I want to send an honest and heartfelt review for this company to display my appreciation for their awesome service . I was unexpectedly placed in a bind(live 5 hours away) thanks to a car I purchased from an auction from an unscrupulous wrecker company. The said wrecker company were pathetic and left me without brakes, bad tires, and plethora of issues that were noted as working. My wife and I were clueless to situation that this soulless owner would leave us stranded & would not even offer to tow it anywhere(busy)! It was 3:50PM and called 3-4 places to see if they check my car so I can get on the road without success. The fifth call rang 7-8 times but a gentleman name Mike, from AZ Cars pickup. Told him issue and did not hesitate asked me to get car here. No help from anyone I drove dangerously slow 3 miles to his shop. Mike met me was courteous and sympathetic to situation. A lessor company would have said It s late drop car see you tomorrow no no, this fellow took car in and looked at immediately. I was amazed of the high level of mechanical and auto body expertise Mike possessed quickly identified issues within 30 minutes. However due to an unidentified accident on the car that Mike keenly found cause severe underbody damages that would need to be repaired. My dismay on hearing this was a shock, but Mike and his staff confidently told me that everything would be alright. Hence, this is the purpose I am giving the local public a snapshot of what AZ Cars is: an epitome of honesty, integrity, and class that many in the industry fall short. My car has been repaired and will be picking it up next week. I will update the before and after to place a bright light to his business! I believe God helped me find him and his company.Please support this company.

After experiencing frustration at two Nissan dealerships in Rockwall and Greenville, failing to diagnose a persistent noise in my car, I turned to A-2-Z Cars and Trucks.Mike's welcoming demeanor and thorough approach immediately instilled confidence. Outstanding service experience! The owner Mike Hanna was personally involved with the repair from start to finish. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. The job was done in a timely fashion at 1/2 the price I thought it might be. I was so impressed I will certainly return again when I need help and recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

Mike was absolutely excellent, so professional and accommodating. I was on a road trip across the U.S. and was far from home needing repairs. He helped me out and showed concern for my safety which meant so much, traveling alone as a young solo woman. Highly recommend this place as I found them to be trustworthy.

Mike (owner) is a really honest person. Has a lot of knowledge in the Auto Industry. He will let you know what is wrong with your vehicle and make suggestions to fix it. I feel comfortable finally finding a Mechanic that I can take my cars and trucks for services. I no longer will take my Vehicles to the dealership. Mike can take care of it.

I am very thankful and blessed for finding the most reliable, honest and friendly autoshop around the Royse City/ Greenville area.Mike did an awesome job on my Diesel truck at a very reasonable price, he went above and beyond in every detail regarding the repair of my truck, took the time to listen to me, check and diagnose the problem and perform the repairs in just a few days, he even had the attention of giving me a ride home by a very friendly member of his team.Once again, Thank you very much Mike.God Bless you.

Mike has all of the qualities you d hope to see exemplified in an automotive repair shop. He starts with the customer and works backward. He s very knowledgeable and doesn t upsale or charge additional fees just to make more profit. With his extensive knowledge he offers cheaper solutions for you to choose from where others shops would not. This is the honest and trustworthy shop we all hope to find. Great experience! The owner, Mike is a solid guy and great personal service. We got some strut and transmission work done to our 2011 Nissan Armada and I m sure that I have found our new mechanic shop in the Royse City area! Great company

I am writing on to a previous post about Mike and his awesome place because Mike deservesthis recommendation on how well he does his repairs, stands behind his estimates and how the job is done so great! I had more issues with my Nissan which is normal stuff for a older car, high mileage vehicle! So, called Mike up to tell him what my car needed and once again, he fixed it up and it runs better than my 2023 car! It is so rare to actually find and keep a mechanic who knows what he is talking about and is ahonest man and a man of his words! The job was done on time and did a fantastic job! He showed the old parts and the new parts on my vehicle. That alone is very rare find and Mike is so friendly! Takes the time to talk to you about your car and what he feels about the longevity of your car! I would recommend Mike and his business to all! I would also say that he has done the following to my car. Replace valve cover, spark plugs, top engine mount, and coils this time. Last time wheel bearings, CVT AXCEL SHAFT assembly! Mike is so honest and fanatic mechanic that stays true to his word! Great job.Thanks a bunch!!

Took our Mother s car in for a possible transmission leak. They diagnosed the car within a day. They were very honest about the issue. They could have easily said there s this and that problem, but they didn t. Honest, integrity, amazing customer service!

I had a very good experience with A-2-Z. I called and Mario was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I needed my brakes checked as another local shop had told me that I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and we wanted a second opinion. Mike took a look and said I just needed new brake pads and that my rotors were still good. They were very nice, got the job done same day, and saved me a few hundred dollars. I would definitely come back for oil changes and any other future car fixes.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I m so very impressed with A-2-Z Automotive! I now feel like I have found not only the best mechanic in the state but a shop that s honest and truly cares about the work that is completed. Great communication letting you know exactly what is wrong with the vehicle price and time to be completed. They installed a completely brand new A/C unit in my Dodge Charger and now it runs better than the factory installed one!!! They also tested the system many times to make sure it was perfect, which it was. I'm so impressed with this business. In our world it definitely is a joy to be treated kindly and fairly. Mike went over and beyond to do a great job on my car. On a scale of 10 I would definitely give him a 15 and every extra point totally deserved. He made my 10 year old car run like new and was very fair and conscious about charges. Mike did a fantastic job saved me a bundle. Thought it was a transmission bearing going out. That would have been very expensive but turned out it was just a couple of motor mounts. Really respected that he fixed only what was wrong and didn't lie or try and rip me off. A must go if you need work done on you car or truck. He will treat you right and fairly.
