I think my review got deleted. Went there in September to get an inspection and they mentioned my brakes were thin and offered to replace them within 15 min. After two hours of them hammering my rim they could only get one lug off. I asked if they had done this before/ struggled with this before and they said yes but that they could do the job. After three hours I had to go to work and they said I could pick it up first thing tomorrow morning. I call and chad answers the phone questioning me if anyone else had already called me with updates about my car and that they were supposed to but never did. He tells me it ll be ready around 3pm. I go and get it and just already upset about how they left my car and see a crack in my rim I ve never noticed before (I hand wash my car religiously) The tall middle eastern guy pointed out the crack and mention I need a new rim he also assured me that it s fine and just what they had to do to get the tires off. Three guys told me they were going around tire shops to see if they had a key lock for my tires and said no one did but I had recently gone to discount tire less than 1 minute away from them and they had my key lock so maybe they lied about looking. I only trusted them with my car because my mom and I had always gone to them for years and seemed like honest guys who know what they re doing. But as soon as I got on the road my car was wobbling and there was a loud clanking noise in the rear of my car. I call them and they send out a mechanic to my job and did a test drive. He said the clanking noise was due to the brakes not being put on correctly so they clearly were not familiar with that job and as the car was wobbling he said he didn t feel anything and when I brought it up again he said it was like that before they worked on it but ? That doesn t even make sense because he never drove it prior to taking the wheel off. A couple days later I m going home from work and I just hear a part of my rim hit the wall next to me and I get a flat. I m just extremely upset that I thought I could trust these guys with my car because my mom was a customer there for forever and they completely ripped me off and made me pay for my car back that they damaged.*they also damaged my studs and are now missing since I got the flatService: Brakes

I've had several different services done on my truck. Rear brakes changed, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets changed, ac recharge. They did a good job on all of the mechanical work I had them do. I would definitely recommend them.

Shout to Perry and Chad for taking care of my inspection today! Greeted me with a smile and got me back on the road quickly! Perry even offered to install a back wiper blade for me (they did not have in stock) if I had to purchase from another supplier. Can t ask for more than that. I ll be back!

Came here for an oil change, they were super quick to jump on it and get it taken care of! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an oil change or any other car maintenance taken care of.

I was looking for a new Oil changing shop after experiencing bad experiences with my two previous Oil Shops. I must say this one was the best one I have found to date, everyone was extremely courteous and professional, they did the job quickly, neatly, and professionally, the employee's here are mature and very hard working! This shop is very neat and very clean ! This says something about the employee's and owners. I would highly recommend this shop to you if your looking for one that is friendly with great service ! they are the best ! Will be giving them all my business for sure- They do it right !

I went for an oil change today. This place was highly recommended by a Facebook post. Let me just say this place did not disappoint. I pulled up and was quickly greeted. 3 gentlemen promptly started on my car. In and out. Excellent customer service!!

I always take my car to the dealer for oil changes but this time, i just didn't have all day to invest, which is what it takes. At Paul's, i was in and out in 10 minutes or less. Nicest guy did the work. I was very, very impressed.

To start with they were very friendly.The oil change we super fast and the price was excellent!I had bailing wire wrapped around my drive shaft and they removed it, thank guys.I have found my new oil change location, well done!!!

Good quick service. New paint job and a new lift installed in the inspection bay. Its an oil change. Guys seem honest and do a good job for me.

I was referred to the Station by a close friend. We've been using them for almost 2 years and have loved their service and attention to detail.I have felt so comfortable there that I even brought my stroller and asked for a tire fill on it! They were very nice and obliged.We will keep coming here for as long as we are in the area.Keep up the good work. Staff are always friendly, polite and sincere.

Pulled into the back parking lot (bay/station entrance) for my vehicle inspection. I was immediately greeted by one technician in which I was able to provide my proof of insurance (document) via mobile phone. (CONVENIENT!) With one vehicle ahead of mine in queue, the wait time was approximately 3-5minutes. Immediately after the previous vehicle was complete, the inspecting technician, Bradley, approached me. Given his fast-paced job requirements, he was still capable of engaging in great customer service/communication and made the process so much more comforting (being a female, personally, can cause panic in these auto-related environments lol). He then asked to take control of my vehicle; instructing he would enter the bay for the inspection. Meanwhile the other technician began the customer data input process - entering license information into the computer system by asking a few demographic questions to create my account (for service). The inspection was done surprisingly FAST! After my information was input into the system, I waited about 5 more minutes before I was being called into the office to pay at the clerk counter and notified then that my vehicle inspection passed and was complete!In. Out. No hassle!!In its entirety, the technicians maintained their friendliness (and professionalism) while performing their job reliably! Fast, trusting, and customer service at Paul's is a GREAT way to break the ice for any person who may be adulting for the first, just as I am, or anyone else who wants to handle vehicle priorities, in great hands, for only $25!

