Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this company. If there was an option for zero stars, I most certainly would give them zero. I went to them with A. Simple problem. A screw came off of our throttle cable to the carburetor. On a 86 Chevrolet pick up. They told me that I would not leave there at any less than $3800. and, of course, as you could imagine, I was flabbergasted. As frustrated as I was I withheld getting on here and writing them a bad review without getting a second opinion. But tonight I have the second opinion and my son s truck is back on the road with a 50 Cent screw. That is correct they told me that there was no way to fix my problem that I had to replace the carburetor and then to replace the carburetor, had to replace the intake, etc., etc. $3800 later. I don t normally go to a shop outside of ones I ve already had experience with because of situations like this. My son s truck broke down less than a quarter of a mile away from there, so we took it straight there Man was out a mistake.It is very unfortunate to be put in this situation. There are so many people out there that are ready to take advantage of you anyway that they can. And this is definitely a company that will take advantage of you in anyway that they are able to. Buyer be aware stay away from this place.

We were on a time crunch heading to DFW airport in a rental car with windshield wiper malfunctions in bad weather. The gentleman here fixed our issue super quickly and got us back on the road. Saved our day!

***PLEASE BEWARE***I should have listened to the reviews!I took my car to these guys a couple of weeks back and they came back to me with a list over over $15,000.00 that they said needed to be repaired. I had one of those items on the list repaired because they made it sound pretty bad. It DID NOT resolve the issue I was experiencing with the car.The part they replaced, they purchased from O'Reilly's is listed at about $500 but they upcharged me an additional $400 for the part. This did not include the labor they charged me.I subsequently took my car to a trusted mechanic i have used in the past. I should have done this in the first place but they are were a little further for me than I wanted to drive. They had my issue resolved in 2 days for under $500.I read another review on these guys where they charged a young lady 400 to replace a freaking battery! I can confirm that they wanted to charge me almost the same amount. For reference, the most expensive battery I can find for my vehicle is about $150. Most are around $100. There is 1 screw that holds my battery in place. It is quite literally a 5min job. $400 to replace a battery is obscene!The common theme you will see with them (especially if you read the negative reviews) is that they have a crazy upcharge on parts and that people have to go back multiple times to fix 1 issue. I suspect that they know exactly what your main issue is but they fix everything around the main problem so that they can get the max amount of money from you.The guys up there (especially Kevin) are really nice and talk you up when you come into their shop. They seem on the surface to really care and that they know what they are doing... However these guys are typical car mechanic sleez bags.I strongly recommend you do not visit their shop.

Ran an automotive shop for 15 years. I am super picky about my alignments. Devin (spelling?) Did a phenomenal job on it. Very professional about my requests, and killed it. Truck drives great. Plan on returning with all my stuffs.

The 2 gentlemen at the counter .( AJ and Ethan) were so friendly and helpful and very patient !! They took care of me with snacks and drinks and the technicians took care of my 2023 Venue in the shop !!I drove out of there a happy camper Thank you everyone!!

They can t get it right. It s like they work around the issue, or create another one just to get you to spend more money. Do not recommend this place. Got my car back, and it sounds worse than it did when I took it in.

**** Beware of Keltech Automotive ***Took my car there to be fixed paid $1500.00 to Keltech Automotive ..told them I issue I had with the car shuttering. I was told that the catalytic converters were improperly installed. When I returned for the same shuttering issue the car was then checked it had not been done previously. Now they want another $1000 . This is True .What I said and they also damaged my car

Held my truck out for over a week until they finally got back to me. Quote me over $1,500 for a long list of repairs. After approving work my wife goes up there to work out payment. come to find out the $1,500 with just for the primary job. Then wanted us to apply for a $5,000 credit for a $1,500. Needless to say I did not let them work on my truck. I come up to pick up my truck and they're telling me the primary job was $840. So what this tells me is that they either A. decided to try to take advantage of my wife because she is a woman or B. There's a terrible amount of communication and the owner is extremely greedy. We should have read the reviews before we took our vehicle in. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle in unless you want it destroyed. I would try to give it a lower rating but they don't give me the auction.

