This was one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. David was knowledgeable and communicated all the features of my EVolution golf cart. The delivery driver, Robert, was also super friendly and professional. I wish I knew about this place years ago. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Absolutely great experience thanks to Juan and David! Contacted four brothers to purchase a new zero turn and got a quick response from Juan with the information I was seeking. The sale was taken over by David who was prompt with setting up a delivery and great to speak with. The delivery was on time with only one minor hiccup. The back of the seat had a minor tear in it. I sent a picture to David who immediately apologized and advised he would get me a new seat cover ASAP. Within ten minutes David contacted me again to advise that the cover had been ordered and was on the way. That s customer service you just don t see very often anymore ! Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to future business with y all!

Four brothers is awesome! They always take time to answer any questions you may have & explain different equipment. I've gotten a few pieces of equipment from them & will be going back for upgrades when it's time. Highly recommend!

David Herra and Robert Thompson are top notch. David listened to my needs and got me the mower I wanted and needed and upon delivery Robert when over and above to make sure I was comfortable with and had a great working knowledge of the machine. The two of them will be the reason 4 Brothers keeps my business moving forward and get my friends when they ask me where to go....

My husband spoke with David over the phone to work out what he wanted to purchase, but couldn't get to the store before closing time. I ran up to pay for it during the day. As a female with zero knowledge about mowing equipment and only a website link to help me, everyone made me feel welcome, comfortable, and respected. It was an effortless transaction. They even provided delivery within an hour of my purchase. Eddy and Russell had the mower unloaded and parked in minutes. They were so kind and funny. I look forward to future business with this company.

If you want help with parts ask for Johnathan he was the only one that new Exactly what we wanted & helped us get the part we needed from the stockroom ASAP, without looking for it on the computer.He is the Man. We Appreciated the young man saving us time.

Took my tractor part to get it new or repaired. Service department couldn't even retap the threads, said I have to buy new. Bought a new die set and repaired myself! Saved myself 100++$$ I would never come back

Seems like a pretty good place. The guy I talked to was nice & knowledgeable. They didn't have the act mower I needed in stock...but on order. If I can't get my older mower fixed then this is where I'll purchase new. Good selection of quality brands for most budgets.

Our experience with Four Brother's was great. Was in the need of having our mower serviced. Due to our timing was also in the need of a New mower With the help of Lacey we were able to have a New mower waiting for us and while our old mower is repaired we will be able to keep our clients yard's done was also very impressed with the lay out of business. Very friendly staff.

First gave an 1100$ estimate to flush fuel lines, change some filters and clean out a tank and "Look up parts" according to the secretary .seemed high and my tractor is only 4 years old .I had no idea why .How ever the service manager called me and straightened out the miscommunication .It seems the station I got all my diesel from had poor tanks and the rust and debris got into my tank . And it Was a big job ..glad I took it when I did before poor diesel ruined more of the tractor to a larger tune of $Wow!A word of caution ... Don't get Diesel at Mccutcheons Exon on I-30 near exit 97 in Greenville ..must have old tanks .there was sand and rust and debris in the diesel they saved out if the tank for me to see. It cost me $983.00They repaired it after being there 10 days because of the Covid issues with labor and I believe it was fair for the going rate and efficient work when they could get started when their worker was back from being ill.Everyone has been hit with labor issues ..d.Pleasant man in charge of service and polite ...Thanks ! .I would have given five stars , except when picked it up , I checked the computer and restarted it after they kindly loaded it , but the battery was very , very dead .Waited 60 minutes for the man to get back from lunch..not his fault it was lunch time . and recharge it .. made it to Buckees for good diesel and kept it running to have it charged at home .Pluses were that the serviceman who charged it also explained important tips for how to keep a tractor in good shape .I wish they had told me this when I had come before to get the computer rebooted .. especially about new diesel . And keeping a tank full , or draining it if not using ...and using for 30 minutes every 7-10 days .Good place .They will have my work for my tractor !.

Lacey is the Best. Would follow her to end of the World. So polite & a knowledgeable about the Industry & about my work needs. Problem arrised with my Commerical Lawnmower & Service Center booked for 3 weeks out. Lacey got me a Price for a new one & other Dealers which hers was cheaper! She took care of all the footwork for new mower & for the old mower in the Service Dept. Just meet the Sales Guy gave him my payment and all was done. She had everything set up in the service area for the old one. Such polite & courteous people to deal with. Thanks Lacey for all your help!

I highly recommend Four Brothers. I had a part break on my Dixie Chopper and after looking for days on the internet, I went to ask for help. Lacey went out of her way to find my parts after a long search. Picked them up two days later. One happy camper. Thanks Miss Lacey, you re awesome :)

This is the second major purchase from the Four brothers Outdoor Power equipment. I purchased my tractor and implements from them six years ago and it is still going strong, once again I entrusted the sales team to recommend my mower and am quite pleased with it.

Bought a tractor for a really good deal. Easy and painless financing. Only gave them 4 stars because there service is slow. My new tractor was out for 3 weeks for a ac pump.

Had about 8000.00 to spend and wanted to finance about 8000.00. A total of 16000 to spend to replace some landscaping equipment. My credit is very good and was declined at this place. I tried at another dealer the same day and got approved for similar deal.. So I wasn't going to leave a review but because I was approved at another dealer, I decided to do so. If you are not approved for credit here you might want to check other places. It seems this place may need to find a new underwriter or maybe they are just extra cautious because of Covid-19, whatever the reason, they lose.

They picked up our DR mower months ago. Part was ordered but then backordered and then forgotten. We called and spoke with Cody. Cody assured us that the part would be overnighted and repair would happen the next day and that he would call us. He did not. My mother passed away and we did not follow up. We just called and they can't even provide a status on our mower. We told them if it was not fixed to just return it to us. Cody said he would and would not charge us for delivery. How nice of them...

I have used them in the past but now it seems the shop/ repair side is suffering bad. After a month wait before my mower was even seen or touched. It's been 3 weeks into my repair for what was a simple fuel issue has turned into over a grand with new fuel pump, gas tank, carburetor, and and now apparently my hydraulic system is busted which was working just fine with no issues at time of drop off now all of the sudden has issues. Everytime I called it took multiple phone calls during the day just to get someone from service to answer and then after being told "it will be ready tomorrow" tomorrow came with more issues and it's going to be the following day before its ready. Extremely disappointed in the service and how it seems I'm being nickel and dimed over parts.

This place still has my mower after 3 months. They did start out by saying it was going to be 4 weeks before anyone could even look for it. But now it s been 3 months and there saying there is a part on back order and can t give me a time frame. This part is not even what I took the mower in for. They said my mower leaks oil everywhere but when I took it in there was no oil leaks. Someone needs to get ahold of me and get me my mower!!!

I bought a lawn mower for my husband for Christmas from 4 Bros. I had no clue what I was shopping for, but the salesman made the experience easy and knew exactly what we needed. My husband was surprised and very happy with the purchase. We will definitely be going back for all of our lawn care needs. Thank you 4 brothers!!! :))))
