This morning at 7:05, I arrived, expecting to have my car tires installed. An employee, who had just left the store, informed me that the service center opens at 7 am. Despite waiting until 7:41, no technician was available to assist me, prompting me to leave.The 2 lady employees who opened the bay at 7:30 did not even ask or say anything. Disappointed!!

I got my last oil change here and noticed there was fluid leaking on my driveway. Thought it was an oil leak from the pan, but my mechanic told me it was because the guys who serviced the car didn't screw on the oil filter tightly enough. This is the second time it's happened (once a couple years ago). I shouldn't have to remind Walmart auto staff of this, but am afraid if I don't it'll happen again. Full synthetic oil change is just as high as any other place so it's probably best to move away from their auto department.

Nice person and friendly. Only working too Slow, I am waiting for Over 2.5 HOURS to completed my 3 Tire. Please, need to be little bit hardworking.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon to replace my battery. After reading the reviews I knew what to expect but I was somewhat impressed by the guys and lady that worked the registers. They know their stuff. One guy was a little passive aggressive, but whatever. The guys in the shop don t seem happy to be there. They don t smile, don t seem to be in a hurry, they don t seem to like to answer questions, but I was in and out of this place within an hour and that s great for a Saturday at a first come first serve place. Hoping the battery lasts at least the 3 years it is warranted to last.

My visit today exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. I got a new car battery and the price was unbeatable. I was able to shop (and right now toys are on clearance) and within an hour and a half my car was done. The employees that worked today were happy and made my car service visit simple and fast.

Went in for a oil change. For 10 minutes there was no acknowledgement we were there. As I and other customers waited, Clyde was talking with someone for a long period. When I finally asked if I could have a oil change, he responded "we are busy". I was willing to wait and asked how long would he think it take. He just shrugged and said I don't know. Very rude service, acted as if customers are a inconvenience.

Got there at 645am. They were to open at 7a. Waited 20 minutes. Honked horn. No luck. Finally at 720am an employee told me the 2 techs called in sick. No oil and filter change available.

Charles and Charles boss don t even deserve one star. We called at 4:30 and asked how much an oil change was and he was so rude on the phone and acted like it wasn t his job to help us. Then we asked what time they closed and he said I stop doing oil changes at 6:30, if you come before 6:30 I can get you in. So we get there at 6:00 pm sharp and they deny us service, keep in mind they don t even close until 7:00 pm. HORRIBLE STAFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don t talk/act like that to customers. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never go back and I will warn my friends and family about this Walmart Auto Care Center.

Worst customer service. WalMart should be embarrassed. We showed up a little before 6 pm to check my battery, but an employee by the name of Clyde rudely told us they were closed. We were confused because the sign said they closed at 7 pm and he answered, So?! We re closed, and shut the door in our face. We will never be returning and we hope no one else will be stranded as we were.

Customer Service in the Auto Dept is Awful ! Called with a warranty question and the guy on the phone said for him to look it up it would be Time Consuming and he had a customer in front of him.Instead of saying I ll be with you shortly, his attitude over the phone made it seem like I inconvenienced him by calling.Go get your tires at Discount Tires . They are much nicer

Wish I could give it zero stars. Yesterday I went for tires, was told they had my size in stock but once they went to get them from the back was told the computer was wrong. No biggie, I understand that, my car takes a weird size so they told me I could find my own somewhere and bring them in to be mounted and balanced. Come in today with my tires in tow, wait in the line about 10 minutes behind a lady who had been there 10 minutes longer than myself, 2 cars in the bays getting tires put on, an employee pulls up in his personal car and asks what we need and tells us both he can t do tires today since they close in a hour but that we could come back tomorrow at 7am. 2 customers badly in need of tires, a safety issue, told to come back the next day. Fortunately I don t have to drive too far on my bad tires but who knows how far the lady has to drive. That s unacceptable, I could understand if we pulled up minutes before close but a full hour is different. Going to another tire shop now so I can get these bad tires swapped out.

Waited 3 hours to get 2 front tires installed and it wasn t even busy since I went @ 9am on a Tuesday. I can only imagine how bad it gets during busy times. Tire cost was pretty cheap though so at least it has that going on for it, so if you want to waste your day and save some money this is the place for you.