The staff is always friendly and courteous. They are usually very quick. After my oil change 2 weeks ago i noticed my car was leaking oil. Its a newer vehicle so i thought maybe a cap or something was loose. Turns put there was a tear in the oil filter gasket. they replaced it, filled the oil back up and had me out of there in less than 10 minutes!

I'm extremely disappointed. After reading positive reviews I decided to stop at Paul's for a oil change on 10/9/2017. I rushed getting there before they closed at 6:00p. Arrived at 5:50p and they advertise they closed at 6p. I was trying to confirm the correct oil type for my jeep before pulling inside. The guy in the pit was rushing me because he had to leave at 6:00p obviously. Very rude to the point I decided to leave and go somewhere else. In short, if your employees want to leave early. Which one guy did, change your store hours and close at 5:50p. I will never attempt to come here again. No service with horrible Customer Service from the guy in the pit. What a shame!

Fastest oil change you'll get.We went on a Saturday in the afternoon. There was one car being helped as well. They knew before even looking at what oil we needed. We sat down for maybe 5 minutes if that. Next thing you we drove it out of the bay and on our way.Great quality service. Thanks

Best place I've been to in rowlett for an extremely fast and well priced oil change. I've literally tried every spot, and this place exceeded my expectations. I didn't catch the two gentlemen's names that rung me up and did the oil change, but I was very impressed by how fast they did it. And even showed me everything they did to prove it was done correctly. I highly recommend this place! And for the guy who left a bad review for them rushing your oil change. If you show up at any place of business ten minutes before close, then you definitely deserve to be rushed. That's rude and inconsiderate, and these employees deserve a 5 star rating!

Great service and very efficient. I love going to smaller companies because they take care of you. Paul's Oil Station definitely fits that bull. Going to take my family car over there the next time I go

Always great service! Being coming to this location for 14 years. I have gone to other places close to me but always come back cause they treat my car with care and honesty. Don't care that I have to drive far to come and do my car maintenance here.

I love this place. Everytime I come in I am in and out with oil change, fluids topped off, tires aired up and they always clean my windshield too! Everyone here is very friendly and always seems to be working hard Everytime I see them. I've tried a couple other places in the past and nothing compares to Paul's for an oil change. Both cars I have taken use 0w20 oil. I always opt for the synthetic blend and pay about $60 each time. They also have a punch card so after so many you get one free. That's on top of the mail and rebate coupons that they will give to you if they have them on hand. I refer all my friends to Paul's oil station.

There is something to be said about small town, family owned, independent business. The customer service at Paul's Oil Station is always top notch. Those young men are hard working, friendly and super kind. I appreciate Paul's service being in Rowlett! Somethings never change, the town might be but the quality hasn't! God bless you and I pray his favor be upon all of you.

Saw this place mentioned as an alternative in a bad review of Kwik Car Rowlett (which has poor reviews across the board) so I checked out reviews on Paul's. The other reviews here are true. I had Excellent service - the best I've had at ANY oil change place in my driving lifetime. My new go-to place for lube & tune.

I've used this location a few times to get a state inspection and they were fine. However I just got my oil changed here and they did not properly tighten drain plug. Car was leaking about 5ml of oil every day so I took it to dealership and watched the mechanic tighten the plug properly ( with a ratchet ) almost 2 full turns!! Mechanic informs me I'm lucky it hadn't just fallen off while driving.Probably an honest mistake, but mistakes like that are unacceptable since they can cost you an engine if you aren't paying attention, so beware.Update: The manager called me to personally apologize and he insured me they usually have a 2-person system to guard against oversights like this. He also insured me that they would have covered any damage, had the plug actually fallen out while driving. They offered me a free service in the future because of the issue and I will probably take them up on it since I assume they are unlikely to repeat the same mistake.So due to such quick, friendly, and honest customer service I'm bumping up to 4 stars.

I usually don't write reviews but this place is great. I've had my oil changed at probably every location in Rowlett and this is by far the best. It took them 10 minutes and they had the cheapest rates!
