to still have issues even after they swore that just that tire was bad . Now we are having to take it into the dealer to have this issue fixed as we don't have enough confidence Texas star collision can get the problem fixed properly. I had extremely high hopes for this company the way things started off. Sadly it wasn't what we expected though.***** Update******Sad day when the body shop installs 6 inches of weights to a rim that's bent instead of replacing the rim. Who would reuse a ball joint when replacing a control arm? To answer that this shop does. I mean really? 9 times out of 10 now days a new control arm will come with a ball joint installed already. Highly don't recommend this shop.

Took my '98 Toyota Tacoma to them and they paint job they put on it is showroom. I'm very happy, they went above and beyond with little things they also did to the truck. They also had the bed insulated for a price of course but I wanted that done anyway. They are great people to do business with.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a piece of steel dig into my back quarter panel of my 4 month old Dodge Ram. I took it here from a referral from Toyota of Rockwall. The team at Texas Star did great work. They had my truck back to me in 3 days, and it looks just like It did when I drove it off the lot! Great company.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Toyota is Rockwall referred me to this company after a lady hit me at work. They took such good care of my car, and even allowed me to come pick it up on a Saturday, even though they are closed. The only hiccup was how long it too my insurance company to send payment. I m very pleased at the result. Thank you for such a great and reliable experience!

I have known Pedro a long time now. He always gives me a hard time about being picky. But that is why I take my vehicles to him. He perfectly matches paint every time. And Merry is the best. She is so friendly and really keeps that place going. Give Pedro and his crew a chance. You won t be disappointed.

Super friendly. My truck had a blowout on the rear and tore the bed out of it, I dropped it off Monday morning and they were done Friday, with a fresh quarter panel and paint matched perfectly I was on my way. Would highly recommend