Be very careful with them. We ve had several jobs done with them on both of our cars and we had to go back to the shop in less than a month since it wasn t done correctly on several occasions. We kept going back since we had warranty with them and we paid them a lot of money for their service. Yes they will respect the warranty but you ll have to wait 3-7 days for them to even get it done. First time everybody makes mistakes were humans but than there was a second time and now a third time and we re completely fed up we re willing to pay for the parts and labor elsewhere than come back with them even with warranty. I referred my brother to them to quickly and I was in total embarrassed when he did an diagnosis with he went to purchase the parts to the dealership (parts were cheaper with them) and when the guy checked nothing they had told him was accurate. He tried going back to them to make it right and again his car was in the shop 3+ days and they still hadn t checked it. You would think they will prioritize their customers who had to come back because of their mistake. I hope the owners see this you all have always offered to make things right but even when going back it is still an issue people got to know what they re getting themselves into. Your technicians have to be watched very carefully there is clearly a big issue at this this shop and someone has to be hold responsible.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Customer Service is superb!! I have a unique vehicle and was always taking my car to the dealership. I felt as I was paying for what was on the recommended list, versus what was needed while being over charged. Not only did Keltech review my vehicle, but they found what I needed and provided recommendations that didn't break the bank. They didn't take advantage, had the expertise, and were very personable. Back on June 7th my engine stalled for no obvious reason, so I had my vehicle towed to Keltech. After charging me $165 for a diagnostic test I was told that the only code that came up was an engine misfire code. They suggested a tune-up which obviously includes spark plugs and ignition coils and should solve the problem. Although nothing is guaranteed I reluctantly decided to get that done because my car needs to be fixed obviously. $1200 later and fast forward to June 23rd and just as before driving down the highway about 100 miles from home picking up some of my family and my vehicle breaks down yet again, similar to before engine stalled and just gave out. Not only out 1200 from Keltech, now my vehicle is sitting at another shop waiting to looked at.Nothing like being out 1200 dollars that I really didn t have in the first place only to have the same thing happen to me roughly two weeks later 100 miles away from home in the summer time. Mind you I m disabled and while I can walk around and drive it s difficult when you re stuck on the side of a busy highway with traffic going by. I understand to a point that work done on cars doesn t always mean it will fix the problem but you would like if your charging $1200 for vehicles repairs or I should say turn up it would fix the problem. Needless to say I m not happy about it.

Had my vehicle towed to shop. Never been here before, just heard good reviews from a friend s friend. The shop promptly called me when vehicle arrived. They worked hard to figure out problems, quickly got them repaired. The staff was always very patient, knowledgeable and treated me like family! If you re engine light comes on for service SUGGEST DO NOT COME HERE. Cannot disagree that the staff is very courteous but as a business owner that operates with the general public and regulated by the state to offer with integrity, offer my services to those who place there trust in my skill for their best interests, I believe Integrity whether intentional or not, was overlooked by financial interests or lack of technical knowledge. I was without a work vehicle over a week to have the same diagnosis I first believed was the issue but it cost me time and about $2k for a basic tuneup that had same results with the service light on ,with same issues.

I unfortunately recommended that my daughter take her vehicle to Keltech when her battery on her vehicle stopped working and she was in the area. Keltech charged her over $400 to replace her battery!! Shame on Keltech for taking advantage of a young college student! The labor cost to replace the battery was almost the same cost as the battery! I should have told her to leave her car and call my husband to buy and replace the battery after work.

I took my car in to get it looked at for what I thought was transmission slipping issues, they got me in the next day for an inspection. They were clear and helpful with the information of what they found and how to fix it properly without all the extra fees and garbage of a normal shop. Very honest business and everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and took time to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10

I've had a great experience with Keltech. They replaced a fuel pump on my 12 Ram; so after my check engine light came on. Kevin and his staff help solve that problem. It was simply a evap leak...after doing the smoke test; they determine it was only a loose clamp. There Royse City shop is clean, the staff are friendly and they discussed the price before repairs were done. Highly recommend!!!JerryService: Auto emissions testing

Very Professional, Honest, and easy to communicate with. I Took my Wife s Kia Optima to get brake pads and rotors done and everything went through without a snag. Everyone at Keltech went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered and took fantastic care of my car. I recommend Keltech to anyone needing any kind of car service. Went to the Royse City location to have brake work done and they were friendly and quick. Dropped my husbands car off late in the afternoon and they had it finished the next day, early afternoon. They were very transparent the whole time about cost and repairs and even time. Will be going back here in the future.

I have a 2004 Buick Century that has been having A/C issues since I got it. I had previously taken it to another auto repair shop to no avail. The problem persisted. My wife told me about Keltech from Facebook and about all the 5 star reviews. I'm just another one. They are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They understand you are without your vehicle and are prompt to call you back with the diagnosis and a expected time frame of completion. There is a 2 year warranty on all parts. All in all, my A/C was replaced in 2 days and it's blowing colder than it ever has, a necessity in Texas summer heat. I would without doubt recommend this company and use them again in the future! Great service here! Brought my car to fix and issue with my headlamp that the dealer wanted to charge and arm and leg for. Not only did they fix, they found the actual reason for my problem in my headlamp and fixed that portion. They kept me updated through out the process. It is now my go to repair shop now that I live in this area.