This review is long overdue as the service I was given was maybe 2 or 3 months back after the winter storm hit us. We had an issue with a car battery completely going out on us after the big freeze.. We had a 5 year warranty on it & were a couple of months away from that warranty expiring, however in the time we had this battery, the barcode/identifying numbers had been worn down & were hardly decipherable. Our family was not in the best financial situation & we had our fingers crossed that we could get some help to honor our warranty knowing those digits were so worn down on the battery. I wish I could ve gotten his name (my best description I have is a black male technician who appeared to be in maybe his mid to late 20 s to early 30 s) This man worked hard to take photos of our battery barcode and try to decipher what the digits and numbers were so he could honor our warranty. He could ve deemed this task as requiring too much time on his or his supervisors part, yet he tried his best anyway and was able to decipher the code & get us our warranty in such a trying financial time for us! Wish I got his name or his supervisor s, but that meant more than they knew for us! Many think that God s purpose for you must be some huge change in this world, but please consider that it may actually be to change the world of individuals through these acts of kindness.

O needed a car battery without warning. Had to get a jump start and go directly to replacement place. Called all the Walmart stores in my area ahead of time. No one even answered the phone. Paid too much for a battery elsewhere because Walmart auto center and rest of store wouldn't even pick up.

Worst experience!They said the tires that I wanted were in-stock when I called in to check. About 30 minutes later, when I came in and waited for an hour to install, the man named Clyde informing me they don't have it in-stock. Extremely unprofessional & I do not recommend it!

When I drove to the door the tech had his back to me playing on his cell. I stood outside my car for 5 minutes while he continued to play. I had to tell to get his attention so I could get my oil changed. I told Clyde the manager about it but he shrugged as if so what. He never said anything to the young and seemed quite ruud as I paid my bill. I will think London before going back. I have have been going there 4 years to get my car serviced. I don't like rudness.

I've never had anything really bad happened at the Walmart Care Centers but they typically don't do all the fine point checks in the last time I had my oil changed at 1 they were over a quart low. Pricing is always good and after I caught the issue they did give me a quart of oil to go put in it but they didn't even offer to do it for me

Wal-Mart doesn't have all the records where I bought tires. Bought tires twice with warranty and the works. I had the receipt for the last tires I bought and they didn't. My receipt said I bought the same tires as the first time and we didn't like the first set of tires so we ordered a different brands but my receipt has the same brand as the first set. They said they don't sell the brand I have now and I have only brought tires for my car twice since I got it from my dad when he died. Purchased a complete set in 2014 and a second set in 2017 which they have no receipt of but I do but they are still denying the tires weren't sold by them because of the brand. We had them order the tires but I was told they can't even order the brand on my car. I work from home so I only do casual driving and I haven't put many miles on the tires. I will never buy tires from Wal-Mart again. They don't keep up with their customers tire purchases and deny everything.

I went to have my battery replaced. They removed the battery hold down with no problem but broke it in an attempt to put it back on. They quickly begin saying how corroded it was. They never had any issues getting the hold down off. They then told me that they were not responsible for breaking my battery hold down. I highly recommend you find another place to do business.

Took my car here to get oil change. Took two hours. 12:30 to now 2:22 . Ridiculous how long this is taking. Car was not hot. One car in front of me. Take 5 oil change will get my cash next time.

Ordered tires online at a great value and the auto center was able to install them quickly without appointment. No upsell. No nickel and dime. Thanks y'all!

Went for tire install service. It was promptly and reasonably priced. Only caveat is they don t take appointments.

They got.me in immediately. 2 hours later my oil change was completed. Cheaper than my usual place but I never figured out why it took so long.

Very slow for getting 4 tires put on, I was only one there at the time and took them almost 2 hours. Discount would of been faster.

Service tech did not what kind of warranty my tires had on them suggest he know your product better but I don't that you will do anything about it

It s reasonably priced and has nice customer service but they are not trying to be time efficient. Expect double or triple the time of an average oil change. Maybe do your grocery shopping.

The man in the tire department told me it was free to have my tires installed, but yet it was 50.00 cheaper for me to take them with me. I watched him trying to sneak the other charges by me. Watch out people.

Service people are not very curteous and service is slow like watching your beard grow.price is good but I will get a ride home next time even if I'm the only one getting car serviced because it will take several hours for just anoil change
