Randy and his team went above and beyond to fix a serious problem with my truck. I wasn t sure who to call, as it is high mileage, and I wanted to ensure it was left in the right hands. I definitely made the right choice. He was thorough about every step, and kept me updated on the parts, pricing, and the diagnosis. He is clearly a master of the trade, and runs an extremely reputable business. I ll be back for any future needs.

My husband came home at 4:15 with a huge hole in his tire. We brought his truck here and we were leaving before 5! They were very helpful and friendly. Their price was reasonable also.

Wonderful experience. I came here because it is incredibly close to where I live and I needed an inspection done. They completed everything in about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and sweet MiMi kept me company while I waited. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. :)

I absolutely LOVE the staff here! They were so understanding & patient with me. I adore this little shop. Friendly laid back folks, responsive and honest. They re so close to home. Patched up my tire in a quick minute. I tried other tire places first, Discount didn t answer their phone and Just Tires was booked out til the afternoon. This little shop charged a little bit more than Just Tires quoted me, but they were close and available, so I gladly paid the extra few bucks. And never boring waiting around in the waiting room Appropriate y all!

Took time off of work to bring my car in for specific repairs after i was given an estimate for these repairs about a week or 2 prior. (rear main seal replacement on a RWD car) and told that they could do the repairs. Brought it to them as soon as they opened one day (I scheduled this appointment with the lady at the front desk the day prior that answers the phones) and dropped it off for the day. Got a call about 1.5 hrs later after i already left the area for the day and was told by the owner that they aren t basically aren t competent enough to perform the repairs that i brought the car there for. He blamed it on an employee that quoted the job to me saying he s only a 24 year old so he doesn t know we shouldn t be taking on these kinds of repairs. They also made multiple other excuses as to why they couldn t do the job. Mind you I am a mechanic that doesn t like working on his own vehicles and this is not an overly complicated job to do, so i brought it to a MECHANIC SHOP to be fixed where they have HYDRAULIC VEHICLE LIFTS but apparently they have no idea what they re doing. All the way from the people that answer the phone all the way up to the owner. so i would recommend you stay away from this place. I will never go back!

I went there to get my mothers car checked for a windshield hose that may possibly be leaking. Lady front desk told us to bring it in. I told her if it would be done today and she said she would have to have it checked and she would give me a call after lunch. I dropped car off around close to 12pm. She said she would call after lunch but no call so I called around 4pm to check status. She told me she had a lot of issues and only one mechanic there and the car was not looked at yet. It would have been nice to know if she was not able to take a look as the day is now over. She said it would be probably simple to have it done but it wasn t even looked at or was I given a call to let me know they couldn t get to the car. If I didnt call, she would have never given me a courtesy call. I get you have one mechanic but please don t tell people to come and stop their car off if you cannot do what you said you will. All these issues were not mentioned when I dropped it off. I am highly disappointed and will not be going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great Automotive shop, They helped in inspecting a used car was a looking at giving a full look at everything for vehicle and a fair estimate on how much repairs would be. They did it in a timely manner as well. Friendly staff that was extremely helpful and nice through everything, even when I came back to get the car repaired by them. Full repair a good price a nice family owned mechanic shop. I always use 66. I drive from Huntsville Tx due to school just to get work done when needed. Have used 66 since 2015, maybe longer. Quoted me 688 charged me over 800. 4.5 hrs of labor for 8 spark plugs and 2 coils. Dropped it off wednesday afternoon didn't get it back til Monday afternoon. Never called me to tell me it was done. Now my truck runs terrible and is nearly empty on oil. They claim on responses to bad reviews that they use a system to track customer history. That is a lie. They definitely just use paper, have you write down your name and number. That's it. They don't even keep track of that. They have no idea of there own history. The staff and Mechanics are awesome people. Very friendly, honest and helpful. You can definitely trust them with your car. I highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed. If you want to take your car to get repaired or inspected with peace of mind. This is the place.

I highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive needs. Randy is very knowledgeable and professional. They explain to you step by step whats going on with your vehicle in terms and words you can understand without talking down to you. All of the staff and employees are very nice and polite. Again, highly recommended. Good people, not out to rip you off to make a quick buck.

Went in and spoke with them over a check engine light on my car. They looked at it and resolved the issue for me in a timely manner. I would use them again. We're a big review type of family and this is the first time we've had to get our inspection done since we've moved. 66 Automotive had great reviews and they we're open until 6 pm. Perfect! However that wasn't the case. We arrived an hour before closing only to be turned away because they were closed...at 5 pm? Not only does they're website say they're open until 6 pm, but so does their sign on the front of the building. Losing potential repeat future business and referrals only because the employee didn't want to spend an extra 10 minutes to do a safety state inspection so they could go home early.

This gentleman is a pro. I go to him for all mechanic needs. Treats my 70 year old mother with honor and respect. Unlike the local Nissan dealer. And always and gent. My mother says. He sure is a handsome young man.

Brought car in to have a fuse changed for the tail lights. An hour and a half later they state that theres an oil leak, but they cant find it. Less than a mile down the road the car died, it had been drained of all the oil. There was absolutely no oil in it. The car had just had an oil change the month before and there wasn't a leak or any signs of a leak. Tried calling for 45 minutes and no one would answer. So to change the fuse they decided to drain oil and potentially ruin the car. Horrible service! Beware!

So after putting a bad review on Facebook about this company I was asked to delete my post which I did, I was also contacted by a lady named Vicki who asked me to contact her and discuss what the problem was. So as requested I contacted her but said no thank you I learn my lesson not to do business with her company . So after that she sent me this "OK, I tried to be nice, I don't know who you are or who you think you are or what your problem is, you have never even been here and we have never done anything to you. So keep your nasty comments to your self and don't slander people!"So bc I have a complaint about the company I'm slandering? Pfft. If you did your paper work correctly my name would be in you system. Or am I correct that I was scammed outta my money that was intended on an A/C check that they never preformed? And why would you know who I am? Do you remember every one time customer? Like I said I didn't just walk into you shop, I was sent there and was taken advantage of. So thanks!!

I give it 0 star. Problem was not fixed & was trying to charge me $900 for part that was not necessary, & mechanic blew up at my husband & yelled they did not want our business just because he asked a question. I would not ever go there even if it was the only place in town.

My go-to mechanic. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Honest, reasonably priced ALWAYS. Been using them for years. Always super pleased with the work done.
